——————————————————————————The bell rang for first period. Y/n was stressing her ways through the hall.

'Where is he?! I'm seriously gonna kill him..'

Y/n thought as her eyes scanned around and finally found who she was looking for.

"YANG JUNGWON!" She yelled across the hall.

Jungwon nervously closed his locker.

"Hey.. how are you yn.." he said not looking at her.

"You promised me you'd come to the main gate and take me to the office! It's my first day and I don't know where anything is." She huffed angrily.

"Okay, I'm sorry. I was playing animal crossing in the morning and I forgot.." Jungwon said apologetically.

"You're really lucky that I don't have a shotgun in my bag or else I would really shoot you right now." Y/n said glaring at Jungwon.

"Okay I'm sorryyy! I'll treat you to something later. Now come onnn! I'll show you where the principals office is." Jungwon said grabbing her arm and dragging her.

She just sighed and eventually forgot that she was mad at him.

Today was y/n's first day at her new school. She just recently moved from Japan back to Korea. Y/n parents lived in Korea, but her grandparents in Japan. Y/n spent most of her childhood in Japan as her parents were working all of the time.

Y/n is now 17 and finally came back to Korea after 9 years. Her grandparents raised her well and now she's finally able to take care of herself.

Her parents still work a lot but they got her, her own apartment in Seoul. The apartment is near her new school and is very nice and neat.

Y/n's parents were rich, that's why they always worked.

This obviously made her upset that she could barely spend time with them but they sometimes visited Japan and bought her a lot of things from trips.

Y/n is half Korean and half Japanese. That's why she kept switching between the two countries. Her dad is Japanese so that's why her last name is Nanaki.

Y/n was now standing infront of the office by herself. Jungwon already dashed off to his first class.

Y/n gulped and knocked on the door.

"Come in." A woman's voice from the other side of the door yelled.

Y/n nervously opened the door and was met with a bright smile from a really beautiful woman.

'Wow, she's so pretty.' Y/n thought.

"Hello Darling, I'm Principal Yujeong Lee." But just call me Mrs Lee okay? Mrs Lee said sweetly.

Y/n nodded taken aback by her beauty and sweet voice.

"So sweetheart, must be a bit tough finding your way around. This school is quite spacious, so I'm not surprised." Mrs Lee said.

"Oh actually Mrs Lee, my friend Yang Jungwon showed me to your office." Y/n said shyly while admiring her beauty.

"Oh is that so? That's great! Because I have someone to help you around the school and give you a little tour. And Jungwon and him are good friends." Mrs Lee said.

Y/n just mouthed 'ah'.

"Actually he should be here right now-"Mrs Lee got cut off by the sudden intrusion.

"HEY MRS LEE, IM SORRY IM LATE.. HA.. THERE WAS A LOT OF ..HA.." The boy tried catching his breath.

"There he is. Y/n meet Sim Jaeyun, Jaeyun meet Y/n Nanaki." Mrs Lee said introducing us to each other.

"Oh! Hi!" Jaeyun said.

"Hey.." Y/n said still a little shy.

"Okay well Jaeyun I trust you to show Y/n around the school well. And don't mess around!" Mrs Lee said.

"Yes, yes I know! Don't worry Ms I'll be on my best behaviour!" Jaeyun said grabbing her hand. Y/n just followed him a little confused.

"So you're Y/n? Jungwon told me you'd be coming here. He kept bragging about how cool you are." Jaeyun said.

"Haha that's Jungwon for you. But how did you guys meet, Jaeyun." Y/n asked.

"Ok I gotta tell you something. Jaeyun is my full name. Just call me an easier name, Jake." Jake said.

Y/n just giggled.

"Okay, Jake. So, I guess you're one of those troublemakers according to Mrs Lee." Y/n said.

"Me? I would never! I was only in detention twice last week!" Jake protested.

"TWICE? Jeez what did you do?" Y/n asked.

"Uh.. let's just say our math teacher is in retirement because of it." Jake said.

