Chapter 46: Blader's Spirit!

11:54, 21 June 2025

The eerie purple glow around Ryuga intensified, pulsating like a heartbeat of pure darkness. Gingka stood frozen, his eyes wide with shock as he struggled to comprehend what was happening before him. This was no longer just a battle–it was something far beyond anything he had faced before....

Meanwhile, on top of the Dark Nebula's towering building, the onlookers were equally stunned. The once confident and determined expressions of Gingka's friends had faded in to confusion and fear.

"What?" Madoka gasped, Holding on to her laptop tightly.

"What... what is that?" Benkei stammered, his usual bravado crumbling at the sight of Ryuga's monstrous transformation.

Yu, normally so energetic, could only whisper in disbelief, "Ryuga..."...

Back in the stadium, Ryuga clutched his head, his entire body trembling violently. His voice broke into a desperate scream as the darkness continued to overpower him.

"Stop! Stop it, L-Drago! Just stop it! I am the one who controls you! Don't try to take me here! Don't try to control ME!"

A powerful shockwave of dark energy exploded from Ryuga's body, sending Gingka flying backward with incredible force. He was pushed back into the railing, barely managing to regain his footing. Above them, the three dragons that had emerged from L-Drago spiraled through the air, circling wildly before diving back into Ryuga's body.

"STOP! STOP IT!" Ryuga screamed again, his voice cracking with agony.

"Ryuga!" Gingka called out desperately, but his voice barely seemed to reach him....

Back on the rooftop, the tension among the spectators only grew worse.

"What in the world is happening?" Madoka asked, her voice laced with fear.

Ryu, his face grim, answered in a solemn tone as he arrived there, "The thing that I was afraid of has begun after all. Until now, no one had been able to control L-Drago. It is said that those who tried were taken in by the dark aura and destroyed."

"Huh?" Everyone turned to Ryu in shock.

"Then Ryuga will... Ryuga," Yu muttered, unable to tear his eyes away from the scene.

Ryu continued, his expression heavy, "Through the matches at Battle Bladers, its power expanded greatly and has now begun to run wild. Not even Ryuga can control it any longer. And so the rampaging L-Drago is trying to absorb Ryuga himself."...

In the stadium, Ryuga let out a scream of pure agony. "Stop! Stop it!" His body consumed by the dark energy was wrapped around him like chains....

"Ryuga..." Yu whispered again, his face pale.

"A Bey is doing that to its own Blader?" Kenta said in disbelief.

"How did it turn out like this? Wasn't Ryuga's L-Drago born from a fragment of the star just like Gingka's Pegasis was?" Hyoma asked, trying to make sense of the sight before them.

Ryu sighed heavily. "But over a long course of history, the paths the two fragments took diverged from each other greatly. One is darkness... one is light. In the end, the path taken depends on the choices of humans. Even L-Drago's creation was a result of the humans, who became amazed by the star fragment's great power."

Madoka clenched her fists, her voice barely above a whisper. "Human  hearts are what allowed L-Drago's dark power to grow this much."

Ryu nodded. "Yes. Some powerful people of the past were just like Doji, enchanted by the power that the star fragment held."

Ryu turned his gaze to the stadium. "Be careful, Gingka. The thing L-Drago desires is darkness. It won't stop this rampage until it leads the world to destruction, and everything fallsinto darkness."...

Gingka gritted his teeth, his hands L shaking as he clenched them into fists. "What should I..."

A bloodcurdling scream cut through the air. Gingka's eyes widened in horror.

Ryuga's voice twisted into eerie laughter, echoing across the battlefield. "That's right. That is my desire!" He said as he laughed maniacally.

A beam of dark purple light shot from his body, piercing through the sky. Thunder rumbled as three enormous dragons emerged, circling the Dark Nebula building like prelude to its doom....

On the rooftop, Benkei shuddered. "What is that fearsome energy?"

Hyoma standing, his voice tense. "It feels like the voices of all the people who have been destroyed by L-Drago!"...

Back in the stadium, Ryuga's laughter only grew more frenzied. His body trembled as he fully succumbed to the darkness. "Destruction! Destruction! Destruction!" he roared.

"Pull yourself together, Ryuga!" Gingka shouted, his voice filled with urgency trying to call him back.

Ryuga barely seemed to hear him. His eyes burned with a red glow as he declared, "Turn everything to Darkness!"

"Don't lose to the dark power! Ryuga, pull yourself back from it!" Gingka pleaded.

But Ryuga's response was chilling. "You will become substance for me as well!"

The three dragons re-entered L-Drago, causing it to glow an ominous pale purple. Then, without warning, it charged forward with immense speed. L-Drago crashed into Pegasis with terrifying force, sending Gingka flying backward. The sheer power of the impact spread throughout the stadium, and Pegasis barely managed to stay in the battle.

"Wowzers! What is this unbelievable power?!" DJ's voice rang out, barely able to contain his shock.

L-Drago struck again, sending Gingka tumbling back towards the railing.

Ryuga laughed wildly. "Destruction! Destruction! Destruction! Destruction! More, more, more! Rampage!"

As he continued laughing, the dark glow around him grew stronger, and massive, three-headed dragons materialized behind him.

"Sacrifice everything to me!" he bellowed, his laughter growing even more maniacal. The three-headed dragon took off, soaring over the battlefield....

On the rooftop, Ryu's face darkened. "This is bad! He's completely under the control of the dark power!"

Yu's eyes filled with dread. "That's not Ryuga!"

Benkei shook his head, his voice trembling. "What now? How is he supposed to fight against that monster?"

Madoka's hands trembled. "But if this goes on, the world will be... the world will be..."

