Chapter 23: Sunshine

Saturday

Y/n woke up due to an unbelievable amount of sunlight in her face.

She sat up feeling a bit angry because of this and looked at the window next to her bed.

Y/n: I know for a fact I did not open those curtains.

Dylan: That's because I did.

She jumped up from not remembering Dylan had spent the night.

Y/n: Aigoo! Di, You could have given me a heart attack. She held her chest

Dylan: I'm sorry but it's late. You should get up already.

Y/n made herself comfortable again on her bed and pulled the blanket over her head.

Y/n: Goodnight.

Dylan watched her and shook his head. He turned around and walked out of the door. He went to the kitchen where he saw Hobi, Jimin, Yoongi, and Steph.

Hobi: Did she wake up?

Dylan: She woke up, but she went back to sleep.

Hobi: Steph, go wake her up.

Steph: What if I get hurt? She said frightened

Yoongi: She isn't a wild animal. He laughs

Hobi looked at Jimin and pouted.

Jimin: Fine, I'll wake her up.

He walked upstairs and entered her room. Jimin looked at her from the door then began walking to her. When she got to her bed and he lied down next to her.

Jimin took the blanket off of her head and caressed her cheek.

Jimin: Y/n... he whispered

She smiled at the feeling thinking of how it felt when Jin did that.

Jimin slapped her forehead causing her to jump up in pain.

Y/n: Ow! What the fuck!

Jimin: Get up. We are all waiting downstairs. He laughed

Y/n: For what? She raised an eyebrow.

Jimin: We are going to eat breakfast.

Y/n: I'll eat later. She grabbed the blanket

Jimin: We are going to a restaurant. He pulled the blanket back

Y/n: Are you serious?

Jimin: Yes, now get dressed so we can leave.

He got off the bed and closed the door on the way out

Y/n got off her bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up. When she got out she went to her closet to find an outfit.

She went downstairs and greeted her peers.

Hobi: Are you guys ready?

All: Yeah

Hobi: Okay then, Um- Y/n, Did you invite Kasarah?

Y/n: I didn't even know we were going until like ten minutes ago.

Jimin laughed.

Hobi: Okay well, c-can you invite her? He shyly asked not trying to make a big deal

Steph: Hobi, It's fine. We know you guys are friends now, you are allowed to talk to her. She chucked

Hobi: Your right, I'll call her. He smiled and took out his phone

Y/ns P.O.V

We got in the car and drove to the restaurant. When we sat down the waiter took our drink orders and went to make them.

Y/n: Is Kasarah coming? I asked Hoseok

Hobi: Yeah they said they are on their way.

I sat quietly looking at the menu until Dylan leaned close to me and whispered in my ear.

Dylan: Are you okay?

Y/n: Yeah why? I whispered back

Dylan: Because of what happened last night.

Jimin: Ooo. he smiled.  What happened last night?~

Me and Dylan looked at each other with wide eyes.

He mouthed, What do we say?

I looked at Jimin and smiled.

Y/n: I started talking about Jin last night.

Yoongi: What about Jin?

Y/n: What if he was telling me the truth about everything the whole time. About Jisoo.

Hobi: As you said, they aren't your problem anymore. Stop thinking about them.

Y/n: I don't want to get into this right now but the point is Dylan helped me out last night. He made me feel better.

I looked at Dylan and smiled.

Kasarah: Hey guys.

We looked up and saw Kasarah and Minghao

Hobi: Hey, I'm glad you two could come. He smiled

Minghao: We are glad you invited us. He chuckled

Jimin: What should we get to eat.

Steph: Suga and I are going to share the Kimchi Fried Rice.

Dylan: The Buldak looks good.

Y/n: So does Gimbap.

Kasarah: Um I don't know. Mingy do you want to share Ramen?

Minghao: No I'm fine. He cleared his throat.

Kasarah looked back at the menu with a frustrated sigh

Hobi: K-Kasarah um- I can share with you...

She looked up at J-Hope and smiled

Kasarah: Okay then.

I looked at Minghao and wondered, Is everything fine with them two?I also couldn't help but think maybe Dylan told Minghao something.

We had a great breakfast, everyone was happy and had a great time.

We went back home and invited Kasarah and Minghao to our house along with the rest of our friends by texting the group chat.

When they got to our house we all went to the living room and sat down on the floor like always.

Lisa: What should we play? She looks around the room

Jungkook: Truth or Dare?

Hobi: We play that all the time.

Taehyung: Then we will play regular Truth or Dare. Not with a bottle.

Steph: It's more fun with a bottle though. She whined

Jackson: Does anyone have a bottle?

Y/n: I'll get one from the kitchen.

I got up and ran to the kitchen. I looked everywhere but couldn't find any empty bottles, so I went to the refrigerator and took out a vodka bottle.

I ran back to the living room and sat down.

Y/n: I couldn't find an empty one, this bottle has a bit still in it.

I held it out and felt someone take it away from me and saw him chug the rest in one drink.

He looked down and stared at me.

Y/n: What are you doing here?

Jin: Am I not allowed to hang out with my best friends?

Namjoon: Nobody said that.

Jin: Also, I'm In the group chat. He smiled and sat down across from me

Jimin: I'll go first. He took the bottle from Jin and spun it

We watched it go round and round, going slower and slower until it stopped.