"I'm not even gonna ask.." Y/n sighed.

"Soo.. how old are you?" Jake asked.

"Hm? Oh.. I'm 17 soon to be 18." Y/n said.

"Really? Then I'm your senior! I'm 18 already." Jake said.

"Wait so you're leaving this year?" Y/n asked.

"Oh come on! I still have one year to make memories." Jake said.

"Plus, there's some cool people I'll introduce you to later. Jungwon knows most of them since most of us hang out a lot." Jake explained.

Y/n nodded and hummed.

"I should probably tour you around instead of getting distracted like usual. Anyway follow me, I'll show you everything you need to see." Jake said grabbing Y/n's wrist.

Y/n just went along with it and followed Jake.

They went around the English department and then the Science, and then Maths, and now they were in music. They were in high school so the classes were the same, they didn't change (except science where classes mix) but for specific clubs and things like that there was departments. Because you can't keep all of those things in one classroom. You wouldn't have space.

"This is one of my favourite departments, the music one." Jake introduced.

"There's a music department? That's good." Y/n said relieved.

"Oh? Are you interested in music?" Jake asked.

"Yeah- I am actually.. I can play some instruments-" Y/n said.

Jake just nodded and hummed in understanding.

Suddenly they both heard someone play electric guitar from one of the music rooms.

Jake just smirked. He knew who the sound was coming from.

Y/n was interested and went closer to the sound. Jake just followed Y/n. They both leaned in by the door that was not fully open.

The person playing it was really good. Y/n recognised the song, she liked it. She started humming the song.

Jake just looked at her puzzled.

'She knows this song?' Jake thought.

The person playing the guitar stopped after they heard the humming.

Y/n didn't realise how loud she was humming. And heard footsteps coming their way.

Jake and Y/n got frightened from the sudden pull from the door and fell forward a bit.

"So you two were spying on me?" A boy's voice spoke.

"Ha.. ha.." Jake said awkwardly.

Y/n looked up to see a handsome man. He looked older.

The guy realised that Y/n was staring at him. Y/n didn't realise she was staring and looked away.

"I haven't seen you before? Are you new?" The guy asked.

"Me?" Y/n asked looking back at the guy.

"Well yeah, I know Jake." The guy said.

"Right, yeah I'm new." Y/n said.

The guy just nodded and looked at Jake.

Jake was just staring at him intensely, as if signalling for the guy to do something.

"What..?" The guy mouthed to Jake.

"Introduce yourself!" Jake mouthed back.

"Aaa." The guy mouthed back.

"Oh, I'm Heeseung by the way." Heeseung said smiling.

"I'm Y/n." Y/n smiled back.

"So you know 'Closer' by Nine Inch Nails? I'm surprised." Heeseung said.

"Yeah I like that song a lot. You're really good at electric guitar." Y/n answered.

"Thanks. You play any instruments?" Heeseung asked.

"I do actually. I also play guitar. Both electric and acoustic. And I also play piano and drums." Y/n explained.

"Yeah, no. You're definitely my friend now." Heeseung said laughing.

Y/n also laughed.

"I'm glad you met Heeseung because that leaves me one less of a job to do." Jake said.

"Okay well we'll leave you to practice. I'll see you around right?" Y/n asked.

"Obviously. When else will I flex my skills to someone?" Heeseung says sarcastically and winks.

Y/n just smiles and rolls her eyes.

"I'm better!" She yells leaving the classroom with Jake.

"Okay now let's keep going with the tour." Jake said.

"Let's go." Y/n said.

They walked around for a bit and Jake showed Y/n other departments like drama, history and modern studies, and eventually they finished.

"Okay that's everything you need to know." Jake said.

"Alright cool. I forgot like half of them but I'll be fine." Y/n said and then sighed.

They both just talked for a bit until the bell for recess rang.

"Okay now that it's break follow me! I'll introduce you to some braindead idiots and depressed kids." Jake said signalling y/n to follow him.

They walked into the cafeteria where there was a lot of people.