Kenta's voice rang out, filled with determination. "You can do it, Gingka!"...

But in the stadium, Gingka barely had time to react before L-Drago unleashed another devastating blast. The impact sent him flying back yet again.

Ryuga's voice was no longer his own-it was something far more sinister. "I will tear this world apart and completely cover it with the darkness of destruction."

The dragon behind him let out a deafening roar before releasing a powerful purple blast from its mouth.

Gingka barely managed to shield himself. "Stop it, Ryuga! What will happen if you do something like that? So is this really the reason you've been Beyblading?"

"All I want is a world covered in darkness," Ryuga said coldly.

"Open your eyes, Ryuga!" Gingka pleaded, desperation laced in his voice.

"No one can stop me now!" Ryuga declared....

Above them, the three-headed dragon loomed, its enormous wings casting a shadow over the Dark Nebula building.

Hyoma clenched his fists. "No matter what you say, it's no good, Gingka! The one standing there is no longer Ryuga!"...

Gingka glared at Ryuga with unwavering determination.

"Go away! Disappear!" Ryuga roared as L-Drago charged straight at Pegasis.

The impact was immense. A wave of dark energy exploded from the collision, and Gingka was sent flying backward towards the railing.

"Wha... what power...!" Gingka gasped, his hands gripping the railing as he struggled to push himself up.

He stared at Ryuga, whose laughter echoed ominously. The three-headed dragon circled above them like a predator preparing to strike.

"Can I really win against an opponent like that...?" Gingka said, doubt creeping into his mind.

Ryuga's manic laughter filled the air.

Gingka gritted his teeth. He knew he had no choice. If he failed here, it was over-not just for him, but for everyone. "I have to do it," he whispered, clenching his fists. "If I lose here, everything is over. Pegasis and I hold the fate of everyone's future."

The three-headed dragon let out another roar as it hovered over the stadium....

On the rooftop, Ryu stood watching, his expression grim, "You can stand against it!"

"Please! Do your best, Gingka!" Madoka shouted, her hands clenched over her chest.

"Gingka!" Kenta, Takashi, Osamu, and Akira called out in unison.

Gingka forced himself to his feet, glaring at Ryuga.

"But in order for you to win against the dark power, there is still one thing missing... Can you realize what it is, Gingka?" Ryu thought, watching the battle unfold....

Gingka inhaled deeply, steadying himself. "Here we go, Ryuga!"

Ryuga scoffed. "It's no use. What can someone like you do?"

"I must not lose!" Gingka declared. "I'm gonna win! I'm gonna win this!"

Ryuga sneered. "Don't make me laugh!"

The three-headed dragon let out a fierce roar and surged forward.

"Go, Pegasis!" Gingka shouted.

Pegasis dashed toward the monstrous dragon, but before it could attack, the dragon's three heads snapped forward, trapping Pegasis in its jaws.

"Pegasis!" Gingka gasped.

Ryuga's sinister grin widened as L-Drago sent Pegasis flying high into the air.

"It's no good...! It's like I can't even compete!" Gingka thought in horror, sweat dripping down his face.

Ryuga raised his arms as an enormous ball of pale purple energy formed between his hands. "DARK MOVE!" His voice boomed across the stadium.

Gingka's breath hitched as he saw the ominous energy ball crackling with dark power.

"DRAGON EMPEROR SOARING DESTRUCTION!"

With a powerful throw, Ryuga launched the energy sphere into the stadium. It shot directly into L-Drago, fusing with the bey's energy. The moment it hit, the three-headed dragon emerged once more, its presence even more overwhelming than before....

"Oh no!" Benkei shouted from the sidelines.

"Gingka!" Madoka and Kenta screamed.

"Gingka!" Takashi, Osamu, and Akira echoed....

The massive dragon flew into the sky, spinning like a tornado before plunging straight down toward Pegasis. The sheer force of its descent created shockwaves, sending debris flying everywhere.

The impact was devastating. Pegasis was slammed into the stadium floor with an explosion of wind, shaking the entire Dark Nebula building.

Gingka barely had time to react as the force sent him flying back as he barely managed to grab the stadium's railing, gripping onto it for dear life.

As he struggled to pull himself up, he saw the swirling purple tornado rushing toward him. Gingka screamed, bracing for impact....

On the rooftop, everyone watched in horror.

"Gingka!" Kenta cried.

"Gingka!" Benkei yelled.

"Gingka!" Takashi, Osamu, and Akira shouted.

"Gingka!" Ryu shouted....

Ryuga's eyes gleamed with sadistic pleasure. He raised his hand high. "And now it ends... RIGHT HERE!" he declared.

The purple tornado surged toward Gingka, with L-Drago pushing Pegasis straight at him. The sheer force of it seemed unstoppable.

But just as it was about to strike, a sudden burst of fiery orange energy erupted near the stadium floor. The intense glow collided with the dark tornado, creating a massive explosion of light and shadow.

A deafening shockwave rocked the stadium as a purple blast engulfed the area where Gingka had stood. The impact was so strong that part of the Dark Nebula building collapsed, debris crashing down below.

DJ's voice echoed through the chaos. "Wowzers! This has turned absolutely serious, folks! After taking a hit like that, even Gingka might not stand a chance! What has become of the mighty Gingka?!"...

Everyone stared in horror as thick smoke covered the battlefield.

Madoka, Kenta, and Yu clutched the railing. "Gingka!" they cried out.

Benkei's eyes widened in panic. "Gingka!"...

For a long moment, silence filled the stadium. Then, as the smoke began to clear, a familiar figure emerged. Gingka, still gripping the railing, hung completely unharmed.

