Chapter 11:

(RAI'S POV)

"Focus Rai." Shukaku voice ranged out. Surprisingly he's helping me out. Right now I am trying to contain the two tails. Shukaku, Inoichi, and Ibiki are all blocking the other seven tails. So that I can just focus on one. I focus my chakra making a connection between the two tails and I.

Matatabi was actually extremely kind. She said that I remind her of her other jinchuriki. Instead of controlling her I am trying to create a bond between us. To be honest I don't mind her at all.

"Why thank you Rai." Her voice ranged out. I smiled and nodded. I can feel her chakra flowing through me. She herself would like to create a bond between us making this process way faster and easier.

Shukaku was a burden. He wanted to be the one in control meaning he wouldn't cooperate. So instead of making a bond, I had to actually try to control him.

Then finally during the years I made a bond. Though I still don't trust him, so that is why I don't sleep.

Anyways.. I been doing this for about 10 hours. Matatabi said that since I contain other tailed beast inside of me, making my chakra more powerful and also since we're both cooperating this should take about a day or even less!

"The bond is completed." Matatabi said. I nodded and stretched . She relaxed. "Now we just have to work together. Combine our minds together." She added.

I nodded. "How do we do that?" I asked.

"We have to exchange memories. Memories are precious." She said. I edged closer to her cage. We touched hands.. or paws.. The memories flowed out.

After we had exchange memories.. Which took about two hours, I felt connected to Matatabi. I felt a bond between us.

"We are now one. We are connected. You have control over the two tails. I will help guide you in this world" Matatabi said. I bowed my head.

"Thank you Matatabi." I said smiling. She smiled.. Well tried too.

I finally returned reality.

"Well that was easier than I thought." Inoichi said. I nodded.

"She wanted a bond between us making it easier and faster." I said.

"Well lets hope that the other seven would want the same." Ibiki said. I nodded.

"How long did it take you to control the one tails?" Inoichi asked.

"It took about two weeks of meditation.. Just meditation. I was three at the time. It took longer because I was weaker and because Shukaku didn't want me to control him. He didn't want a bond between us." I explained. They both nodded. I looked around seeing the ANBUs.

"Are you well enough to start on the three tails?" Inoichi asked. I sighed but nodded.

"Lets go." Ibiki said. Next thing I know I was facing the three tails. I heard that the fourth Mizukage was in complete harmony with Isobu.. The three tails. Hopefully I will also be in complete harmony with him too.

"Hello Isobu.. My name is Rai." I said smiling at him. He just stares at me.

He looked so adorable. An adorable turtle :3

"Who are you?!" He asked frighten. I raised an eyebrow.

"My name is Rai. I don't mean any harm at all." I said smiling again. He looked at me with fear and back up in his cage.. Uhh..

"Isobu.. I'm not going to harm you at all. I need to create a bond with you.. But if you don't cooperate then I will have to gain control over you... But if you cooperate then then can go nice and smoothly." I said. He looks at me warily.

"By the way did anyone tell you you're adorable?" I asked. Isobu started inching closer to me.

"I am just a giant turtle. Kurama used to tell me that I was ugly." Isobu said. I can tell he is very self conscious. Who would've guessed?

"Well Kurama is wrong. You are actually very adorable!" I said. He looked at me trying to see if I am lying.

"Thank you Rai." He said. He sat down making the whole place shake.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I am here to make a bond with you. I have you inside of me..." I said.

"You are my host correct?" He asked. I nodded.

"You seem like a nice person." He said. I smiled. BITCH I'M FABULOUS!

"Why thank you." I said. He looked around.

"I will create a bond with you." He said. I grinned at him.

"Alright!" I said. We both started focusing our chakra together. I sighed. Before I left Matatabi told me that since I have the one and two tails it should be faster to create a bond with the other beasts.

But of course only if they cooperate... What a draggg.. But since Isobu is cooperating it should go smoothly.

8 hours.. 8 freaking hours. Hey at least it wasn't 10 hours. We finally opened a bond between us. Now we have to connect minds. Become one.

"Is that all?" Isobu asked. I shook my head.

"We need to exchange memories. Since memories is the most precious to the mind it'll help connect our minds" I informed him. He nodded grimly probably tired.

"How do we do that?" He asked.

"We have to touch hands.. or... urm.. claws?" I said. He reached his arm out of the cage, I connected my hand with his. After about 2 hours it was done.

"Now are we done?" He asked. I nodded. I got up and walked around. I can tell that the tailed beast didn't show me all their memories.. Memories of war. Just all the pleasant ones and sometime of things they fear..

