Chapter 9

HELLOO, i try to update it slowly since i just finished my LISKOOK FANFIC: 'STILL LOVE'. I'm so excited day by day because after it finished, the readers start getting higher!

Now i more focus on TAENNIE FANFICTION: 'LOVE TRIAL' but i won't abandoned this story left on-going forever. I'll try my best to update it as fast as i can.

Because! I was planning another JIROSE FANFIC too! I already wrote the synopsis since this book just a spin-off, i think i will make the second one longer than this around forty chapters!

Can't wait to finish this and move to another one! See you guys in next chapter! Enjoy this story.

Chaeyoung try on couple of outfit while video calling Lisa. She's getting frustrated to choose between jeans or dress or trousers.

"I thought you didn't look forward to this date."

Lisa on her screen try to point the irony. "Shut up, i just want to take a revenge to look good in front of him to make him more crawl to me and i will bring down his proposal to court me." She explained.

"Wow, cruel. You know you can just decline him make him more wanting you. I assured you, he will go straight to your place and make even more romantic gesture." Lisa suggest. No, Chaeyoung doesn't want it to happen. She scared they end up in steamy session all over again. His scent and eyes everytime he staring at her make her always fall into that trap all over again.

"Nope, i don't need him beg in front of my door. I want to make him know a boundaries."

"Wow, Ms. Park not just teach kids how to make a melody but to make a boundaries to adult people, especially teach her ex boyfriend. Maybe Ms. Park can teach him how to be good boy in bed." Lisa smirked on her screen.

"Shut up, why you always make everything seems like a porn?" Lisa just laugh at her.

Finally, Chaeyoung wear black satin camisole with beige corduroy jacket, and on the bottom she wear beige linen straight pants. She grab her YSL bag and wear her low stop white sneakers.

"Okay, how do i look?" She tie up half of her hair into a bun. "Hmm, looks good, like you in college again." Lisa said. She just nod and she heard a doorbell.

"Okay, i told him we met at the park. Why he still pick me up? For godsake!" Chaeyoung mad because clearly it's Jimin in the door.

"Okay, i will check up on Jungkook first to see if he's ready. Bye!" They both hangs up the call.

Chaeyoung make a loud thud when walking to the door. She open the door and her guess was right. There's Jimin lean his hand on the doorway with a smirk. Chanel Pharrel long sleeve tee, black jeans, and wyatt boots. Okay, he look adorable with that look but still, he's being jerk to try make a grand gesture like this.

"I thought we'll meet at the park?" She put her annoyance face to make him clear that she's not liking any of this. But, it's not working on him.

"Well, who want to let a beautiful girl walk to the park alone? Besides, we take a dinner at lincoln centre first and then we take a walk at the park." He said. Chaeyoung just groaned and follow with the flow. She can't believe he's planning all of this without her knowing.

Other reason she agreed to this date because in central park there's a busking session at night which is performing by her friends from Juilliard. She miss her friends and she already text them she'll be there. She just hoping she could make it or maybe their busking session will still on until midnight.

Chaeyoung and Jimin arrived at Thai 72. He knows this is Chaeyoung's and Lisa's favorite Thai restaurant. Apparently, Jimin already told Jungkook to bring Lisa straight to the restaurant so Lisa didn't know too there's a change of plan.

They both arrived earlier then new wedded couple. They took a sit beside the window and order a food first. They decided to order for Jungkook and Lisa too.

There's a long silence between the two when they finished ordering to waitress. Chaeyoung intentionally quiet because she just mad how things go. Jimin sit awkwardly while seeing a crowd in the area.

He clear his throat and start to speak. "Uhm so. . ." He try to think a conversation but there's none because Chaeyoung make him nervous with her mad face.

"Are you—", "Hi guys!" Lisa yell behind Chaeyoung. She felt relief because Jimin didn't have a chance to start a conversation.

"Hello, are you guys already ordered for us?" Lisa sit beside Chaeyoung and Jungkook beside Jimin. "Yes, i order you thai dumpling, crispy spring rolls, and chicken drunken noodles." She said.

