Chapter 6

Shino's POVAfter many days of practice, Seirin will now play in preliminaries, and our opponent will be Shinkyo High. Riko-san said that one of the players will be a trouble because of his height. He can easily blocked some of the opponents using his long arms. I'm sitting beside Riko-san and watch them warm up when I heard a thud. I saw one player and I think he is otosan. Kuroko named him otosan because his name was too hard to memorize.

" By the way, did you guys really beat Kaijo?" One player asked.

" Well it was just a practice game."Hyuuga-senpai said while holding the ball.

" I see, I guess the Generation of Miracles isn't as strong as we thought."

" The Generation of Miracles lost? They brought me here to beat them. I'm disappointed they're so weak" Otosan said, to be honest I'm really annoyed right now. They really underestimate the Generation of Miracles.

Otasan walks toward Kagami but suddenly stopped and bumped Kuroko. He didn't seem notice him so he looks down and carried him.

" No, little boy, children shouldn't be on the court." When he noticed that Kuroko is a player he lets him down and scoffed.

" They lost to a child like him? Are all the Generation of Miracles children?" He said and left Kuroko which make Kagami and the others laugh.

" To be honest I'm annoyed." Kuruko said making them stopped. The match started and Shinkyo is the lead but minutes has passed Kagami stopped Otosan from shooting and Seirin is the lead. Kuroko got subbed to reserve his energy but coach let Kuroko play for the last minute and Seirin wins.

Our second game was against Jitsuzen High. With Kuroko benched the whole game we crushed them 118 to 51. Third game was against Kinga High. Riko-san said that they are part of top 16 last year because they are strong and have good balance of offense and defense. But surprisingly we win. And then our fourth game was a little bit easy because it seems they are afraid to face our team so we won.

" We're doing well. At this rate, maybe we'll easily make it through the preliminaries all the way to the championship league."

" How naive." Izuki-senpai said while wiping his sweat.

" It must be nice being so young and carefree." Koganei-senpai said while smiling at them.

" For the last ten years, the same three schools have moved on to the championship league to Tokyo. King of the East, Shutoku, King of the West, Senshinkan, King of the North Seiho. They're evenly matched, so the top team changes every year, but they never let anyone else get better than fourth place. They're the three immobile kings of Tokyo. After our fifth match are the semefinals, then the finals. In the finals, we'll most likely come up against the king of the East, Shutoku that acquired Midorima Shintaro of the Generation of Miracles." Hyuuga-senpai said. I stand up and checked the game.

" We still have a game and probably our opponent is Seiho." I said making Kagami smile and it seems he is excited to face all of them. But something is bothering me, why do I feel so uneasy about this. Maybe it's my imagination. My phone suddenly rings so I answered it.

" Manager-san what's wrong? Eh tomorrow? Why it's to sudden? Okay, I understand." Manager hungs up and I sighed.

" What's the matter Shino?" Hyuuga-senpai said making everyone looked at me with worried eyes.

" Well, how would I put this. We have practice for our concert next week. so I can't be with you guys." I said sadly while pouting, Hyuuga-san tapped my head and I stared at him.

" Being an idol is hard, but we can't avoid it. But we promise we will win and defeat both Kings." I smiled at what Hyuuga-san said.

" Then, I promise to catch up the game tomorrow and ." I said and they nod, we decided to eat dinner and to celebrate for our win.

<<<time skip-suuu>>>>Today is the day for practice and also Seirin's match. They are now facing Seiho and I hope they will win. Our manager started to explain what we will do now.

" Okay, this will be our schedule for today, you will first practice your group song with the dance and next will be your solo song and lastly your new album." We smiled and we are so excited to have an concert again.

We started to practice the dance with the song and successfully finished it. Misaki gave me water while wiping her sweat and I gladly grabbed it.

" Shino! You have a text message." Hana-nee said while giving me my phone.

" Thanks, Hana-nee." She just smiled and sit besides me. I jump happily making the girls looked at me.

" Seirin win! The score was 73-71." I said, the girls also jumped in rejoice while hugging each other.

" I know they will win, they are strong." Yuki said while grinning, I nod and giggled.

" But their opponent is one of the king that Shino mentioned and one of them is a member of Generations of Miracles." Kaya-nee said, she has some point but...

" They will surely win. After all we have Bakagami and Kuroko. Let's have a faith in them and focused on our practice." They smiled and agreed. Now for the solo song.

****We already finished all and we are now resting before going home and I remembered the game still on going. I stand up and get my bag.

" Manager, please excuse me for a while I need to check something." I said and waved my hands.

" Wait Shino, how about the new song that you made are you not going to discuss it first." Manager said making me stop.

" I didn't yet distribute the other parts, can you give me a little time for it. Maybe tomorrow I can discuss it." I said and finally left them. Thank goodness the gym that they are using now is a little bit near so I can still watch it.

When I'm already near I hurriedly entered and I heard the buzzer signaling that it's already finished. I stopped,while panting I ran towards them crying in rejoice. Why? Because they won, they really won. I suddenly hugged Kuroko making him falls with me.

" Nanami-san? Your heavy." He said.

" Ah gomen." I said and stand up helping him also to stand. I faced all of them and smiled.

" Our promise is not yet broken Shino." Kagami said with a grin.

" Well i'll treat a dinner" I said making them stared me with shocked expression.

" But-"

" No buts Senpai, treat is a treat no complain." I said and left them, I sighed and relief and looked up the sky.

" Thank you for not breaking the promise."

******Hai! That's enough....joke. Now that our lovely Akashi and Shino don't have a lovey dovey part don't worry because you will read it soon.
