I sulk down the pathway to my spot in the woods, where made a small ladder going up a tree and a satchel that held some personal stuff.

I really needed to start thinking, I'm a daughter of Athena right? She spyed on me and found out my weaknesses, I should have known she was still there when I saw that spider and had a spazz attack.

But she saw, and I'm stupid.

I climb up the ladder, and half wish Percy was here. He could put his strong arms around me.... and I feel safe, but when your a demigod life is never safe.

And I had to handle this on my own.

I sketch some designs for Olympus, which was sadly one of my only hobbies. What would I do when I was done?

I listen to some birds happily chirp by. If only I could be free with them, with all weight lifted off my shoulders. Me and Percy, of all people should know. Two years ago I was holding the sky, and he took it and I'll never forget the weight lifted off my shoulders. Actually, I could never forget.

I feel the gray stripes in my blonde locks, and I frown. They were starting to disappear. I felt like a part of my life was fading away.

Later, I make the long walk back to the dorm. Every rustling of the leaves, or the trees blowing in the wind, I feel like a spider is crawling up my spine. Again, I wish Percy was here.

I run to the dorms, then slow to a walk realizing I was overreacting.

Running from rustling leaves I think. Very brave.