"Gingka!" Everyone gasped in shock....

The relief in the air was almost tangible. Gingka exhaled sharply as he was hanging on to the rail unharmed, still trying to process what had just happened.

And then he saw them-three figures standing protectively in front of him. Kyoya, Hikaru, and Haruka. The three stood firm, their bodies glowing with radiant green, blue, and orange auras.

"What's this?!" Ryuga's sharp, suspicious voice cut through the air.

Gingka blinked. "Hikaru... Kyoya... Haruka..."

Hikaru spoke determined, "Stand up, Gingka! The real fight starts now!"

"You cannot win if you fight head-on," Haruka added, her Amber eyes calm yet unwavering. "There's something more important you must do."

"There's an answer. One that only we possess," Kyoya said firmly. His voice held an unshakable confidence. "This spirit, you take care of it for me. Don't hold back. Throw everything we've got at that monster."

"Protect our future," Hikaru added, her voice steady and resolute.

A brief pause.

Then, Haruka turned her head slightly, glancing over her shoulder at Gingka, "We believe in you, Gingka," she said softly. "I believe in you."

Without another word, the three warriors suddenly dissolved into pure energy, their glowing spirits transforming into shimmering orbs of blue, green, and orange. They surged forward, spiraling toward Pegasis, fusing their energy and will into the very heart of the bey.

The moment their spirits merged with Pegasis, a brilliant blue aura exploded outward, sending shockwaves across the stadium. Pegasis spun to life, its power surging to an entirely new level.

With a powerful force, L-Drago was suddenly blasted backward.

"Unbelievable!" DJ gasped, "Somehow, Gingka is miraculously unharmed! Thank goodness! This is totally great! What just happened? It almost looked as if he was protected by an invisible wall!"...

The entire audience remained in stunned silence.

"Madoka... just now..." Kenta said, eyes wide.

Madoka slowly nodded. "Yes... I could see them. Hikaru..."

"Kyoya!" Benkei breathed excited, fists clenched.

"And Haruka!" Yu added, his usual excitement tinged with awe.

The whole nation of Japan watched in amazement.

"Did you see that?!" Kenta exclaimed. "Haruka and the others all protected Gingka!"

"Kyoya, Hikaru, and Haruka were fighting along with Gingka," Madoka said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Benkei punched the air. "Go, Gingka! Don't let the feelings of Kyoya and the others go to waste!"

"Come on, show 'em the bond we all share!" Hyoma shouted....

With a powerful leap, Gingka soared over the railing, landing back on the battlefield. He stood there, his expression firm thinking,as a realization clicked in Gingka's mind.

"I cannot win if I fight him head-on... There's something more important...." He thought silent. "They saved me in order to give me that message?" His eyes widened. "Save...?" he thought.

Then, a spark of understanding lit within him. "That's it!"

Infront, Ryuga sneered. "I'm after you, Gingka."

But Gingka had made up his mind. His grip tightened. His determination ignited. "Okay, I'll do it!" he declared.

He turned his gaze toward the countless bladers watching from above the Dark Nebula building.

His voice rang clear and strong: "Please lend me your strength one more time, everyone!" he called out. "We're gonna use our power to save Ryuga!"...

A wave of confusion rippled through the spectators. "Huh?!"

"Save Ryuga?!" Hyoma echoed.

"What are you talking about?!" Benkei demanded, baffled....

But Gingka stood his ground. "I'm not going to abandon a fellow blader!" he shouted. "That's exactly what the dark bey has been doing, don't you see?! It's not enough just to defeat the bey!" Everyone fell silent, listening.

"In the end, Ryuga was fooled by the power L-Drago possesses!" Gingka continued. "He was only being USED! So now I am gonna win against L-Drago and free Ryuga from the dark power once and for all! And when I do, the future will be wide open for every one of us!"...

The weight of his words began to sink in.

Yu's eyes lit up. "Gingky...!"

"All bladers are family," Gingka declared. "And Ryuga's part of that family. So we will not desert him! No blader gets left behind! I will fight!"...

Kenta gasped. "He's not fighting just to win... he's fighting to save bladers everywhere. I get it."

Madoka's lips parted slightly. "Yes... we were only thinking about defeating L-Drago, but there's more to it."

Kenta nodded. "Even Ryuga is a blader like us. And if we aren't able to save him, then it won't really be a victory against the dark power. Because we can't win by losing one of our own."

Benkei's expression hardened. "Yeah, Gingka is showing us what it means to win!"

"Awesome!" Hyoma grinned.

Ryu's expression remained unreadable. "So, now he understands what the one thing missing was in his plan," he murmured....

Gingka took a deep breath. His heart pounded. He turned back toward his bey. "Our best weapon against evil is a heart that loves Beyblade!" he declared. "The Blader Spirit rules! I've got to put all our spirit into Pegasis in order to win!"

Suddenly, an ominous chill filled the air.

"Save me, you say?" Ryuga's voice dripped with disdain. "Enough babbling about things to come. There's no future for worms. And that's all you are!"

L-Drago began to tremble violently.

A massive purple light shot out of the stadium, spiraling into the sky. A deafening crack of thunder split the heavens. The dark clouds churned furiously, swallowing the sky in an unnatural, swirling abyss. The entire stadium trembled....

Everyone shielded their eyes as a blinding purple thunderbolt struck down.

"Did he just increase in power again?!" Kenta gasped.

Tsubasa narrowed his eyes, his voice grim. "The dark power... It's unreal."

