Chapter 10 - "I'm not just a girl,"

The pressure is high.

The suspense is slowly killing Bluey.

"What will they do?"

"What will they think? "

"How will they react?"

"Will they still love me?"

"Will they care?"

"Will they disown me?"

The questions can go on forever. But, forever is a long time and I don't have forever.

Dinner was a bit awkward at the start. Bluey didn't really answer any questions with full answers, Bluey was just thinking about how to tell them the news.

As food guzzles and gulps down Bluey's throat, Bluey knows it's getting closer and closer.

Life is full of suspense and agony. And I don't think there is any way to escape it.

Unless you time travel.

"My family will want to learn more about my identity, right?" 

Question after question, no answers just yet.

Bluey was thinking and eating mindlessly. Before Bluey knew it, their plate was empty. Not a crumb. Not a nibble left.

Bluey took a big deep breathe in through their nose, and out through their mouth.

"I have something to say." Bluey said with little confidence.

"Go for it." Bandit said with a smile.

Bluey took another big deep breathe in through their nose, and out through their mouth.

"So remember how I talked to you about changing my pronouns." 

Everyone nods slowly.

"Well, I thought about it all day and I have decided to not just change my pronouns, but also my gender."

Another deep breathe.

"I am not just a girl, i am pangender and my pronouns are ze/zir." Bluey said quickly and while closing her eyes.

When Bluey opened her eyes, everyone was smiling at Bluey except for Chilli.

Chilli was crying tears of joy.

"Give me a hug." Chilli said with the most joyful smile ever and crystal tears of happiness.