"We are now connected as one. Our bond is strong. You will be able to guide me in this world if you'll like." I said.

"I would enjoy guiding you in this world.. Rai." He said. I smiled.

"You know, not only can I control sand but I can control water.. Do you think that's from you?" I asked. Isobu thought for a moment.

"It's possible. It would make since though." He said. I nodded.

"Thank you Isobu. I have to go now." I said.

"But whyy?" He whined. I smiled.

"I have other tailed friends to create bonds with." I said.

"Oh yes.. I can feel their chakra." Isobu said. I nodded.

"You are strong Rai.. Carrying all tailed beast in you." He added. I grinned at him, another boost to my ego! Man my ego is starting to get big, one day, I will make it my goal. For my ego to be bigger than Sasuke's.

"Thank you my big fluffy turtle." I said. I guess he attempted to roll his eyes but.. yeah...

"You must go now. Other tailed friends needs you're attention." He said. I nodded and returned back into reality.

"I'm guessing it went well?" Inoichi said. I nodded.

"One, Two, and Three." I said. He offered me a small smile.

"Ibiki had to go to the exams. One tails and Two tails helped me block the others." Inoichi informed me. I smirked at him.

"You like Shukaku don't you." I said. He grinned at me.

"I like the Shukaku that you have. He grows on you." Inoichi said. I laughed and shook my head.

"Yeah.. He's actually really nice now. It's scary." I said.

"Ha ha ha. Very funny." Shukaku said. I rolled my eyes.

"You're lucky I don't block you from my mind anymore." I said.

"We need to get you to the exams." Inoichi said. Oh yeah.. What a dragg .-.

ANBUs starting to form around me.

"Just for precaution." Inoichi said smiling at me. I nodded.

"I know." I replied with a sigh.

"Let's move out." One of the ANBUs says.

(SORA'S POV)

Since it's suppose to be only three people per team, Kosuke and Mao were on my team. Pretty awesome. Expect Rai.. She wasn't on our team.. She was suppose to do this by herself..

"Rai will be alright." Kosuke said smiling. I nodded my head. We haven't saw her since yesterday. I wonder how she's doing.

"She's kicking ass!" Mao yelled punching the air. We all laughed. I know Rai would be able to do this but I mean come on.. She's my baby sister. Of course I'm going to worry!

I haven't seen Shino or Naruto for awhile. After we left the mind..building.. we all went out separate ways.

"Is this it?" Kosuke asked. I looked up seeing we already got to the building. I nodded.

"Leegooooo I wanna see Naruto and Shino!" Mao yelled running into the building. Kosuke grabbed my hand and smiled.

"Lets go." He said. I smiled back and we walked in together.

(RAI'S POV)

I'm hungry.. As fuck right now. But the exams are about to start sooo. I NEED WATER. HOLY MOTHER OF COWS.

"Urm.. Excuse me buttt.. does any of you guys have water?" I asked. One of the ANBUs nodded and handed me a water bottle. I smiled.

"Thank you." I said. He just nodded his head. Ah.. Water.. Great.

"We are here." Another ANBUs says. I really need to know their names.

"Quick question." I said.

"What is it?" Someone says.

"Can I at least know someones name... I mean I understand if you can't tell me cause you're ANBUs and all.." I said.

"Call me Captain Yamato. I will be the one who will escort you in the exams." One of them said. I smiled.

"Thank you Captain Yamato." I said. He nodded .

All the other ANBUs started to walk away expect Captain Yamato.

"We leave her in your hands." One of them said to him.

Captain Yamato bowed. "Understood." He said.

"One reason why I didn't join the ANBUs. They're all to serious." I said walking them fade away.

"You were going to join the ANBUs?" Captain Yamato asked. I nodded.

"My siblings and I. But we didn't like that kind of lifestyle, so we denied the offer." I said.

"Wow.. At such a young age!" Captain Yamato said. We walked into the building. No one was around.

"Looks like the exams already started."Captain Yamato said. I nodded.

"What kind of exams is it?" I asked.

"I heard it was suppose to be a written exam." Captain Yamato answered. Oh crap Naruto... Hopefully he's okay...

"Here we are." Captain Yamato said. I looked up to see room 301. We got here fast...

I sighed and opened the door. I heard Ibiki yell. Then everything went silent.

"Nice for you to finally join us Rai." Ibiki said. I looked up and gave him a closed eye smile.

"Sorry Ibiki, got lost on the path of life." I said. I was then tackled.

"RAI FUCKING YAMADA, YOU HAD ME SO DARN WORRIED." Mao yelled.

"BABYYYYY." Naruto yelled.