"He's even changing his own anger into power. Pegasis is up against an even more powerful opponent," Madoka stared at her laptop screen, her eyes widening in horror. "0.03%?!" she gasped. "In order to win against L-Drago now, it'll take nothing short of a miracle!"...

"Then I'll just have to come up with a miracle." Gingka said, thinking silently starting ahead, "If I give up, it ends here. I don't care if our chances of winning are 0.03%. Or 0 or whatever! I'm going to fight!"

"No matter what might go down here, I'm not going anywhere! Are you with me, Pegasis?" Gingka shouted, his voice echoing through the stadium, filled with unwavering determination.

Pegasis responded to his call. With a burst of light, it dashed forward, the ethereal horse charging into the heart of the storm created by L-Drago's destructive power. The collision of their forces sent shockwaves through the arena, each clash between them sending sparks into the air.

"Go, Pegasis!" Gingka urged, his voice full of passion as his Beyblade shot forward once again, crashing into L-Drago.

With every strike, the battle between the two forces grew more intense. Even as Pegasis struggled to match the overwhelming strength of L-Drago, it refused to give up, pushing forward despite its diminishing power.

Clash after clash, the two Beys seemed to be locked in an endless cycle, but L-Drago's dark energy was still too powerful, and Pegasis found itself struggling to hold its ground, but never gave up, its aura flickering as if it was desperately trying to hold on.

"Pegasis!" Gingka cried out in anguish, watching as his Bey took hit after hit.

"None of your pathetic attacks will do anything to us! We will rain darkness over this world!" Ryuga's voice boomed, the hatred and malice fueling his every word, his Beyblade's power surging with each statement.

"No way! I can win! I must win!" Gingka shouted defiantly, his heart racing with determination. "Everyone is counting on us! If there is even the slightest bit of Hope, I will continue to Fight!"

Pegasis, despite its flagging energy, was not backing down. It struggled against L-Drago's immense power, the two spinning against one another in an explosive display of light and dark.

As the two Beys collided once again, a small red glow flickered on L-Drago's fusion wheel surface....

"You can do it, Gingka!" Kenta yelled from the sidelines, his voice filled with hope and urgency.

"Go Gingky!" Yu added, his fist clenched tightly as he cheered for his friend.

"We're all behind ya, pal!" Hyoma shouted, his voice filled with determination and confidence....

With a burst of light, Pegasis pushed L-Drago back, the dark dragon faltering for a moment as it was forced to retreat slightly. However, L-Drago was relentless, and its energy surged once more, throwing Pegasis back with even greater force.

"Pegasis!" Gingka called out once more, desperation creeping into his voice.

Suddenly, the red glow on L-drago grew stronger, and before anyone could comprehend what was happening, an incredible phenomenon took place.

A sliver of fiery aura began to manifest around Pegasis, as if a protective shield had appeared enveloping the Bey in a warm, glowing flame....

"What..." Kenta began, his eyes wide with shock.

"Is that...?" Madoka finished, her gaze fixed on the unexpected sight.

"Flames?" Yu gasped, his voice barely a whisper.

"What's happening?" Hyoma questioned, completely taken aback by the sudden change in the atmosphere.

Even Ryu, who had been silently watching, couldn't tear his eyes away from the battle in wonder. The fiery aura engulfing both Beys left everyone in awe....

The energy around L-Drago shifted as well, its dark aura twisting and warping, as the fiery aura expanded and surrounded the dragon, forcing it into a defensive stance. The once terrifyingly powerful L-Drago was now consumed by flames was burning its darkness.

"Aaahhhh!!!!!" Ryuga screamed, his body writhing in pain as the dark energy surrounding him was slowly but surely overcome by the flames. The arena shook as the power clash reached its peak.

With a final burst of light, Pegasis's fiery aura expanded further, pushing L-Drago away.

"Pegasis..." Gingka whispered, his voice filled with disbelief and awe. He watched as his Bey, glowing with the protective flames, continued to spin defiantly in the face of L-Drago's dark power.

The fiery glow around L-Drago intensified, revealing a deep red mark on its fusion wheel, a symbol of the clash between light and dark, hope and despair—now prominent....

"Those flames... look familiar, don't they?" Benkei's voice broke the silence, his tone filled with recognition.

"Yeah! Those are... Phoenix's flames!" Kenta said, his voice catching with realization.

"What?" Yu's confusion was evident, his brow furrowed in disbelief as he glanced between Kenta and the fiery spectacle unfolding in front of them.

"Phoenix's flames?" Tsubasa echoed, just as lost as Yu.

"What do you mean, Kenta?" Hyoma asked, his voice tinged with both recognition and curiosity, trying to understand what Kenta was saying.

"I don't know how to clearly put it, but that's how Phoenix's attack looks whenever Haruka has used it in battle," Kenta explained, his voice full of both awe and disbelief.

"But then... how is it happening?" Benkei asked, his eyes narrowing in confusion as he watched the two Beys continue to spin, the fiery aura intensifying.

Madoka, who had been monitoring the data on her laptop. She turned to the others, her voice filled with an edge of surprise and clarity. "It's a Burned Imprint!"

"Huh?" Everyone turned to her, not fully understanding what she meant.

Madoka quickly pointed to the screen of her laptop, zooming in on L-Drago's fusion wheel. "Look at this," she said, showing them the screen with the now glowing red mark on L Drago. "There is a small piece of Phoenix energy ring burned onto the fusion wheel's surface!"

A stunned silence fell over the group as the realization sank in....

Gingka's heart pounded in his chest as he looked at the battle. His mind raced, processing what he had just heard. "Phoenix's..." he whispered, his voice a mixture of shock and understanding.

His thoughts drifted back to when Haruka had faced Ryuga in battle....

