13 : Shave
07:54, 27 June 2024I opened my eyes from sleep to see Logan on my phone, I smiled. "What you up to?" He turned to me and smiled.
"Good morning, darling."
I wrapped my arm around him more. "Morning." He smiled and gave me a peck before turning back to my phone and staring at the Home Screen with confusion. "You know they still make flip phones if this is to much for you."
"I never thought I would need one of these contraptions before." Logan's eyes shifted around as he looked over the screen. "What do you even do with all of these squares?"
{Does he not know how to use a smart phone?} Scream scoffed.
I smiled and sat up. "Come here." I sat against the headboard and opened my arms for Logan to lay on my chest. "Alright."
Logan held the phone as I went through each app; Settings (and everything in settings), Contacts (Skipped over showing him who I have in there), Calendar, Maps, Google Chrome.... You get the idea.
I would be surprised at how fast he was learning but this is Logan, the man who can skate just by touching the ice and watching others.
{He's to perfect.}
(He's fine, Scream.)
Logan turned his head to look up at me. "This small thing can hold many things." I smiled, he turned back to the phone and pressed the Photos app. "How far back do these go?" He started scrolling toward the beginning while looking at each picture.
"Um... Everything on the device was transferred to the upgrade through the years... But I'm not sure how far back it goes." Logan started to scroll through my twenties. "I never had a fun life. Most of the pictures are of myself or random scenery I thought was pretty."
"You are beautiful through all your years, darling." Logan scrolled even more to my teen years. "What are those on your teeth?"
I sighed and hid my face in his hair. "My teeth were slightly crooked so I got braces to straighten them."
"You're cute."
(Maybe your right, Scream. No way there isn't something wrong with him.)I looked up at the photo and groaned. "I'm not at all cute."
{I think it's cute.} Scream said, I rolled my eyes.
Brown, unbrushed, hair. A big smile with braces screaming look at me, the worst arranged outfit and horribly applied makeup.
"You are in my eyes." Logan wrapped my arm over his chest and held my hand as he continued to scroll.
I smiled and looked at the photos with him until they ended at age 10 when I first got the phone. The first two photos are the only ones not taken on my phone, a photo of just my parents and then one of the whole family.
My smile left my face. "I didn't know I had those." I said softly.
"These are your parents?"
"Yes."
Logan put down the phone and turned around onto his stomach and looked at mine softly. "You have your fathers eyes. Mothers face."
I smiled softly. "Thank you. Ton-." I cleared my throat. "My, um.. My brother and I look most like our father when he was younger." Logan looked away and laid his head on my stomach, I ran my hand through his hair. "So... Do you think you will get a phone now?"
Logan sighed. "I have no use for such a complex device."
I smiled and picked up my phone. "But it's so much easier to do this." Logan looked up and as soon as I got a clear shot I took a picture of him, I smiled softly and turned it to him.
Logan smiled and took the phone. "I guess there is a good aspect of it." He turned back on his back. "How do you turn it around to us?"
"Here." I pressed the Flip Camera icon. "Get my good side." I wrapped my arms around him.
Logan smiled. "All your sides are good." He took a picture. "You're beautiful, darling." I smiled and placed my chin in the crook of his neck where his stubble pricked me. "I'll have to shave today." He looked at himself through the camera.
"Alright." I said as Logan put down the phone and turned back to me to give me a kiss. I smiled and brushed my fingers over his chin. "Can I shave you?"
{Why?}
Logan smiled softly. "Of course, darling." He kissed me again than sat up. "Have you ever shaved a man's facial hair before?"
I shook my head. "No."
Logan grabbed my hand. "Than I shall teach you." I smiled, he stood up and led me off the bed and into the bathroom.
Logan picked me up and placed me on the counter. "Let's see." He opened the drawer between my legs and took out his razor, other creams, and oils for shaving.
{When did all of his stuff get in our drawers?}
(No idea.)"When did you move in?" I chuckled.
Logan looked up with a soft smile. "I didn't mean to intru-."
"Its alright." I smiled. "I'm happy your staying with me.. I was just curious when you brought your belongings inside. I don't remember you ever leaving and coming back."
"I slowly brought items over when I realized I would stay more than a few days." I smiled and nodded. "Let me do the first step." He kissed my lips and moved to the sink.
Logan washed his face with some liquid then proceeded to put on shaving cream, I chuckled. "You look handsome as an old man."
"Oh, really." Logan smiled and moved over to give me a kiss, coatings my own face with the cream. "Well, my dear." He smiled. "You would look divine as an old man."
I laughed, Logan chuckled and wiped my face off. "You're perfect, Logan." He smiled, I kissed his forehead. "Now... Tell me how to shave you without a cut."
Logan smiled softly. "It is quite easy."
Logan gave me a wick run through of how to shave a man's facial hair and then put his trust in me to do it alone.
I got it though.
Every time I would rinse the razor in the water Logan would smile and give me a kiss, in retaliation I would scold him on staying still so he doesn't smear the cream where I just shaved... But it only made him want to kiss me more so I ended up holding his throat while I cleaned the razor. Which he found amusing.
"I would have never thought of you as someone who would want to shave a man's facial hair." Logan said as he lifted his chin so I could get underneath.
I smiled softly. "You take such good care of me. I wanted to take care of you." Logan smiled. "Don't smile." He relaxed his face, I smiled. "Have you ever grown a beard before?" I rinsed the razor.
Logan looked at me. "Never." I nodded and tilted his chin back up. "Do you think I would look good with one?"
{No.}
"Um..." I continued to shave. "I think you might look good in a short one. I could never picture you in a full beard." Logan smiled, I tsked. "Stop smiling."
"Sorry, love." My eyes widened, Logan cleared his throat. "I'll hold still."
{What did he just call you?!}
(He called me love..)I smiled. "You better or I might cut your face and feel bad." Logan pressed his lips together to hold back a smile, I rolled my eyes. "As much as I crave your smile you really need to stop." I rinsed off the razor.
"I shall try my best." I smiled and finished up his shave then helped apply the oils for after the shave. "You did a wonderful job, darling." He kissed my lips.
I wrapped my arms around his neck. "You smell nice." He smiled. "So... What do you want to do now? Shave my legs?" I chuckled.
Logan grinned. "If that is what you wish."
I rolled my eyes. "No. They are freshly shaven from my shower yesterday." I didn't notice how carefree we were until there was a loud knock on the front door. "Um.."(What is it's the robot?)
"I'll get it." Logan said and gave me a kiss. "Stay here." He left me on the counter.
(I can't have him getting hurt.) I got off the counter.
"Who are you?" A deep voice said, my brows furrowed. "Lok-." And then the door closed.
"Logan?"
