First Time for Everything

Chapter 5

I wake up to the slight sound of snoring and my phone buzzing by my face. I fumble around in the dark trying to locate my phone somewhere on top of my bed. I groan as I can't find it and open my eyes to try and see if I could find it now. I lift my comforter off of my bed and there I find the horrid device that woke me up. I grab it and quickly turn the alarm off. I look at the time and it's 6:30 am.

I groan as I lay back on my bed not wanting to move or bother to wake up the two other girls that are still out cold. I sigh as I force myself out of bed and move my around Yeo Jin and F/N to be able to get to the bathroom to get ready. I might as well get myself my ready before I wake them up, so they can sleep in for a bit.

Because of how hot it was in my room last night I decide to take a quick shower so I feel refreshed and also to wake up. I turn on the water and wait for it to get warm, meanwhile, I start to brush my teeth. 

After I showered and blow-dried my hair I look at my phone and see that it's 6: 50. I decide now it's a good time to wake up the girls. As I'm walking to my room I bump into my sister.

"Oh, your up?" I question.

"Yeah, I kinda have to, if I want to get to school on time" she yawns as she walks past me and into the bathroom.

S/N is two years older than I am and it's her last year of school and she usually wakes up around 7:30 when school starts at 8:30, so this is something new. I laugh silently at the thought and walk into my room to still see the girls sleeping.

I sigh as I turn on the lights and start to play Miss Right by BTS. In a matter of seconds, I hear groans from both of the girls as they sit up and rub their eyes, while lazily singing along to the song.

"Yes, you're my only girl, neonun nage choego" F/N slurs.

"Neoui harureul algo sipeo neoui hansumi doego sipeo" Yeo Jin sings along while yawning.

"Come on sleepy heads, we got to get ready for school" I laugh.

"What time is it?" F/N yawns.

"It's almost 7 and we got to get out of here by 7:45 if we want to get to school on time" I state.

"Oh okay," Yeo Jin nods as she attempts to stand up.

It takes them a while, but both of them finally manage to get up and start getting ready. In the meantime, I already have my uniform on, which consists of a grey checkered skirt, a red tie, a white blouse, and a grey blazer with my name tag on it. It's super simple, but our school needs more color than just grey and a pop of red. Overall, it does look kind of nice compared to some other school uniforms out there.

I finish flat ironing my hair as both girls walk back into my room fully dressed.

"Are you guys ready to go?" I ask as I leave my flat iron to cool down.

"Yup all nice and ready for the day," F/N says sarcastically.

"Yeah, we're ready but we need to eat before we go" Yeo Jin states.

"My mom made us breakfast and lunch to take to school so we can eat as we're walking to the bus stop" I state.

We all grab our things and walk into the kitchen to grab the bags of food I helped mom make last night. I hand them the bags and walk to the door when S/N comes out of her room as well as wearing her uniform.

"Wait Y/N! I'm coming with you guys this morning!" S/N exclaims.

"Okay?" I say.

First, she's up early and now she's going to school early. Something is definitely up and I don't know what yet. I hand her the bag that mom made her for her and walk out the door with the girls following me and S/N locking the door behind us. Today will be a very interesting day.

We all get off of the bus and start walking to our school which is only a couple of blocks away. I thank whoever made a bus stop close to our school. I can't imagine walking farther than a couple of blocks to get to school. I check my phone and it's around 8:05, we will surprisingly make it to school on time today. Usually, my sister and I are never on time to school and have climb over the wall to get in and to go to class.

"Y/N, I'll see you later! I have to go do something real quick! Bye!" S/N exclaims as she runs off in a different direction of the school.

Okay, scratch that Yeo Jin, F/N, and I will be on time to school. But, like always my sister will not.

"Guys, I'm so not ready for this" F/N groans as we cross the street to get to school.

"Well in a matter of minutes you're going to have to be" I state as we near closer to the school.

"And we're here..." Yeo Jin sighs," The worst place to be right now."

"I second that" I sigh as we walk past the school gates.

We walk into the school building and it's the same as always, the cliques all by the lockers and the popular people shooting icy glares at other kids for the fun of it. All I have to do is stay away for Kang Ji Won and I should be okay.

"Crap, 12 o'clock guys" I hear F/N whisper.