"RAI!" Kosuke and Sora yelled.

"ME!" I yelled back. They all laughed.

"HEY MOVE I WANT TO SEE THE BAKA!" Kiba yelled. Everyone got up and moved out the way

"HEY MUTT!" I yelled. I stood up brushing myself off before I was attacked by Kiba.

"RAI-CHAN MY BABYGIRL!" He yelled.

"KIBA-KUN MY LOVE!" I yelled back. Akamaru barked and jumped on my head.

"Rai! You're alright!" Hinata said. I smiled and went over to hug her.

"I was so worried!" She said.

"Eh I'm alive aren't I!" I said. She giggled and nodded.

"Nice to see you." Shino said. I opened my arms.

"You know you want to hug me." I said smirking. Shino shook his head before coming into my arms.

"WHOA HOLD UP IS SHINO ACTUALLY HUGGING THE BAKA?!"Kiba yelled. I laughed.

"Don't be jelly" I laughed.

"I'm not surprised though." Kiba said laughing along.

"Blue!" Temari yelled. I looked up seeing her smirking at me. I smirked back.

"Blondey!" I yelled back.

"Babygirl!" Kitty-Chan waved.

"Kitty-Chan!" I waved back.

Ibiki cleared his throat. I smiled sheepishly.

"Sorry." I said. Everyone went back to their seats.

"Sit next to the redhead, you're number 16." Ibiki said. I looked around seeing that the only redhead that was here was Gaara. I smiled at him. All he did was glare at me. Captain Yamato stood near the door.

"As I was saying...Before I was rudely interrupted." Ibiki said while glaring at me. I just smiled at him.

"Begin." He said. Urm.. What are we suppose to do? o.o

"Answer the nine questions in front of you." Kosuke told me. I smiled thanks bruh.

I looked at the questions.. Huh? These are impossible!

"Don't Cheat." Kosuke warned me. I smirked. Of course! This isn't actually just a written test. It's suppose to test how well you can gather information without getting caught! Bingo.

Sora is probably using her sharingan, Kosuke is reading the minds of those who has the answers, Mao is probably using her crystals.. some how... Kiba has Akamaru, Hinata is using her byakugan, Shino.. and his bugs.. Naruto.. Nothing.

I looked over at Gaara seeing him covering one of his eye.

"Damn it. My eye." One of the ninja in front of us mumbled. Gaara smirks a little, he starts writing down his answers. Ahh smart. Using his sand eh.

"Number 23 you're out." Number 23 and his team walked out.

"Number 15 and 34. Fail" They walked out.

"Number 16" Me? Are you kidding?

"Excuse me sir. But I finished my test about 10 minutes ago, as you can see it's turn over. So get your damn eyes check okay? okay." I said glaring at him.

"Uh. You're right. I apologize." He said. I smirked. Kiba started laughing.

Man this is such a dragg. More teams kept on getting caught. I look over at Naruto seeing him sweating like crazy. You got this Narutoooo.

"Alright, Listen up brats." Ibiki started. "Here's the last and tenth question. Before I can give you it, we have some rules. These rules are unique to the tenth question. Rule 1: each of you are giving a choice to take the tenth question or not."

"What happens if we don't want to?" Temari asked. "What's the catch?" She added.

"If you refuse to take the tenth question regardless to the other nine, you will get a zero. If you answer the question incorrectly, you'll not only fail but you will be banned from taking the Chunin Exams ever.. again." Ibiki explained.

"That's bull!" Kiba shouted. "What kind of rule is that?! There's a bunch of people who took the exams again before!"

Ibiki just chuckled. "I wasn't making the rules then.. But I am now. So either beat it or stay. Your choice." He said. "If you don't want to take the exams please leave." He added. Alot of people started to stand up. Someone next to Naruto stood up and left also.

I looked around seeing none of the rookies leaving or the sand siblings. Thank god. Naruto looked like he wanted to leave.

Sakura was about to raise her hand.. No.. Pinky.. But Naruto beat her to it. He was shaking like crazy, but then he slammed his hand on the table. Ouch that probably hurt.

"Don't underestimate me! I don't quit and I don't run! You can act all tough and scary, but you guys aren't gonna scare me away! No way! I don't care if I'm a Genin my whole entire life! I will be Hokage one day!" Naruto shouted. I smirked. Stubborn little child. Probably didn't even answer one question.

"You sure? This decision will change your life." Ibiki said.

"I never go back on my word." Naruto said. "That's my ninja way!" He added.

"YEAH NARUTO!!!" Mao yelled. Sora and Kosuke were also cheering. I just smiled at him.