"Don't worry, Gingka. 'We' will defeat him," Haruka had said, just before heading into the battle stadium to face off against Ryuga, her voice full of determination....

Gingka's mind flashed back to that moment, the words echoing in his heart.

"NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!!! I'LL MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEFEATED!!!!"

Nearing the end of the match, the intensity of Haruka's struggle was evident. Her final attack had been a desperate push of power, a last-ditch effort to defeat L-Drago and Ryuga. She had poured all of her remaining strength, the hope she had left, into that final move.

As Phoenix's energy ring had broke and melded onto L-Drago's fusion wheel, Haruka had unknowingly left her mark on the dark dragon. The imprint of her attack had remained, even though neither Ryuga nor anyone else had noticed....

Gingka's eyes glistened with tears, a wave of emotion flooding over him as the truth hit him. "Haruka..." he whispered, his voice thick with gratitude and disbelief. Her power, her hope, had manifested here, in this battle, even after her fight had ended.

As L-Drago struggled against the flames, trying to break free from the light that surrounded it, Pegasis slowly regained its stamina. The fiery aura around it shimmered with renewed energy, a response to the sudden surge of hope coursing through the battle. The clash of light and dark had reached a boiling point....

"So, Haruka's battle wasn't in vain at all!" Kenta said, his voice filled with awe.

"She took everything she had in that final attack, and left a piece of Hope so L-Drago could be defeated!" Hyoma added, his voice softer but full of respect. He looked at the battle with renewed focus. Madoka's voice broke through their reflections, her brow furrowed in thought. "But I wonder... why is it happening just now?" She said trying to understand why it was only now appearing.

Ryu, who had been standing quietly beside the group, nodded to himself as he watched the battle unfold. He understood everything in that moment. "It's because of their Bond," he said quietly, his voice filled with pride.

"Huh?" Everyone turned to him, their confusion growing.

"Gingka and Haruka," Ryu continued, "The shared bond between them is what led to that power manifesting. The Bond between them is something special and unbreakable, especially when it comes to beyblading."

Everyone processed Ryu's words, they couldn't help but look down at the battle. They had seen it—how Pegasis had responded to Gingka's cries, how the flames around it had been ignited by something greater than just power. It was a bond—a connection that transcended their expectations.

"Phoenix flames represent the light of Hope—When there's even the smallest flame of Hope, it can always overcome the darkness." Ryu said, his eyes softening as he gazed at the battle below, his pride in his daughter evident.

"Well done, Haruka," he thought silently, a deep sense of admiration swelling in his chest as he watched the events unfold....

....

Ryuga's L-Drago, dark and menacing, glowed with an intense red flame, its fusion wheel burning brighter than ever.

The fiery power enveloping the dragon took on a form: a silhouette of Phoenix, the vermillion bird, its wings stretching out over L-Drago, bringing a new, radiant energy-instilling it into Pegasis.

Gingka could feel it-the presence of Haruka's power. He wiped away the tears that had begun to well up in his eyes. It was as though her spirit was right there beside him, guiding him toward victory.

"This...this is Haruka's strength," Gingka whispered, his voice filled with gratitude and resolve. "She left a final chance, a final chance for us to defeat L-Drago."

As if in response to his words, Pegasis began to regain its strength. The ethereal power of the bey connected to the spirit of Phoenix, and the light of hope ignited once more. The flames of Phoenix burned bright in the background, surrounding L-Drago and imbuing Pegasis with a renewed power.

Gingka's heart surged with newfound confidence as he stood tall. "Let's finish this, Pegasis! This is for everyone, especially Haruka!" he shouted, his voice filled with fiery determination.

Pegasis responded immediately, charging forward with an intense burst of energy, propelled by the collective spirit of all those who believed in Gingka. The ethereal horse spirit materialized, glowing brighter than ever before.

"Let's do this, Pegasis. Go!" Gingka shouted, his voice full of unwavering resolve.

"Bad move, worm boy! I won't be taken down by you!" Ryuga retorted with venom, his eyes blazing with fury. He urged L-Drago forward, and the two beys collided with a force that shook the arena to its core.

The stadium trembled as L-Drago's dark energy met the bright, ethereal flames of Pegasis. Gingka's eyes were locked onto the battle, his heart racing as the platform under him began to crack and break apart.

"Pegasis!" he cried out as his bey dodged L-Drago's relentless attacks.

With incredible agility, Pegasis zipped around L-Drago, avoiding the deadly strikes of the three-headed dragon....

Gingka's friends, watching from the sidelines, couldn't help but shout their encouragement.

"I don't care what the odds are here! Go, Gingka!" Madoka yelled, her voice full of belief.

"Percentage, smentage! We all believe in you, Gingka!" Kenta added, his eyes burning with pride.

"Gingky!" Yu cheered, grinning from ear to ear.

"Gingka!" Hyoma shouted, his fists clenched in determination.

"Finish it, Gingka!" Tsubasa called out, his tone serious yet full of hope.

"Go, Gingka! Make some history!" Benkei cheered, his voice carrying across the stadium....

And all across Japan, the country united, their cheers rising in unison for their hero. "GINGKA!!!"...

"Alright! Here we go, everyone! Here comes mine and Pegasis's... Haruka's and Phoenix's... and everyone's full power!" Gingka declared, his voice full of conviction.

He could feel the spirits of all those who had ever supported him, from his friends to his family, pushing him onward. This was more than just a battle—it was a test of their spirits, their hope, and their unity. Pegasis surged forward, a brilliant reflection of all the strength that had been given.

"Who cares?!" Ryuga sneered, his lips curling in a twisted grin. "L-Drago is unstoppable!"

