Back in their days at high school:

"Oh man! Classes are sooooo boring! Who even invented school? If it wasn't for school my life would be so relaxing!", Hinata whined after classes had ended, and the three of them were about to go hang out at their favorite Arcade.

"Stop whining Shoyo. Without school we would be dumb as fuck.", Kenma said.

"He's right boke! Schools important and we get to see our friends and senpais too!", Kageyama added.

"Hmpf Whatever. Let's get going! Daishou is probably waiting for us already!" Hinata picked up pace, running in direction arcade.

"I don't like Daishou! Stop running boke!" Kageyama said, as he started running after Hinata.

"Catch me if you can bakayama!", Hinata screamed, as he had his tongue outstretched.

"Guys don't leave me behindddd!", Kenma yelled, as he also started running, which he did not please at all.

After they got out of the arcade, they all decided to go to Kageyamas house this time. They had a ritual: every Friday, they would first go to the arcade until late in the evening, and then they would sleepover at one of their houses. They didn't actually sleep cause they would always stay up late to play some more games or things like truth or dare.

That was the time they would rant about everything possible in life.

"Come in. I'm gonna go take a shower, you guys know where everything is.", Kageyama said as he went upstairs to shower.

"Uh sure! We will wait for you in your room!", Hinata yelled.

Kenma's POV:

I had been watching Hinata carefully for some time now.And I am 89% sure that my theory is correct. I mean I guess Hinata is really obvious:

He likes Kageyama. More than friends do.

We took off our shoes and jackets, put them where they belonged, and took our backpacks up to tobio's room.

I wasn't sure what to think of it. If my two best friends started dating, what would happen? Would they leave me out completely?Would they still make time for me? And most importantly: did Kageyama even like Hinata?What if he rejected him? I don't want our friendship to break apart, and I don't want Hinata's heart to break.

I needed to ask him. Best opportunity was now.

Hinata was now in the kitchen, getting some orange juice. His favorite. As I arrived, he asked me if I wanted something too, but Tobio only had milk, orange juice and Water, so I said no, thanks.

I took a seat at the kitchen isle as I watched Hinata prepare some snacks for the rest of the night. There was regular toast for Kageyama, he was a weird eater I thought. Then there were some cookies and chocolate and also some popsicles. At least we had something good to eat.

"Shoyo, could you follow me. There's something I'd like to ask." I went ahead to tobios room.Hinata arrived shortly after with a tray with all the stuff he had prepared.

"What is it, Kenma-san? Wait lemme put this down real quick." He put down the tray and took a seat on the ground, right in front of me. I blushed, cause he was so near. I could smell his sweet scent of sun and flowers so well.

"U-uh there's- there's something I have been thinking about. Please don't get mad okay? And promise to answer me honestly." Hinata stared at me with his cute eyes, and surprisingly didn't say a word. He knew when to be serious.

I took a deep breath and looked him dead in his eyes. "Do you like Kageyama? Like- are you in love with him?" He had to know I wasn't joking.

His eyes got even bigger, of that was even possible. His face got so red, I thought he was gonna burst."W-what? M-me? I-I...you think I like that bakayama? N-no way! Oh man, it's so hot here I-I need to open the windows."He quickly got up and went to open the windows, but his answer was evidence enough.Hinata liked Kageyama.

Just why, why didn't I like this thought?

I guess I know now, why I didn't like the thought of Hinata liking Tobio. It was because me, myself I liked Hinata.I realized this when we were in our third year, but I guess it started way earlier.

I really liked him. Guess you could even call it love.I mean how couldn't you possibly like that human tangerine? He has always brought joy into my life and I couldn't imagine a life without him anymore.

But the more as I liked Hinata, the more he liked Kageyama.The first time I asked him he denied it, but he is obvious. If Kageyama wasn't that dumb, he would've realized this a long time ago. Shoyo always asks me if he looks good or if his hair was cute. Always shortly after Tobio would arrive.

I really try not to let it out on them but I'm frustrated. How would you feel if you saw your first love, who also happens to be your bet friend fall in love with your other best friend?I really try not to, but I can't help it.Every time I see Shoyo acting all lovey dovey around Kageyama, I get jealous because I wish that was me, and sad because I know that'll never be me.

Please, oh lord of all the beautiful video games that exist, please tell me that is a joke. Tobio didn't actually get the job at a model agency, right? This is a bad show where they want to see our reactions right?Why is it always him? Why can't it ever be me? I just want to be appreciated.

No ones POV again hehe "Waaaaahhhhh! Bakayama! Is this real? Are you being serious? Gwahh this is so cool! I love you! AH I mean I love it! Th-this is really cool! You look so handsome!" Hinata was totally out of his mind. He blabbered on, and even spit out some things that were meant to stay secret.

Good thing Kageyama was an oblivious boy.

"Ah thank you. That was what I wanted to tell you guys this morning. I got into a modeling agency and we had my first shoot yesterday. My bosses are only three years older and they are also really cool!"

Kageyama wanted to go on with his story, but two guys came to their table.

"Bro! It totally is him! He looks literally exact the same! I bet 50 dollars!" The tiniest out of them said. He had brown hair and a blonde streak in the front.

"Naw man, I bet 60 dollars it isn't him. Every second person in the modeling branch looks like that." The other guy said. He was bald but you could see some stubbles.

"I bet 70 dollars!"

"I bet 80 dollars!"

"I bet-"

"CAN WE HELP YOU!?", Hinata said very loudly and it didn't sound friendly at all. Kageyama was shocked.

"Oh sorry my little friend here was so loud." The taller one gave the smaller one a punch in the ribs."Ow!""Anyways my name is Tanaka Ryuunosuke and this little guy here is Nishinoya yuu. We wanted to ask if this guy over here," he pointed towards Kageyama, "is the same one on this magazine cover." He smiled, while still squabbling with that guy named Nishinoya.

"Yeah he is. Got a problem with that?", Hinata spat out. Damn why was he so protective? Kageyama didn't mind all these people asking. He found it quite amusing.

"HA! you owe me 80 dollars! I KNEW it!", Yuu said. "Aw man! I could've sworn that it wasn't him!" The other one pouted. Without any further comments, the two males went away.

"Bakayama! If you don't want something, you have to say it, alright? You are always so quiet, so no one knows how you feel about anything, but if these people bother you, say so!"

"Uh thanks Shoyo but I don't really mind! That way I can better my social skills! And it's only temporary. Soon I will be forgotten. But thanks.... I guess."

"So Kageyama do you want to hang out after college? I know I already asked but you haven't answered."

"Uh I have to go home first, but if you guys want to, you can follow me. We could hang out afterwards. What about you Kenma? Are you free?"

"Sure. I guess I'll come." As much as he didn't want to come, he couldn't let both of them on their own.

"Great!" Kageyama said. He felt that something was up with Kenma and he wanted to make it up to him, whatever he had possibly done to upset Kenma.

"Yeah... Great..." Hinata said, since he hoped it would be just the two of them, but Kageyama always included Kenma. He didn't have anything against him, but sometimes he just wanted to be alone with his crush.

The walk back home to Tobio was really quiet. It was an uncomfortable silence, but no one bothered to change it since everyone was stuck in their own thoughts. Some not as nice as others.

But When Tobio's phone rang, everyone was suddenly awake, and curious as to who called him.