Jimin: Dylan, Truth or Dare?

Dylan: Truth.

Jimin looked like he didn't know what to say. He thought for a couple of seconds before finally saying something.

Jimin: Who in this room would you choose to be with you during the apocalypse?

Dylan: y/n. He answered without hesitation

Minghao: That was easy. They are best friends. We all chuckled

Namjoon: That's true. We all knew his answer.

Jimin: Well I didn't know what to say okay. He laughed

Dylan: Okay let me spin. He said flustered by all the attention

He spun the bottle and it landed on Jin.

He took a deep breath then asked him

Dylan: Truth or Dare?

Jin: Truth.

He didn't want to say anything that was going to get Jin mad or anyone else mad but couldn't think of any other subject at the moment

Dylan: Erm... d-did you tell the truth about you and Jisoo? Is she just your friend?

Jin's expression dropped at the question and looked at me. I looked at Dylan and nudged his arm. I gave him the 'what are you doing' face, but he just shrugged his shoulders.

Jin: I didn't lie and we are just friends.

Jin took the bottle and spun it fast

I slowly raised my head to look at Jin and acted normal

Y/n: Dare.

Jin: I dare you to- kiss Dylan. He looked at me serious

I had a very bad feeling about this. This is a test. He is trying to see what I'm going to do.

I turned to Dylan and kissed his cheek

It felt like the awkwardness in the room was suffocating me

Jin: ... on the mouth.

Y/n: I already kissed him you can change your dare.

Jin: You didn't let me finish talking.

I looked at Jin and frowned

Jungkook: You have to do it. He smiled

I looked back at Dylan and quickly pecked his lips.

It was definitely less passionate than the one last night.

I looked up at Jin who was holding out the bottle for me to grab. I avoided looking into his eyes because I already knew they would have anger in them.

He would've called me a slut after that- and he probably is.

I put the bottle on the floor and spun it.

Y/n: Truth or Dare?

Minghao: Truth.

Y/n: Would you say you and Kasarah are "In Love"?

Minghao: Umm, I mean... I love Kasarah but-

I looked at Kasarah and saw her look at the floor, avoiding eye contact with Minghao

Minghao: Speaking in all honesty, I don't think she loves me.

We all looked at him in silence. I feel bad. I should've thought of another question.

I gave him the bottle and tried to break the silence

Y/n: We should all do something for dinner.

They all looked at me quietly.

Fuck.

Namjoon: Jin, do you think you can be the head chef for dinner?

Jin: Yeah I'll cook while you fuck my ex upstairs.

Y/n: JIN! I looked at him with wide eyes

Jin: What it's true. You only broke up with me so you can date Moni.

Y/n: Oh my gosh! I ran my fingers through my hair frustrated

Yoongi: Jin, have some respect. You shouldn't talk about your friends like that.

Jin: We were happy Y/n... If Namjoon isn't the reason then what is?

Y/n: You act like you weren't going to break up with me too! I just said it first.

Jin: I wasn't going to leave you! Your the one who caused problems thinking I was with Jisoo behind your back.

Y/n: Oh you can't say that. You're the one who accused me of liking Namjoon behind your back!

Hobi: STOP! He yelled

I exhaled roughly and looked at Hoseok in anger.

Hobi: You guys are fighting for a stupid reason! You're not even together anymore this argument shouldn't be happening. He shook his head.

Namjoon: If you guys are going to be yelling do it somewhere else some other time, not right now.

I got up and took a deep breath. I walked up to Jin, grabbed his hand and dragged him to my room.

When we got in he slammed the door and stomped to sit on my bed.

Jin: What. He said with an attitude

Y/n: Why did you do that? I was fine, it was you that can stand to see me talking to my friends.

Jin: It's because your friends are boys!

Y/n: Jisoo is a girl, is she not?

Jin: You kissed Dylan!

Y/n: You told me too!

Jin: I saw it in your eyes, you knew I didn't want you to actually kiss him!

Y/n: I did but we aren't together anymore! It shouldn't matter who I kiss and don't kiss!

Jin: Okay then If I kiss Jisoo would you be mad?

Y/n: If I kiss Dylan will You be mad?

Jin: Have you ever had feelings for Dylan?

Y/n: Why does that matter?!?

Jin: It's a fucking question, Just answer it!

I started to feel overwhelmed with anger so I let it out, but instead of coming out as words, it came as tears.

Y/n: No... I sobbed. You're the only guy I have ever loved in my entire life-

I kept crying and slowly dropped down to sit on the floor. I put my face on my knees and cried.

Jin: Y/n, You can't cry every time something bad happens to you.

Y/n: Do you think I want to cry? For you especially. For a guy who made me feel like I had the world, but took it away in seconds.

Jin: You broke up WITH.ME.

Y/n: D-Do you really think I w-wanted to?

Jin: Well you did it right?

Y/n: I-I didn't want to b-break up with y-you. I continued crying

Jin: Then why. Why did you do it?

Y/n: You got me mad and I felt like you didn't want me anymore.

Jin: I will always want you... no matter what happens between us. He kneeled down in front of me

He caresses my head and hugs my body

Y/n: No. Don't do that.

Jin: Do What?

Y/n: Don't act like I'm your girlfriend still.

Jin: Well, don't you want to be?

Y/n: Jin... just get away
