04 : Warehouse

Scream was like a wild animal as we climbed building top to building top.

(Do you know where you are going?) I asked inside of her head.

"Yes."

(Alright.)

Thanks to Hydra/SHIELD being taken down a whole list of bad people was uploaded to the internet. It was like a whole menu popped up for Scream which is good since now I don't have to almost die before we find someone bad. But also it's eating someone... It's gross.

Scream continued to move more and more away from our area. (Scream?)

"It's an abandoned warehouse, Elisa." She huffed. "You need to trust me."

Somehow she found where a secret Hydra group would gather... I dont know.

(Oh... Alright. Sorry.) I pushed myself back to give her space. (I do trust you.)

"I know... I need you to trust me more though."

(Alright.)

Scream opened her wings and glided off the roof to the ground below and started to bolt into the forest. We kept running and then she started to use her webs to swing through the trees which I admit is really cool.

Up ahead was a light, one of those outdoor ones that never turn off unless it it is day or it loses power. Scream swung up into the air then glided down to the front door.

(Ready?)

She grabbed the door handles. "Yes." She opened the door and walked in. "Time to eat."

We looked around and didn't see anyone, but obviously Scream could see and hear things I couldn't. She walked to a door and opened it to reveal stairs to the basement.

She climbed onto the wall and than ceiling as she traveled down and into the lower level. I started to hear noises as we came closer, but they were still faint. It was empty.

(Where are they?)

"Shh." Scream whispered and climbed to a wall and ran her finger along it until her nails stuck on a crease. "Gotcha." She opened the door.

"Who's there?" A male voice asked.

"Is there someone else we are waiting for?" Another asked.

Scream jumped down from the ceiling and looked up at them. "You weren't expecting me were you?"

Their eyes widened and they started to shoot their guns at us but of course they were nothing against Scream.

Screams hair then shot out at them and wrapped around their throats. "What a horrible way to greet someone." Her construction on their throats tightened until they became unconscious. "Ready?"

(I never am.)

Scream opened her mouth and ate the first man's head. "Uh. Delicious."

(Zombie.)

"I am not a zombie!" She defended.

(You eat brains.)

"Well... It's not the same." She huffed and lifted the other man.

(Do you need both heads?)

"...No..." She groaned.

(Then don't you think one is enough?)

Scream sighed and dropped the man. "It's enough... But I do want him."

(We can go to the store and buy some chocolate... Maybe Pixie Sticks.)

Scream turned back to the stairs. "How about ice cream cake?"

I smiled. (Alright. Ice cream cake it is.)

"You're the best."

Scream jumped to the top of the stairs but before she could take one step there was a hard punch to the side of her face and her body went flying into the wall.

"What is your purpose on Midgard, Klyntar?" A booming voice asked.

(Stay calm. Don't overreact.)

We looked over. "If it isn't the God of Thunder." She looked next him. "And Mischief."

(He almost killed my brother.) I glared at the God through Screams eyes.

Thor raised his hammer. "I won't ask again. Why are you here?"

(Don't show me. They know my brother. Except I would be surprised if they even knew I existed.)

Scream straightened up. "You don't have to worry, God of Thunder. I won't harm your precious planet."

Loki stepped forward. "How about you show yourself? We simply need to know who controls you."

(Tell them I'm nice or something. I'm not going to harm anyone... Except you did just eat a guys head.. Just... I dont know.)

Scream sighed. "She is very pathetic and won't let me hurt anyone bad passed what I need."

(Wow. Thanks.) I said sarcastically.

"If that's so then she won't be bothered to tell us her name and show herself." Thor stepped forward.

(Can't you just leave? Thors the only one who can fly.)

Scream readied herself. "I understand you have to keep this planet safe but this is getting to be a waste of time. I am no threat and neither is my host." She moved to the window. "I'm calling this the end of our conversation." She broke out and started to run into the forest, swinging on her webs.

(Watch out for Thor.)

"I got him." Scream moved out of the way as his hammer zoomed passed us and into a tree. "He's violent." She kept swinging.

(We can't lead them to our home. You have to slow them down or something.)

"I'll take care of it."

Scream swing a U-turn and propelled herself right into Thor as he was flying to us. Thor went flying backwards with Scream latched onto him.

"Leave us alone." Scream commanded.

Thor clenched his teeth. "Never." We crashed into the ground and rolled to a stop.

Scream rolled to a standing position and turned to Thor as he stood and fixed his cape.

(How do you take out a God?)

"I was made to kill celestials."

(Are those the same?)

Scream and Thor ran to each other, and while Thor jumped into the air with his hammer held high Scream pulled herself up into the trees. When Thor touched down she extended her heal and rammed it into his jaw as he turned to look at us.

(Ow.) I sympathized.

Scream lifted Thor up by his neck and her tentacles. "This is your last warning, God of Thunder. Leave us alone."

"Not. Until I. Get a name."

Lightning struck down and I could feel the pain through Scream as she herself shrieked and pushed Thor into the ground with anger.

Scream then bolted away as the stinging feeling healed. (Are you alright?!)

"I can heal." She started to swing off trees.

(I know but that was lightning.)

Scream swung into an alleyway and looked around before walking out while giving me control.

I continued to walk until we reached a 24 hour shop and got the candy and sweets then went back to my apartment.

When I entered I dropped everything on the kitchen counter and went straight to the bathroom and turned on a cold shower and walked in.

"Better?"

{Yes. Better.} Scream relaxed. {Are you alright?}

I smiled softly. "Yes."

"Elisa?!"

My brows furrowed. "Logan?" I turned off the water and took the towel off the rack.

{Why is he here? It's 12 at night.}

"I don't know." I wrapped the towel around me.

{I'll protect you if he is a serial killer.} Scream teased.

I rolled my eyes and walked out of the bathroom and into the apartment. "Logan?" Logan walked into view and relaxed. "Why are you here at this time?"

Logan walked over to me and gave me a gentle kiss. "I just wanted to see you." He cupped my cheek and studied my features. "I just wanted to make sure you were alright."

I smiled. "I told you I would be fine." I kissed him back. "Let me go get dressed."

Logan held me to his front with a smirk on his face. "Why?" I blushed and hid my face in his chest. "Can I stay the night?"

I looked back up at him. "You want to stay with me?" He nodded. "Alright." Logan smiled and kissed my lips.
