Chapter 8

So this is the last chapter :( I am writing a new fanfic though. It's a harry/one direction one so go check that out when it's up. It's called "That One Tweet"

"It's your dad. He found us." Louis tells me.

Wait. How? I didn't think he would be able too? I thought we were in hiding where no one would be able to find us. I'm so confused. Scared mainly.

"Umm, how?" I ask not sure what to think.

"We really don't know Lucy. The police have been notified but they can't do much because he has weapons on him.

The phone starts ringing and we all jump.

"It's just Paul guys." Liam says nervously.

Liam puts the phone on speaker and he starts talking.

"Paul? What's the news?"

"Lucy's dad is still there and he isn't leaving. He says.." I hear him gulp.

"He says he isn't leaving without Lucy." Paul says nervously.

"NO! WE CAN'T! IT'S NOT HAPPENING PAUL!" Liam crys into the phone. The boys start tearing up.

"Boys, it's okay. I would rather keep you guys safe." I say getting up slowly but Louis pushes me back down.

"We can't let you go back to him Lucy. We just can't. It wouldn't be right and we would be so worried about you all the time." Niall tells me tearing up.

Theres a knock at the door. It's locked so they won't be able to get in.

"Who is it?" Liam says frightened.

"It's me. Lucy's dad!"

"GO AWAY! I DON'T WANT YOU HERE!" I shout out of fear.

"YOU ARE A BITCH LUCY! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I CAME BACK FOR YOU! YOU ALWAYS USED TO CAUSE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE FOR ME AND YOUR MUM! WE ABUSED YOU FOR A REASON YOU KNOW! YOU USELESS PIECE OF SHIT!" He screams like he used to. After all that it would normally be a hit, or slap a few hundred times.

I move closer to Louis. I can't even talk. I start balling my eyes out. I'm so scared. I don't want to go back. I want to stay with these boys. I love them and I feel safe with them.

"GO AWAY YOU LOSER! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO HER LIKE THAT! SHE DOESN"T DESERVE IT DICK!" Harry yells back at him.

We hear a gun shot and a dent goes into the door. We all jump and I get so much closer to Louis.

Liam's phone vibrates silently and he answers the text.

Paul - "The police are on their way in. Stay safe. There is a gun in there if you need it." Liam passes the phone round to everyone and we all try and breathe.

We hear another smash at the door. He's trying to break in.

"I love you all." I say to everyone assuming the worst.

Silence. We can't hear a thing. What's happened?

"It's gone silent." Ashton says.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" We hear my dad yell.

"I jyxned it." Ashton sighs.

"PUT THE GUN DOWN!" I think that's the police.

"NOT UNTIL I GET MY LUCY BACK! SHE NEEDS TO DIE!" He yells.

I yelp. Everyone looks at me to check i'm alright.

"Boys, I can't take this anymore." I say to them. I feel like shit. I'm scared at what might happen. What if the police don't catch him?

"Lucy, we won't let anything happen to you. We promise." We go into a group hug. We all sit closer together.

We all say one thing we are happy for.

Ashton says "I'm happy for all the fun we have had." We all smile and Luke starts his.

"I'm happy for Lucy being safe with us."

"I'm happy for the food we have had and all the great amazing times we have had."

It's now my turn. "I'm happy that you guys saved me from the orphanage and that you are keeping me safe. I have also felt more loved here than I ever have in my whole life. I love you all so much. Thank you."

Everyone else finishes theirs and then we get a call from Paul.

"Let's hope this is a good one." Liam says with a smile.

"Hey Paul"

"Yea, Liam. Everything is safe now. The police have Lucy's father and all is clear."

"Yay!" We all shout excitedly.

"But.. He wants to see Lucy when he is in prison."

Our faces drop. I don't want to see that dick.

"It's okay. I will go see him. He will be behind bars so it should be okay. There is also security everywhere."

"I'm not so sure Lucy.." Liam tells me.

"It will be fine. You all can be with me as well. The whole time. I don't want you to leave my side. I need you guys with me." I tell them. I'm not sure if I am actually ready for this but I will anyway.

"When do we have to be there?" Liam asks Paul.

"Anytime from now."

Liam hangs up the phone and we get ready to go.

We all get in the car and it is a very silent and nerveraking drive to the prison.

"Here he is." The officer tells us.

He looks so different from when I last say him so many years ago. Looks more evil. Dark eyes.

"Well hello Lucy. I didn't think you would come." My father tells me with a smirk.

I get closer to the boys and they grab my hand.

"I wasn't going to but I thought I should." I tell him.

He goes silent.

"So why did you want me here?" I ask him.

"Well, I just wanted to talk to you." He tells me.

"Bullshit you did. If you did it would have been horrible stuff as usual."

"You thought it would be nice?" He asks me confused.

"Well.. Kinda.."

"Hahahahaha. Like I would ever be nice to you you piece of shit." Ouch.

"Leave me alone you arse. Don't talk to me, come near me or even think about me ever again. I hope you die in here. You deserve it." and with that, I walk away with Ashton and Liam beside me and the rest surrounding.

"OI COME BACK HERE!" He yells.

Harry turns round and says "No." and we continue walking away until we are in the car.

"Well boys. That's done. Now to live a normal, hopefully happy life with the ones that mean the most to me." I tell them.

We have a group hug, pull out of the park and drive home.

We pull into the driveway to home and we get a call from Paul.

"Yea Paul?" Liam asks.

"It's Lucy's Mum.."

"Oh no." We say in unison.

Just when I thought we were safe we have to do it all over again.

"Well boys. Here we go again. We have done it once, we can do it again right?"

"Of course. We are here every step of the way."

"Lets go." Ashton says.

Well that's that everyone. This story finally finished. Not sure if I am happy with the ending I may fix it later :) I enjoyed writing it and I hope you all loved it. Thank you for reading and voting an everything! I can't thank you enough!