With that, the two beys clashed once again in a blinding explosion of energy, dark and light intertwining in a storm of power. Stripes of dark and light shot out of the stadium, streaking across the sky before disappearing into the vast expanse of space....

The two beys collided with a deafening force, sending shockwaves through the arena. Ryuga's L-Drago let out a terrifying roar, but Pegasis dodged the oncoming attack, narrowly avoiding the blast from the three-headed dragon.

Gingka's heart raced as he saw his opening. "Here we go, Pegasis!" he shouted.

"SPECIAL MOVE! BLAZING GALAXY NOVA!"

Pegasis spun into the air, enveloped in a ball of light blue energy, its flames merging into the light as it hurtled through space.

Ryuga's face twisted in anger as he countered, "Calling Dark Move! Dragon Emperor Soaring Destruction!"

L-Drago unleashed a powerful torrent of purple energy, charging directly at Pegasis in a desperate attempt to overpower it. But Pegasis was too fast. With a mighty push, it collided with L-Drago, sending the dark dragon soaring down from the vast expanse towards the stadium.

"The thing that decides who wins a bey battle isn't the bey's strength!" Gingka shouted, his voice echoing with conviction.

"Hn?!" Ryuga's eyes widened in confusion as he tried to comprehend Gingka's words.

"It's—The Blader's Spirit!" Gingka cried, his heart burning with the determination of every person who had supported him.

With one final, earth-shattering crash, the two beys collided, sending an explosion of light and energy across the stadium. The force was so powerful that the arena itself seemed to tremble and break apart.

"Ryuga! Take back your Blader's Spirit! Take it now!" Gingka shouted.

L-Drago cracked under the pressure, its fusion wheel splintering as the dark energy dissipated. The purple dragons that had once surrounded it shrieked in agony before vanishing into nothingness, their roars fading into the surroundings.

Ryuga screamed, his voice full of rage and despair as the dark power left his body, swirling into the air and dissipating.

Gingka, battered but victorious, clung to the broken remnants of the stadium as the sky above began to clear. The battle was over, but the effects of the clash were far-reaching.

In the impact of the battle, from a glowing sphere of white light, many coloured lights spread all across the country including—blue, green, and orange hue—that shot up, flying through the air as they headed towards the hospital building where Hikaru, Kyoya, and Haruka—as they all woke up....

Haruka sat up in her bed. She glanced around, disoriented, before looking out the window and catching sight of the final moments of the battle.

The explosion of light in the sky caught her attention, and her heart skipped a beat. Without a second thought, Haruka leaped from her bed and intent on heading to the stadium....

Back at the stadium, the final crash had sent Ryuga and Gingka tumbling from their positions. The platform beneath them cracked, and the two bladers fell toward the ground....

"Gingka!" Ryu screamed, panic rising in his voice.

"Gingka!" The others echoed, their voices filled with worry and disbelief....

Gingka's scream of surprise and fear rang out as he continued to fall. Suddenly the ethereal horse spirit appeared, catching its owner saving him to Gingka's and everyone else's surprise.

"Pegasis?" Gingka whispered as he opened his eyes, his heart pounding in his chest as his partner soared beneath him.

In the distance, Ryuga, his face strained with the aftereffects of the battle. With the dark power dissipated, leaving him disoriented but no longer consumed by the dark force.

"Ryuga!" Gingka exclaimed as he reached out, grabbing Ryuga's wrist with a firm grip. Ryuga, his body still as his eyes slowly fluttering open.

"Gingka?" Ryuga responded, his voice weak but clear as he looked up at him, the remnants of the fierce battle still lingering.

With a final surge of energy, Pegasis, Gingka, and Ryuga descended toward the ground. The two Bladers landed gently, the force of the fall absorbed by the strength of their spirits.

Pegasis, having returned to its Bey form, spun slow at Gingka's feet, its power still evident but now in a more subdued, peaceful state.

"Pegasis..." Gingka murmured, his voice filled with both relief and gratitude....

"Can you believe it? I can't and I'm here! It seems both Gingka and Ryuga are safe and sound!" DJ's voice echoed through the arena, full of excitement. "And the winner of the Battle Bladers final match is..." He paused for dramatic effect, scanning the arena, where L Drago was immobilized. His eyes widened in disbelief. "The winner is G-G-GINGKA! Unbelievable! The fans are going wild!"

The roar of the crowd was deafening as the realization of Gingka's victory settled over everyone. Cheers erupted from all corners of the stadium, and the entire country of Japan seemed to be celebrating this achievement. ...

"He did it!" Madoka shouted, her face filled with pure joy, her heart swelling with pride for her friend.

"Everyone is in hysterics! This is absolutely the most wonderful thing I have ever seen!" DJ continued, his voice almost drowned out by the cheers around him.

The applause and shouts of victory seemed endless as people from all over the country cheered for Gingka's triumph. It was a victory not just for him but for every person who had a believed in him along the way....

"I won. I can't believe it." Gingka muttered, his eyes reflecting the disbelief and awe of the moment, looking at Pegasis spinning slowly as he smiled.

"In the end, it was you. You saved us." Gingka whispered softly to his Bey, his voice full of gratitude and admiration, "Thankyou, Pegasis."

Gingka knelt down to pick his bey, Pegasis suddenly glowed with an intense blue light. The surrounding aura grew brighter, and as Gingka paused, his hand extended toward it, the Beyblade began to float upwards into blue sparkles.

"Pega-sis..." Gingka's voice caught in his throat as he gazed at the blue sparkles, now floating in midair.