"I admire your determination, I'll give you that. For those who decided to stay..There's only one thing left for me to do. That's to tell you, you all.. passed the first exams." Ibiki informed us.. What? o.o

"Wait.. What's the tenth question?" Kitty-Chan asked.

"There never was one. Well your decision to stay was the tenth question." Ibiki said.. Seriously?

"Soooo.. The other nine was a waste of time?!" Ino asked.

"Not really. The other nine was to test to see if you can gather info without being caught." I said. Ibiki nodded as to agree with me.

"Exactly. It was a test to see if you can gather information even under the worst circumstances." Ibiki said.

"Well.. That clears everything up." Temari said.

"I knew it was something like that." Naruto said. Hinata started giggling. I rolled my eyes. "That's why I kept my cool." He added.

"Mhm sure, thats why you were sweating like crazy and about to cry." I said.

"Pshh yeah right Rai! Maybe that was you but it wasn't me!" Naruto said. I rolled my eyes again.

"Yeah suree!" I said sarcastically. Naruto just grinned at me.

"I put two Chunin who already knew the answers. You had to use your own way to get the answers." Ibiki said.

"I knew that too! A complete idiot had to not see that!" Naruto said. "Right Hinata?" He asked. Hinata started giggling again and nodded. I bet you didn't even answer one question!

"You all deserve to go to the next step. I declare this part of the exams.. ARE OVER! There's nothing else I could do. Expect wish you all luck." Ibiki said.

"YES ONE DOWN!" Naruto cheered.

The window broke and a women rolled in.

"I'm Anko! I am your second proctor!" ...Anko said.

"You're early.. Again." Ibiki said. Anko just waved him off.

"Looks like you're getting soft Ibiki." Anko said.

"Or maybe we have worthy candidates this time." Ibiki shot back.

"Oh well. After I'm done with them, there's only going to be half!" She said. Man scary lady o.o

"Follow me boys and girls!" She yelled jumping out of the window. We all jumped out the window with her. Captain Yamato was by my side.

"Good job Rai." He said. I nodded and smiled.

"Thanks Captain Yamato!" I said. We all followed Anko. We came to a stop in front of a .. forest?

"Alright, you guys do what you have to do. The second exams will start shortly." Anko said wondering off.

"RAI!" Kosuke, Sora, Mao, Naruto, team 8, Temari, and Kankuro all ran to me.

"Hey guys!" I said smiling.

"How's the controlling going?" Kosuke asked.

"It's more of making a bond between us or connecting our minds. So far I have the two and three tails! And of course one tails." I explained.

"Wow! In such a short period of time!" Hinata exclaimed. I nodded.

"It's shorter cause I have the chakra of some of the tailed beast. Plus if they also want to create a bond it makes it easier and faster." I said.

"So the two and three tails wanted to create a bond? Is that how you did it so fast?" Sora asked. I nodded.

"Who's your friends?" Captain Yamato asked.

"Oh. My siblings are Kosuke, Sora, and Mao. Naruto is the yellow haired... one. Hinata, Kiba, and Shino are part of my team. Temari and Kankuro are childhood friends of mine." I said pointing them out.

"This is Captain Yamato. He's basically my escort." I explained. They all nodded.

"Are you going in the exams with Rai?" Temari asked. Captain Yamato shook his head.

"I will be watching from a distance." He said. Also known as stalking but whatever.

"ALRIGHT LADIES! This is the forest of death. You may die in here sooo sign these papers." Anko said handing papers out. Well isn't that comforting.

"Urmm" Kosuke said .. I just shrugged.

"Soo if anyone of us dies.. I love you all." Sora said.

"Psh you really think you guys are gonna die? Well maybe Naruto but.." Kiba said. Naruto glared at Kiba.

"Don't worry I got your backs." I said grinning at them.

"What are you gonna do? Make a clone follow us?" Shino asked. Hm actually a very good idea.

"Maybe then when you get a scroll steal it from you." I said smirking. They all rolled their eyes.

"You'll probably get one before any of us." Temari said.

"Eh who knows?" I said.

So basically Naruto kind of freaked out cause Anko kind of threw a kunai at him.. Cutting his face a little bit.

"I ALMOST DIED!" He yelled as we walked over to our gates. I was at gate 8, team 8 was at 7, team 7 was at 9, Leaf siblings plus Kosuke was at 6, and the sand siblings were at 10. Everyone else was scattered around.

I think Sora and Kosuke's team was at gate 1 and 2.... Anywayssssss. Here we go.

"The second exams will begin in 3-2-1 Good luck everyone!" Anko voice ranged out.

I sprinted towards the gate running into the forest of death.