"Oh good! Thank you." Meanwhile Jimin can see Jungkook's uncomfortable face. He didn't know back in Jungkook's apartment, Lisa and Jungkook still in a cold war. "Are you okay?" He assured Jungkook. He just shrugged and play with his phone.

But, Lisa and Chaeyoung seems enjoy their conversation leaving Jimin sit awkwardly without even talking to sulking Jungkook. He wants to smack Jungkook's head but he's going through something right now.

They eat their food in peace with ten different dishes. It's so many but they ate them all until nothing's left. After they got full with thai food. Four of them decided to central park.

Jimin can't cooperate with Jungkook since he's still in a badmood. So, he think different idea. Since Jungkook isn't the mood to buy anything, he decided to buy an ice cream for four of them but with help of Lisa. He see crowded ice cream cart near the bow bridge.

"Anyone wants to buy an ice cream?" The girls nod except for Jungkook. Chaeyoung is too focus on listening a busking session across the bridge so she just nod along while looking through the bridge without giving a glance to Jimin.

"Lisa, could you help me?" , "why don't you go with Jungkook or Chaeyoung?" Jimin give her a glare to make her see what's going in between those two. Chaeyoung just focus on listening a music far away, and Jungkook just looking through the lake with a mad face.

Lisa groaned and stand up. "Ugh, fine!" When they queueing in front of ice cream cart, he notice Lisa sighs so many times.

"You still not talking with Jungkook?" Lisa startled by his voice. "Yeah, he's mad. But shouldn't i be the one who mad at him?"

"Uhm, i don't know. I mean i start to sense you're hiding something from him, Lisa. And that's something to do with his knowledge when he got an interview in the immigration." Lisa startled how can Jimin knows. He just chuckle.

"If you doesn't want to tell him, that's fine. At least, tolerate his knowledge about you, it's not his fault he doesn't know everything." Jimin warned her. He likes Jungkook get together again with Lisa. Without Jungkook knowing, he always try his best to leave work on time, to think what's best for both of them. He already shown how to be a good husband.

Meanwhile, Lisa in here still not act like a wife material at all. She's building a boundaries for Jungkook, she try to avoid to get close yet when Jungkook make a move or she's not in right mind, she still throwing herself to him and later she always think it's a mistake. When in fact, heart cannot lie.

Jimin bring two ice cream cone for him and Chaeyoung, and Lisa still wait for hers and Jungkook's.

"Lisa i think i will bring this immediately to Chae. I'm afraid it will get melt." Lisa just nod not knowing what Jimin is trying to do and wait for her ice cream.

He run immediately when he see Chaeyoung walk slowly to The Bow Bridge to get to the fountain where the busking session is held. "Chae!" He called her loudly when she's in the bridge and turn around to see who's calling. It's Jimin.

"Here." He handed her ice cream with sprinkles and cherry on top. "Thanks." She continue walking to get to busking session. Jimin look back and looks like Lisa is approaching Jungkook without wonder around where are they. That's good. He follow Chaeyoung to the fountain.

She spotted in front of the fountain, the busking session is so crowded. That's good thing, so everyone enjoy the music. She can spot immediately couple of her friends who sing, play drum, and a guitar.

"Roseanne!" She turn around to where the voice is coming from. "Casey! Hi!" Her friend hug her immediately, meanwhile Jimin just stand behind her while licking his ice cream

"How are you?! It's been a year i see you since that internship!" Casey reminisced.

"Good! I'm a music teacher for elementary now in pre ivy league school." , "pre ivy league? Wow! That's fantastic, but i thought you were in LA to do a contract with Mr. Park?" Chaeyoung gritted her teeth.

Jimin raise his eyebrows when he heard Chanyeol's name.

"Oh yes, but the competition was tough, and i'm so impatient. I decided to go back with my second dream, being a teacher. I love kids." She just smile but Jimin knows there's a lie behind all of those words.