I look straight ahead of me and see the one person I didn't want to see. Kang Ji Won.

I instantly look down at the floor and try my best to get past her until I feel someone push my shoulder, I look up and of course, it's her.

"What do you want?" I ask trying so hard not to roll my eyes.

"I want you just to not come to school. You hurt everyone's eyes when they look at you" she huffs.

Ouch, that one actually hurt. I suck in my breath and try not to think about what she said.

" How about you tell everyone to stop looking at her if there is a problem. Because she's perfectly fine you snob!" F/N yells while dragging Yeo Jin and I away from Ji Won.

"Th-"

"Y/N you got to learn how to stand up for yourself!" F/N sighs.

"I try, but that aggravates her even more" I sigh.

"Well, just tell me when she messes around with you again. Cause I got your back okay" F/N states.

"Same here" Yeo Jin states.

"Well, we better all go to class the bell is about to ring. Meet up after school in the front okay" I say.

"Right" both of them answer.

We all turn to go to our class and I hope that this day will get better, after all, it's supposed to be the best day of my life.

As soon as the final bell went off I was out the door before anyone could stop. In the next couple of hours we are finally going to see BTS live! I quickly make my out of the school to avoid Ji Won and wait for Yeo Jin and F/N to come out.

"Y/N! Are you ready?" F/N screeches as she runs over to me.

"Heck, yeah I'm ready!" I shout back.

"Guys, let's go!" Yeo Jin yells as she runs past us.

We hurry to catch up to her as all three of us continue to run to the bus stop to get back to my house to get ready.

"Guys, I'm so pumped!" Yeo Jin yells into the wind as we run.

I only let out fits of laughter as Yeo Jin and F/N constantly scream and yell as we're running. We make it to the bus stop and the bus just pulled up as we arrived, we all hurry on and throw ourselves into seats.

"That is probably the most I have run in a long time" I gasp as I try to get air into my lungs.

"Same here. I'm so out of shape" Yeo Jin sighs.

"I was never in shape" F/N laughs," I don't even know what a workout is."

We all laugh and become quiet when a lady hushes us to be quiet. We all bow and apologize as we try to sit still and stay quiet until we get back to my house. 

It takes us a while but we finally arrive at my place and just like before all three of us go sprinting into the building complex I live in. Instead of taking the elevator we all run up three flights of stairs and straight to my front door.

"Okay guys so here is the plan, we each get 10 minutes max to shower and then after we are all done getting ready we catch the bus to the showing venue, and then we go buy Bangtan bomb lightsticks" I state.

They both nod their heads in agreement and I unlock the front door. We all walk in and go straight to my room, as usual, no one is home yet. I drop my bag and start looking for what I'm going to wear as F/N goes to shower first.

"Okay guys, are we ready to go?" I ask.

"Yup I'm all ready to get my jams on" Yeo Jin laughs.

"I'm just ready to see the boys live" F/N sighs.

"Who isn't?" Yeo Jin jokes.

We all walk out the front door and walk over to the elevator, we all look so cute with what we're wearing. I'm wearing a white tee with a mustache and glasses on it, with black shorts and black overalls, and black converse.  And for once I left my hair in its natural state, which is straight but also a little bit wavy.

F/N is wearing jean shorts, a white graphic tee, a green army zip-up jacket, with black high tops. Then Yeo Jin is wearing a black sweater, a white and black ruffled skirt, heels, and a beige beret. Yeo Jin is the best dressed out of all of us and looks really pretty.

We get downstairs and instead of catching the bus we decided to hail a cab because we should get to the venue earlier. Once we were able to haul a cab we all get inside with the posters we made for the boys, good thing we didn't make them big.

On the ride there we played all the songs from BTS' new album and I'm sure by the time we got to our destination the driver was done listening to our music. I quickly paid him what we owed and off we were once again running to try and find Yeo Jin and F/N a Bangtan bomb light stick.

We went to every possible store and they didn't have any. And we just started walking back to the venue before we were late.

"Guys, I don't think we are going to find any tonight" F/N sighs.

"Hey, it's okay. We have the signs that we made for them. At least we have something. And to make you guys feel better I won't use mine tonight, okay" I state to try and make them feel better.