Jake took y/n to a table with some guys.

Y/n panicked. She did not want to be surrounded by guys. Let's just say she watched too much dramas and series where the friendgroup fell apart because of someone new.

Plus as a girl y/n was just genuinely scared because literally come on. THAT'S A TABLE FILLED WITH DUDES.

"Oh jake you're here?" One of the guys said.

"Jake!" Another guy yelled.

"Hey jake, who's that?" Another guy asked.

"Yeah, hi guys. This is the new student I was asked to tour remember?" Jake explained.

"Ah right.." the guys started humming and nodding.

"I'm y/n.. it's nice to meet you?" y/n said unsure of how the guys see her yet.

"Oh y/n you're here? Hi." Heeseung said.

"Oh Heeseung? Hey." Y/n replied and looked at Heeseung.

"Woww.. you said Hi to him but not me?!" Jungwon said complaining.

"Bro you literally ran away from me this morning." Y/n huffed at Jungwon sarcastically.

"Anyway guys this is my beloved chihuahua dog I told you about-" Jungwon said.

"CHIHUAHUA? You're literally a tabby orange cat you butthole." Y/n said messing up Jungwon's hair and play fighting with him.

Jake sat down and laughed at the two.

Y/n also sat down next to Jungwon. She huffed.

"Ok guys introduce yourselves 'cause I'm not really bothered." Jake said placing his head on the desk.

"Hey I'm Jay. I'm the smartest here and I'm the hottest-" Jay said.

Another guy cut him off by pushing his face lightly.

"That's enough lies, you failed answering what 4 x 3 was. Anyway, I'm Sunoo. I heard you like to play games. Good 'cause Jungwon sucks at everything. Even Mario kart!" Sunoo introduced himself.

Y/n giggled at that.

"Yeah I'm the best. If you can play horror games without peeing yourself like Jungwon then you better be prepared for your controller to be destroyed." Y/n said smugly.

"I should've gotten both of your guys' controllers and flushed them down the toilet! I don't suck at video games!" Jungwon protested.

Sunoo and y/n just looked at each other in a 'is this guy for real?' look.

Jungwon just flicked them both.

"Anyway that's everyone for now." Jake said.

Y/n talked to them for a bit more. They were really chill. A bit braindead like Jake said, but chill.

"Oh shit what time is it?" Heeseung asked.

"10.45 why?" Jungwon replied.

"Shit." Jay and Jake said at the same time.

"Sorry guys we gotta go to training. We'll see you guys at lunch. Bye!" Jay waved to Sunoo, Jungwon and y/n.

All three of them were left alone.

"So.. what classes do you guys have next?" Y/n asked.

"I have biology.." Sunoo sighed.

"Sucks. I have Korean literature right now. To be honest that's worse." Y/n said.

"Oh wait Sunoo, are you the same age as me and Jungwon?" Y/n asked out of curiosity.

"If you're the same age as Jungwon then nah. I'm older by a year." Sunoo said.

"I swear like everyone in your friendgroup is seniors." Y/n said.

"Not everyone. Jungwon and Ni-ki are the same age as you." Sunoo said.

"No Ni-Ki is older. It's just me and Y/n who aren't in the same year." Jungwon explained.

"Who's Ni-Ki?" Y/n asked.

"Oh haven't you met him yet?" Sunoo asked.

"No I guess not.." y/n said.

"It's fine, you'll probably see him at break. If that idiot talks. He's very annoying. But a lady magnet."Sunoo said.

"Lady magnet?" Y/n asked.

"He's just really good looking in the ladies eyes and pulls a lot of them." Sunoo explained.

"None of us really get it though. He's honestly one of the most annoying people you'll meet." Jungwon tuned into the conversation.

"Alright well, I'll be aware of that I guess." Y/n said.

'Everyone at this school is good looking though? Like I don't get it. The principal could literally be a model like how is he different from others? I don't get it.' Y/n thought.

Eventually Y/n, Jungwon and Sunoo said bye to each other and went off to separate classes.
