Chapter 2

Shriya's pov :

As soon as I entered inside the training centre I was enflunged by a monstrous hug "chia how are you " mayank shouted while hugging me

"I am fine mayank how are you " I asked as I hugged him back "I am fine too so finally you achieved your dream I am so happy for you " mayank said

"thank you so much " I said when all of a sudden Rahul Dravid sir came towards me

"Shriya kohli right " he asked while I nodded "nice to meet you I am the coach of the team so I think so you must be aware of your duties " he asked while I nodded

"great so let's meet the team " he said while guiding me inside the ground where whole team was present having their practice sessions.

Rahul sir walked inside first while I was standing outside a bit nervous.. Mayank came and asked "what happened are you nervous "

I nodded "Arre don't be nervous they all are very good and I know you will like all of them ...they will not eat you" mayank said jokingly

"cmon let's go inside " he said and we walked inside.

As soon as I entered the ground mayank went towards his friends while I stand beside Rahul sir

"guys attention here " Rahul sir announced and everyone stand straight facing us

"I would like to introduce you all with your new physio Ms Shriya kohli " Rahul sir said while I passed everyone a smile

"do you have a boyfriend " one of the boy asked with a mischievous wink on his face

"manjot shut up " Rahul sir signalled him to be quite while he keep his finger on his mouth "OK so I guess he is manjot Kalra " I thought inside my head

"I want you all to behave properly with her and create a good bond with her ok" Rahul sir said and they all nodded

"and manjot especially you behave properly OK " Rahul sir warned him while manjot passes him a smile.

Rahul sir went out and I was left alone with everyone there, there was an awkward silence for approximately one minute so I thought to break the silence

"so guys I am Shriya kohli nice to meet you all " I said with a big smile on my face "hi I am manjot Kalra age 19 years I was born on 15th January in Delhi " manjot said while greeting cheerfully

"Mandy did she asked your full bio data " a boy with a perfect jawline said while coming forward

"yaar shubh yeh Sab batana mera farz tha " manjot said "shut up manjot hamesha bakwaas karta reheta hai btw nice to meet you I am shubman gill " the boy introduced himself while forwarding his hand

I shaked his hand and passed him a smile "so I'll introduce you to our gang that is ..." shubman said while pointing towards mayank when I cutted him

"he is mayank I know he is my best friend " I said "oh so you both know each other.. Well that's nagar and that's prithvi " shubman said while pointing towards two boys who were standing together

"nice to meet you " they both said together while I passed them a smile "and he is ABHISHEK " shubman said and I looked towards him.

Abhishek's pov :

Manjot as usual was doing his nonsense talk while they were meeting our new physio

"And he is abhishek " Shubman introduced her to me "nice to meet you" I said without any expression on my face and she just passed me a smile

"So let's go and sit for some time and have a talk what say " manjot said when I cutted him and said  "guys the series is just ahead of us we are here for practice not for sitting "

As I said I can see that she didn't like it with her facial expression but just now our practice is more important

"Ok guys it was nice meeting you all .....I see you all later bye" shriya said and bid everyone a goodbye and then left.

"Waise ek baat puchu abhay " manjot asked "haan " I said "hum log to 3 hours say practice kar rahe hai aur ab to humare break time shuru hone jaa raha tha to tune ese kyu kaha" manjot asked

"Pehele mujhe tu yeh bata tujhe har ladki say baat karna zaroori hai kya..chahe vo tere physio he kyu na ho" I asked ignoring his question

"Dekh har ek ladki tere bhabhi ho sakti hai agar mera dil uspe aa jaye par aaj kl ki ladkia bhao he nhi deti hai" manjot said

I just laughed on his answer while Shubman came to my side "tera to harr ladki pay dil aa jata hai manjot isme konsi ni baat hai " shubman said while we all laugh

"Dil ka kya hai kisi pay bhee aa jata kabhi vo ladki hote hai kabhi vo ladka " manjot said jokingly

"You are really disgusting manjot " nagar said while making faces at manjot

"Arre yeh sab chodo....aaj ka plan yaad hai naa...raat main ghoomney jaana hai" Shubman said when mayank cutted him

"Sorry guys but I can't come I need to go somewhere " mayank said "arre yaar mayank end time pay esse mana kyu" I asked

"Sorry yaar but jaana padega...next time for sure chalunga " mayank said assuring us "fine....rest are all ready right " I asked while everyone nodded

"Acha abhay arshu to chalegi naa" shubman asked quietly "main jau na jau vo to hamesha tayyar rehete hai tum log saath ghoomney jaane kay liye" I said

We all kept talking to each other and after sometime we all went to our house.

Shriya's POV:

"As expected everyone was really nice and really good but that mr abhishek sharma he was a little rude " I thought to myself while going out when rahul sir stopped me

"So did you like everyone shriya " he asked "yeah sir everyone was reallly nice " I said with a smile on my face

"Great so you can join from tomorrow if you are ok with it " rahul sir said "yes sure sir " I said

"And after one week we all are leaving for Sri Lanka for the series so you will also accompany us ok" he said while I nodded

"Great so see you tomorrow " he said while going away and I also leave back for my house.

I reached my house within 20 minutes and as I enter virat bhai all of a sudden stopped me and asked "so how was everyone "

" really good ...they all were very friendly " I said while sitting beside virat bhai

"Btw next week I have to leave for Sri Lanka " I said when all of a sudden bhai freaked out

"What you are going Sri Lanka all alone....no you are not going anywhere" virat bhai said in one breath

"Bhai I am not a 2 year kid that I can't go alone and btw all team is going for there series " I said

"But Chia....tu....akele Sri Lanka jayege...tu bohot choti hai abhi" virat bhai said and I was literally looking towards him with disbelief look

"Bhai I am already 20 years old and mostly now I am physio of the team I need to go wherever the team will go" I said

"Yeah that I know " virat bhai said "yes everyone will be there with me so don't worry " I assured him while he nodded

Meanwhile anushka bhabhi also comes there and sit beside me "so how was everyone there " she asked

"Yeah bhabhi everyone was really good and I am leaving for Sri Lanka next week with the team " I said

"That's great " she said "tonight I am going out with a friend ok and from tomorrow I have to go for work" I said

"Konsa friend...badi jaldi dost bhee bana liye tumne " virat bhai asked smirking

"Mayank.....bhai wo kaha say new dost ho gaya itne time say mile nhi thay to plan kara tha ki aaj ghoomney chalenge bs " I said

"Ok then go and enjoy but remember be punctual to your work ok" virat bhai said and I nodded.

I went inside my room and was lying on my bed using my phone when there was a notification on my phone " @manjot.kalra and @shubmangill started following you"

I also followed them back  and was scrolling down shubman's insta post when I saw a lot of his and abhishek's posts

And unknowingly a smile appear on my face after seeing abhishek's photo