Casey about to talk when she notice Jimin behind her. Everyone in the internship know Jimin and they know too he cheated with Claire. It was a hot topic for weeks and Claire feel guilty but she didn't dare to approach Chaeyoung first, so Chaeyoung just go with it without even talking with Claire for the entire internship.

"Oh, Jimin hello. Nice to meet you! I heard about you when we were an intern, you're Roseanne's boyfriend right? I only saw you on picture." Casey offer a handshake to him.

"Uh actually he's my frie—", "Yes i am her boyfriend, so you guys were talking about me back then?" Jimin smirk but Chaeyoung can sense he's little bit happy by it, more like having a pride to be a talk around people.

"Uh yes, actually but uhm—" Jimin wait for Casey to tell what's next but he confused why Casey suddenly contemplate to continue her story.

"But?", "Uh, you know." With that Jimin widen his eyes and release their handshake. He feel ashamed right now. Chaeyoung just smile in victory, he deserve that.

"Uh, guys i'm about to go, i already sang earlier and there's another git in Time Square. See you guys soon!" They're waving to each other and continue to see the busking session.

"So, you talked about me cheating on you when you're internship?" Jimin start the conversation. Chaeyoung is on urge to laugh because she can sense he's feel ashamed by it. "Uh, not me. Claire. Your blowjoh friend." Chaeyoung non-chalantly said.

"Chaeyoung!" Jimin shocked she can said that straight but he confuse why she just laugh at that since it's breaking her heart and the reason why they broke up.

"What? Come on, i already passed it. It's in the past and not relevant anymore. So, i decided to use as made fun for you." She explained.

"In the past? Not relevant? So if i court you right now, you wouldn't mind?" Jimin smirked and hoping what's come next make him has a way to open their relationship again.

"You're my past, and that tragedy isn't relevant to me anymore since i'm moving on and want something new. New isn't you, Jimin." She said. But, Jimin feel stab in his heart when she said he's the past right now. But, he's glad he still relevant to him since she just talk about the tragedy only.

When they're talking, the host give a chance to people who wants to sing with their instrumental. They can request anything they want to sing. Everyone seems not interest to sing, they just waiting for someone who wants to sing or maybe the local artist who sing again. But, Jimin has another idea. He raised his hands. So the host approach him. Chaeyoung widen her eyes and take a step back from him.

'What is he doing? He's gonna sing? He can't sing!' She be embarrassed if he really wants to sing. She heard it and even request him to sing and it's not good. She can hear rats hangs themselves on the roof when they heard him sing begging to stop.

"Hello, mister. What do you want to sing?" He asked Jimin.

"Uhm, actually, i have a friend. She's a Juilliard alumni. I want her to sing since she's looking forward to go here." , "oh? We are from Juilliard too! Where's your friend?"

Jimin turn back and he find Chaeyoung who hide behind the crowd. He grab her wrist immediately to make her get out from a crowd to the center. "Hello miss! You're from Juilliard? On what year and what's your major?" Chaeyoung bite her lips because she's getting shy and scared people from Juilliard will recognize her.

"Uhm, yes, uh i'm in vocal arts and performance major. I graduated this year around February." She said.

"Oh! It's still new, what do you do right now?" , "uhm, i'm a music teacher in pre-ivy league elementary school around manhattan." She smile to the host. There's an awe from crowd because she mention ivy league school.

"Wow, ivy league school? That's something! Okay! Show me what you got!" The host hold her wrist to join him to the center. Chaeyoung feel shy and she keep facing back from the crowd. She's thinking what she's going to sing. She turn to Jimin with nervous but Jimin just smile and throw his fist to the air to cheer her up.

She's thinking of one song.

Chaeyoung turn to one of the band. "Uhm, can i borrow your guitar? I think i'm going to play by myself, if that's okay." The guitarist seems startled and nod. "Sure, sure! Go ahead." He give her his guitar and the band back away to sit on fountain to watch her instead.