"Pegasis..." He repeated, his hand still outstretched, as the shimmering sparkles, slowly vanished before his eyes. Gingka continued to stare in confusion....

"Gingka!" All of his friends ran up to him, their faces bright with excitement and relief.

"You did it, Gingka! You won against L-Drago!" Kenta exclaimed, his voice cracking with emotion as he rushed to his friend's side.

"I knew you could do it, Gingka!" Benkei added, his earlier worry now replaced with admiration.

"Gingka really is the strongest after all!" Madoka added beaming with joy.

"My friends... Thanks, all of you," Gingka said, his voice filled with gratitude as he looked around at his friends. He knew that this victory wasn't his alone; it was the result of the strength and support of everyone who had stood by him.

"We were all rooting for you, Gingka," Kenta said, his face lighting up with a smile.

"Yeah! You're the coolest, Gingky!" Yu shouted, his voice filled with pride....

"Looks like we've missed all the fun, huh?" Hikaru said, walking up towards the group.

"Huh. I could've done it with one hand tied behind my back," Kyoya said, smirking, his respect for his rival evident despite his typical arrogance....

All of the Dark Nebula Bladers stood outside the building, watching the aftermath of the battle.

"Amazing... They actually defeated Ryuga!" Ryutaro said, his voice filled with disbelief.

"Gingka Hagane, you're some blader, alright," Tobio said, impressed by Gingka's determination.

"If I hadn't been hit by that Beyblade on my shell here, I would've won, crab. I mean, how fast does a crab have to scuttle to break around here anyway, pinchy?" Tetsuya muttered to himself....

"Gingky is the biggest, baddest Blader!" Yu shouted, his enthusiasm infectious.

"You've kind of left us all in the dust somehow, huh, Gingka?" Hyoma remarked, shaking his head in mock disbelief.

"T-that's not true," Gingka replied, standing tall despite the exhaustion that lingered in his muscles. "The reason I was able to win was because I had everyone's support." He looked at his friends, with quiet, humble pride.

Then, a familiar voice called out, light yet full of warmth. "Seems I missed an important battle, huh?"

The group looked over, their expressions lighting up in surprise. Gingka's eyes widened as he turned toward the sound, and there she was—

Haruka stood there, her long scarf and red hair flowing in the breeze, her gaze meeting Gingka's with an undeniable warmth. "Congratulation Gingka, you won," a proud smile rested on her face as she met her brother's gaze.

"Haruka," Madoka said, almost in disbelief.

"You're here!" Kenta exclaimed excitedly.

"Glad to see you better," Hyoma added with a small nod.

Haruka gave a reassuring smile and nodded, "I'm fi–"

Before she could finish her sentence, Gingka suddenly stepped forward and wrapped his arms around her. Haruka stiffened, surprised by the sudden embrace. She glanced to the side, momentarily unsure of how to react.

Kenta's eyes softened. "Gingka..."

Gingka held onto her tightly, his body trembling slightly. His eyes closed tight holding his tears back. "I... I'm glad...you're okay...Haruka." His voice came out unsteady, choked with emotion.

Everyone watching shared small smiles, understanding the depth of Gingka's feelings.

Haruka's expression shifted. She felt the sincerity in his words, the raw relief in his voice. Her own eyes glistened slightly as she slowly lifted her arms and embraced him back.

"I'm alright," she assured him, her voice softer now. "And now, even more knowing my brother is a champion, right?" a teasing smile crept up her face. "I'll have to catch up to you now."

Gingka let out a small laugh, slowly wiping his tears away as he let go.

Hikaru approached, standing behind them. "You did it, Gingka."

"Hn." Kyoya smirked as he walked over.

"Hikaru, Kyoya," Kenta acknowledged.

Benkei turned, spotting Kyoya. His face lit up. "Huh? Kyoya, buddy! Ba-ba-bull!" He lunged forward, trying to hug Kyoya, only for Kyoya to push him back with one hand.

"Get a grip," Kyoya muttered, clearly unwilling to participate in a sentimental moment.

Gingka let out a small laugh, the warmth of his friends surrounding him. He gazed back to Haruka.

"You were awesome, Gingka." Haruka said, meeting his gaze with a proud smile. "You finally managed to win against Ryuga and defeated L-Drago's dark power."

Gingka nodded but then reached into his pocket, his fingers wrapping around something before he pulled it out. "Yeah, but there's no way I could have done it without you, Haruka."

He held out her pendant.

Haruka blinked, looking down at it as he placed it in her palm. The familiar weight of it settled into her hand, but something about it felt different now.

She stared at the pendant for a long moment. The victory was theirs—Gingka had won. And yet...

A quiet ache settled in her chest.

Even in this shared moment of triumph, something deep within her felt missing. Like a presence that should have been there but wasn't. A part of this battle, of this journey, had been lost, and no amount of cheering or celebration could completely erase that absence.

Still, she didn't let it show. Holding the pendant close, she let out a quiet breath before offering a soft smile.

"Thank you, Gingka." She met his eyes. "Because of you, we managed to fulfill the promise we made." She looked down at the pendant eyes glimmering, her reflection faintly visible in the polished surface.

"Promise..." Gingka repeated, her words stirring something in his memory.

Then it hit him.

His eyes widened. "H-Haruka! There's something you need to know!"

Haruka looked at him, confused by the sudden urgency in his voice. "Hm?"

Gingka hesitated, unsure of how to put it into words. "I-It's just th–"

But before he could finish, a calm voice interrupted. "You both did well, Gingka. Haruka."

Gingka looked toward the source. Haruka, standing beside him, slowly turned around, her eyes widening as her breath caught in her throat.

Standing there, tall and alive, was her Father.

