Lies

Wonwoo couldn't concentrate on the lesson, he knew his school year would be more difficult now and he didn't want to move to a different school. The period ended and he was still worried about everything, Mingyu on the other hand was keeping a close eye on Joowon and he stayed as close to Wonwoo as he possibly could.

Joowon wasn't in their next class which relieved both of the boys. When recess came they went to their usual spot on the roof, Mingyu still staying close to him.

"You don't have to be this close." Wonwoo told Mingyu and he tried to move a tiny bit.

"He could come out of no where! What if he climbs up the building or falls from the sky! You have to be ready for everything!" Mingyu said and Wonwoo laughed at his silly ideas.

"I can't believe he's actually here, why did he have to go to this school." Wonwoo said all of that in a whisper and Mingyu started rubbing his back. 

They ate their recess quickly and went to the library. Mingyu was finishing off the homework he had for his next class and Wonwoo sat next to him. He got bored of waiting for Mingyu so he started walking around looking at the books, none of them got his interest until he saw one called Speak.

He read the summary on the back, the girl got depressed because of something that happened and she got treated as an outcast. She made one friend that believed the story she told and she stopped getting treated like an outcast and was like a hero.

Wonwoo chuckled, it sounded like what happened at his old school the only difference being the end. People still hate him even if he isn't at the school, at least people didn't hate him here yet.

"Have you read it?" Wonwoo looked up and saw Joowon next to him, looking at a different book.

Wonwoo put the book in his hands back and started walking away but Joowon grabbed his wrist, tight. He pushed Wonwoo against the shelf, pinned his wrists above his head and stared into his eyes.

"I missed you, I also told your little boyfriend some things. I don't think he's happy with you." Joowon smirked and started leaning closer to Wonwoo, he tried move his arms but Joowon didn't loosen his grip.

"Get away from me." Wonwoo said desperately. Joowon smirked and kissed him harshly, Wonwoo tried moving his head away but Joowon didn't let it happen.

Mingyu didn't believe what Joowon told him and he started to look for Wonwoo, he looked down one aisle and saw Joowon and Wonwoo kissing. He felt a pain in his chest like someone is stabbing him and he felt his eyes get wet. He ran out of the library and went to the top of the roof, tears were spilling out of his eyes and he just realised how much he loves Wonwoo. The bell rung but Mingyu stayed on the roof, he didn't want to see Wonwoo.

In the library Joowon released Wonwoo and left but Wonwoo stood there shocked with tears brimming his eyes, he hoped no one saw them otherwise he wouldn't want to come back to school ever again. Wonwoo didn't want to go to class so he started going up to the roof, he avoided the teachers and made sure Joowon wasn't following him. When he was on the roof he saw Mingyu wiping his eyes and he started walking towards him.

"Mingyu? Why aren't you in class?" Wonwoo asked.

"Is it true that you're using me for popularity, you never actually liked me and you have a 'thing' with Joowon?" Wonwoo looked at Mingyu and he looked hurt. 

"No of course not!" 

"Well Joowon told me that." Mingyu said sadly.

"And you believe him?" Wonwoo looked at Mingyu in disbelief, he never thought Mingyu would believe Joowon.

"At first I didn't but then I saw you kissing him in the library." Mingyu hardly got his words out and Wonwoo didn't know what to say. 

"H-He kissed me, it was a forced kiss! I haven't even been near him, why would I go near him after everything he did and when would I have the time? I was always with you." Wonwoo was disappointed in Mingyu, he knows everything Joowon did to him yet he believes him.

"You could've texted or called him and maybe you're lying about everything, maybe that guy that filmed you told everyone it was you and maybe you still haven't let him go completely." Mingyu said and stood up walking to his locker to get his books.

Wonwoo stayed on the roof for the rest of the periods and lunch, he didn't eat anything and he left school early. He waited for Bohyuk to come out of his class and they walked home.

"Hyung, where's Mingyu?" Bohyuk asked Wonwoo.

"Don't know." Wonwoo said coldly and Bohyuk knew something bad happened, he sounded exactly like that when he was getting bullied.

When they got home Wonwoo went straight to his room and sat in a corner like a ball. When Mingyu got home he went to have a long shower, he couldn't get rid of anything Joowon told him. He couldn't convince himself it was a lie, what he saw was enough proof for it to be real.

Mingyu didn't eat much at dinner and Wonwoo didn't eat anything at all. Wonwoo knew he only wanted Mingyu and he has lost all feelings for Joowon. Wonwoo knows Joowon will do anything to make him his again but Mingyu doesn't know how hard Joowon will try and how determined he will be.

Wonwoo kept texting Mingyu asking if they could talk and telling him not to believe anything. Mingyu ignored all them texts and layed in bed, letting his tears soak his pillow. Wonwoo eventually gave up and went to bed full of sadness.