"Uhm, i will sing one of my song that i wrote when i was a Juilliard student as an intern in one of famous record label. This song approve by them and i hope it can be approve to the audience in here. I just really want to sing this for a long time but i never had a chance to sing it. So. . . I will took my chance in here. Please, enjoy." Chaeyoung said to the crowd.

Jimin seems nervous and curious what song she's going to sing. All this time Chaeyoung never sing her original song written by her in front of him. She always shy and she promise to sing it to him as a surprise in front of the crowd since she said most of her song she wrote is about him. For their entire relationship, Chaeyoung only sing a cover to him, but it already make him fall in love with her even more.

She cleared her throat and strum a guitar to warm up for a bit.

Jimin can't feel his ice cream melt to his hands. He's to focus on hearing she sing. But not particularly how she sing it. The lyrics hit him hard.

Bonus Scene Liskook Fanfiction book: 'Still Love', Chapter 38

Lisa bring her ice cream and Jungkook's to the bench where four of them seated before but when se arrive at the bench she can only spot Jungkook. She sighed.

'Damn you Jimin! You with your hopeless romantic shit make us in awful situation'

She approach Jungkook and hand his ice cream to him. "Here." Without take a glance of her, he just grab it from her hand and start eating it while pretend to enjoy a view of the lake where the ducks wonder around.

Lisa doesn't want to sit beside him, it will make everything seems so odd since they're still mad to each other but moreover Lisa half guilty because Jungkook's failed interview part of her fault too. So, she walk to the lake five meters away from the bench, and she start feed the duck while licking her ice cream.

So, Now they just wonder around the park. Lisa play with a duck on the river, and Jungkook just sit on a bench watching her. He start get annoyed because this just ridiculous.

"Lisa", "Hmm?", "Let's go home." Lisa turn around and confused. "How about Jimin and Chaeyoung?" She asked.

"Really? i thought you're smart for guessing Jimin's intention tonight, can you see we're all alone and they're nowhere to be seen?" Jungkook stand up and look around. Lisa sighed, she too busy play with the ducks, she didn't notice they who just sit with them are gone. She claps her hands to get out the dirt from her hand and walk back to him.

"Okay, let's go."

They're walking to Jungkook's apartment, they decided to walk because it's not too far from it. But, Lisa still nervous because she can still imagine how scary Jungkook was yesterday.

"I'm sorry" Jungkook suddenly speak. She confused and turn her head to him.

"Wh-what?" She stuttered because she scared to talk to him first.

"I'm sorry for yelled at you yesterday, i just really frustrated for all this and what's the thing you hide from me. After i think for awhile, if you want boundaries then let's--"

"I love you Jungkook." Lisa said in whisper but loud enough for him to hear.

Jungkook turn his head, and stare at her with confused. Lisa couldn't take it anymore, hell! She won't lying anymore. Why she took a chance to ask him marry her? She's still in love with him, she wanted to be with him till death. Why she kissed him back and agree to have sex? She missed his body, and all the way he is. It's all pure because of love, she can't lie anymore.

Lisa walk to him, grab his neck to kiss him deeply. Jungkook quickly close his eyes and cup her cheek to deepen the kiss.

After a minute they shared a kiss, they both release for a moment still their nose touch to each other.

"I'm sorry, i love you" Lisa whispered.

Jungkook still cup her cheek, and smile hearing her confession. "I know you do."

Jungkook still can make a joke even after their fight and passionate kiss. Lisa chuckle and kiss him again. He still confused why suddenly Lisa did all of this but he won't complain because that's what he want all along. Lisa couldn't take it anymore, since his anger towards her make her heart stab really deep to saw him that confused, that hurt, and that stressful. She want to be his clarity to remedy all her mistakes and secrets.

Jungkook stop their kiss and intertwined their hands to walk to his place. When they arrived, Jungkook suddenly drag her to his bedroom, and kiss her deeply and lustful. But, he doesn't want to rush anything so they just ended up making out.