"But you have to use yours. Your mom got it for you to use tonight. What happens if you don't get the opportunity again?" Yeo Jin asks.

"I'd rather have all of us have one instead of just me. And if I don't get another chance it's okay" I sigh," Let's just hurry and get inside."

We all hurry over to the venue and walk inside. Once we get inside I'm amazed to see how big the place looks in person. I always thought it was big on TV, but it looks ten times bigger now.

"Dang, this place is huge!" Yeo Jin exclaims.

"You can say that again" F/N gawks.

"Yup, but guys. We are finally here!" I squeal," hurry let's go and find a go place to stand."

The place is already half full and I'm sure that all of them are not BTS fans. We found a way to end up next to the stage and be able to see them go on and get off the stage. So, I think we got pretty good seats.

After a good amount of time, the lights started to dim and the show was ready to begin. After the lights dimmed they announced that BTS was about to come on and my heart started to race like crazy. I grabbed Yeo Jin's hand as I saw the silhouettes of the boys walking on to the stage. And as soon as the music started I felt like I couldn't even breathe.

Throughout their entire performance I kept my eyes glued on their dancing and was able to think, "wow, Yeo Jin, F/N, and I were able to learn that in one day". At one point I saw F/N dancing along with the boys moving her body around like crazy. It was amazing! All three of us were chanting along with the crowd, cheering for the boys and watching their live performance in awe. It was just breathtaking.

When their performance ended everyone broke out into loud cheers as the lights dimmed and they slowly made their way off stage for the last group to go tonight. As the boys were walking off the stage the boys were waving in our direction so we decided to wave back to them.

But, I don't know if it was just me, but Jungkook was looking at me. He was looking at me. I turned my head and hid behind Yeo Jin and when I looked him again he was smiling. 

"Was he looking at you?" Yeo Jin asks as the boys walk away.

"I'm going to pretend he was to make myself feel better" I laugh.

"Their performance was amazing guys! We should come to these more often!" F/N yells over the crowd.

"Yes, we should!" I yell back.

After the last group performed, all the groups came back on stage to see who would be taking first place for the night. I linked arms with Yeo Jin as she linked arms with F/N.

"Come on. Let it be BTS" Yeo Jin said.

I silently pray as the scores are being tallied on screen. BTS: 6825,605,648,8078!

"BTS! Congratulations!" The emcees announce.

Almost instantly the crowd goes insane and chants BTS. I watch the boys' faces as they are handed their trophy for all their hard work and as they thank the ARMY and I felt so happy for them and so touched as well.

I Need U comes back on and everyone starts to chant as the boys are now the only people left on stage. This has been the best experience ever. My first time seeing them live and it's the time where they get their first win.

"Okay, guys so what are we going to do now?" Yeo Jin asks.

"Can we wait for the boys to leave then just go home?" F/N asks.

"Sure I don't see the harm in that" I state.

"Well okay then, let's go find a spot outside to send the boys off" Yeo Jin smiles.

We fight through the crowd and we all end up getting separated and not being able to find each other.

"Yeo Jin ah! F/N ah! Where are you guys?" I call out.

I get no response and I internally start to freak out. It's okay Y/N, calm down everything will be alright.

"Look there they are!" someone yells.

I look behind me and the boys are walking in a single file line through the crowd. Almost instantly people surround them and I get pushed around. I try to walk through but only get pushed on to the ground by the boys' van and as soon as I land I feel pain shoot up my right leg. I attempt to stand, but only end up falling over again. I sigh as I sit on the ground and try to wait out this crowd.

"Like this day could get any worse" I sigh.

It's like the universe heard me and I feel someone hit my head with something, which then involves a body tripping over me. I end up lying on the ground now and groan in pain. Except now, there's no more noise, and it's like the crowd stopped talking.

I push myself up into a sitting position as someone helps me sit up. As I look at the person sitting on the ground in front of me, I now know why the crowd fell silent.

I'm staring right into the eyes of Jeon Jungkook and everyone is looking at me.

A/N: Well you finally got to go to a performance of theirs and look what happens, you have Jungkook falling over you and looking directly at you. Im sure his cant happen in real life seeing how there is the backstage area and all. but lets all pretend that this can happen for the sake of this story.