Haruka's heart stopped. She starred in shock and sheer disbelief. For a long moment, her mind was unable to process what she was seeing.

"D-dad..." she managed to whisper, her voice unsteady.

Ryu nodded, a warm, proud smile on his face.

Haruka's eyes glistened. The pendant tightened in her grip. Her body trembled as emotions surged within her all at once—anger, frustration, sadness, relief, happiness. Tears welled up in her eyes, spilling over uncontrollably as she tried to comprehend the moment. Everything crashed over her like a tidal wave, too much to hold back.

Ryu took a step forward, his voice gentle. "Haruka."

In an instant, she ran to him, her tears falling freely as she threw her arms around him, sobbing against him.

Ryu embraced her tightly, his arms firm yet comforting. "It's alright now." he murmured, his voice carrying reassurance.

Haruka cried harder, her body trembling against him. She didn't know what to say, what to feel. After everything, after thinking she had lost him forever, he was standing here, alive. She couldn't be more glad.

Gingka stood watching, his own emotions stirring. He understood. He felt the same way. More than anything, he was just... glad. Glad that after everything, their Father—he was alive and here with them.

After a long moment, Ryu slowly pulled back and crouched slightly, placing his hands on Haruka's shoulders. She wiped her tears with the back of her hand, as she tried to regain her composure. Gingka moved closer, standing beside her.

Ryu's gaze softened as he looked at them both. "You both have done well to get this far. And I am very proud of you. To have accomplished so much in such a short time, and to have done it together, just shows how strong you both have become. Not just as Bladers, but alongside your friends."

Haruka nodded slowly. Gingka's chest swelled with a deep sense of pride, knowing how much they had endured to get here.

Ryu's expression turned serious but still held warmth. "Because you worked so hard, all of your friends' spirits became one for the first time. Well done, Gingka."

Gingka blinked before a small, grateful smile formed on his face. He nodded. "Thank you, Dad."

But the moment he said those words, something struck him. His smile faltered. His eyes widened in realization.

"But, Dad... Pegasis has... Pegasis has..." His voice wavered, struggling to get the words out.

Haruka glanced at him, sensing the shift in his tone.

"...disappeared."

"What?!" Everyone said shocked upon what they heard.

"Pegasis disappeared?" Kenta said, confused.

"What... do you mean 'disappeared'?" Haruka asked, her voice cautious and concerned.

Gingka struggled to find the right words. How could he explain something he didn't fully understand himself? Pegasis had been with him through every battle, his strength, hisspirit—his partner. And now, just like that... gone?

Before he could attempt to answer, Ryu, stepped forward, his calm voice cutting through the tension.

"I'm afraid so," Ryu confirmed, his tone solemn yet understanding. Everyone turned their attention to him as he continued. "In the final battle with L Drago, Pegasis fought harder than ever before. It used up every ounce of power it possessed, pushing itself beyond its limits in order to overcome the dark force."

Gingka listened intently, his heart tightening. He had felt it. He had felt Pegasis giving everything, felt the intensity of its spirit as it clashed with L Drago's dark energy. And now...

"Don't worry about it right now, Gingka," he said looking towards the sky. "Pegasis may have vanished, but it doesn't mean it's gone forever. Once it has rested its wings, there's a good chance it will regain its strength and return."

Gingka looked up at his father, his chest tightening with emotion. He wanted to believe those words with everything he had.

As if in response, the sky above shimmered, and a faint, ethereal glow took form. Gingka paused as he saw Pegasis, its spirit lingering high above them, watching over him. Its brilliant form shined for just a moment longer before slowly fading into the sky, as if taking one final look before its departure.

Gingka's eyes glistened as he gazed up at his partner. He took a deep breath, his lips parting in a soft, heartfelt whisper. "Thank you, Pegasis."

The moment lingered, and then, slowly, Gingka wiped his eyes, a small but determined smile growing on his face.

Haruka, watching him, felt warmth spread through her chest. A smile tugged at her lips. "I wouldn't say our battles have ended just yet," she said, her voice filled with confidence.

Gingka turned to her, his grin widening. He let out a small chuckle, nodding in agreement. "No," he said, the fire in his eyes reigniting. "In fact, it's just the beginning!"

The energy in the atmosphere shifted. The weight of loss still lingered, but in its place, a new resolve was born.

Their friends all grinned, their spirits lifted as they echoed the same sentiment. They had come too far to see this as an end. It was another step forward—a new chapter in their journey.

The tension gave way to laughter, encouragement, and the unbreakable spirit of beyblading that had brought them all together in the first place.

Haruka stood beside her father, another thought formed in her mind, as it became clear. She turned to him, her expression sharp yet lighthearted.

"The Immortal Phoenix," she mused aloud.

Ryu glanced down at her, arching an eyebrow.

Haruka crossed her arms, a smirk playing at her lips. "You have a lot of explaining to do."

Ryu closed his eyes, chuckling softly before nodding. "Yes, I suppose I do."

Haruka let out a small laugh, before glancing over at Gingka and the others. There was still so much ahead of them.

"There are many challenges ahead of us," Gingka declared, his voice brimming with confidence. "Each one of those challenges will bring one great battle. So let's give it our all."

Everyone exchanged glances, their determination solidified.

Gingka and Haruka turned to each other, nodding in sync.

"Okay, are you ready?" Gingka asked, excitement bubbling in his tone.

"Yeah!" Everyone responded in unison.

Haruka smirked, "What do you say, everyone!"

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"Let it rip!!!"

Everyone shouted together, the sound ringing through the air like a declaration.

This wasn't the end.

It was a new beginning.
