Diggy- Crazy, right?

Y/N- Lemme see that.. *grabs the laptop* *studies it*

Diggy- So, what do you think?

Y/N- Dig, it was attacked in a fire and needs major refurbishment..

Diggy- Yeah I know babe..

Y/N- It's estimated at $350′000 for a bid. *looks at him* We gotta bid for it..

Diggy- *smiles* Great, right?

Y/N- *leans on the table* *puts her hand on her hip* It's a lotta money babe.. you know what else we could do with that?

Diggy- Refurbish the bathroom?

Y/N- No, build a future.

Diggy- Babe, I'm fucking rich! Look at our future

Y/N- *raises her eyebrows*

Diggy- My dad left me this amazing empire to build, our children have enough money to support them through their childhood and college. I want this. For us, we can run a business and make this an amazing investment in the city.

Y/N- *chuckles* Me? Running a bar?

Diggy- It's nothing if I can't do this with you *puts his hand over yours and strokes it* I mean it.

Y/N- *smiles*

*months later*

Y/N- *walks around the site*

Developer- *leads you in a room* I was thinking this would be the lounge, some couches and lights over there *points to a wall* And a huge, gold painting on that wall.. we could get someone from Jersey to do it for you guys if we have connects?

Y/N- *nods* That sounds amazing.

Developer- All depending on what you and Daniel want to do with the property.

Y/N- *smiles* Thank you... is it safe to...?

Developer- Yeah of course..

Y/N- *walks around*

Mia- *follows you* Y/N..

Y/N- *turns to her* Yeah?

Mia- You're really gonna do this?

Y/N- *nods* Yeah.. Daniel's done so much convincing, it sounds so good Mia, I want to approve all these refurbishments, get it all started and start this.

Mia- Okay, I know you're so excited about it and I'm so happy for you guys, but you're eight months pregnant Y/N. You've been stressing about the kids, the labels and this club for the last couple weeks.. you're gonna pop any second

Y/N- I know, it's crazy. I can feel the baby moving into position and everything..

Mia- It's such a great venture, but I don't want you to be stressed, balancing the baby, your work and the kids...

Y/N- *shakes her shoulders* Mia, Mia! I'm okay. I'm good. Diggy's taking time off work for the baby and leaving the label in the hands of his CFO and whatever.. and the label have my maternity leave covered. It's fine Mia. And this place is gonna be finished by the time the baby is one eyars old

Mia- Are you sure?

Y/N- *smiles* Just like me and Diggy's relationship, good things take time.

Mia- *rolls her eyes* Ugh, so corny

DIGGY'S P.O.V.

*a few weeks later*

Diggy- *holds your hand* Come on baby..

Y/N- *pushes and strains harder* Aaaargh.....! *squeezes Diggy's hand*

Diggy- *groans in pain and looks at his hand*

Midwife- Just one more Y/N.. come on...

Y/N- *lets go of Diggy's hand* *nods and pants*

Diggy- *gasps at his hand*

Y/N- *shakes her head* I'm sorry, I'm so so..

Diggy- *holds your face* Babe.. you gotta do this. You can do it come on.. *grabs your hand* *wipes the sweat off your head* Come on.. push baby..

Midwife- Just one more...

Y/N- *starts to push and strains more*

*the baby's cries enlighten the room*

Y/N- *gasps and smiles* Oh my God...

Diggy- *holds your hand and kisses it* *kisses you*

Midwife- *wraps the baby in cloth* *hands it to you* *smiles* Congratulations...

Baby- *cries even louder*

Y/N- *cries and looks at the baby* Aw.. *bounces it in her arms* Aw, I know. I know, makes you wanna scream your head off huh?

Midwife- It's a beautiful baby girl

Y/N- *smiles at her* Hi... I'm mommy. *sniffles and tears fall* I'm so glad I could finally meet you.

Baby- *cries a little more*

Diggy- *kisses your head* I'm so proud of you.

Y/N- *looks at the baby carefully* *looks up at Diggy* Athena *smiles* That's her name

*a few weeks later*

Y/N- *carries Athena up the stairs asleep*

Kelani- *sees you* Mommy! *runs to you* Can you come and play with me?

Y/N- Oh, I'm sorry Lani, *kisses her head* Mommy's gotta put your sister to sleep..

Kelani- *frowns* Oh.. okay *sulks and walks to her room*

Diggy- *walks past Kelani's room* *peeks in* Hey Lani..

Kelani- *looks up a little* Hi daddy *looks back down and plays with her fingers*

Diggy- *looks at her confused* Punpkin, you're never upset.. what's wrong? Tell me.. *sits on the floor beside her*

Kelani- *sighs* Mommy won't play with me anymore.

Diggy- Did she say why?

Kelani- Because she's taking care of baby Athena. I'm not a baby anymore

Diggy- *pulls Kelani onto his lap* You're still her baby, Lani.. mommy's got a lotta work now that the baby's born. It's like when she had you. She's gonna be really tired, Athena will be crying a lot and sometimes daddy's gonna have to step in and help when mommy's a little.. stressed.

Kelani- Okay

Diggy- You'll always be our little girl. *kisses her* I promise.

*months later*

Sia- *licks her ice cream* Dad, please don't take me home

Diggy- *glances at her while driving* Why not?

Sia- Mom is too much, I can't stand her sometimes. And her new husband is so annoying. I just wanna stay with you and Y/N, please

Diggy- You can, but I gotta ask your mom first, I can't just keep you and not tell her. She's gonna think something happened to you. You know her.

Sia- *sighs* Why can't she be cool like Y/N?

Diggy- Cause if Y/N was your mom, you'd go crazy *chuckles*

Sia- You guys are so much more fun than mom and Jacob

Diggy- *smiles and laughs* I know, I know..

Sia- *rolls her eyes and laughs*

Kelani- Daddy, are we going home to Athena and mommy?

Diggy- *nods* Yeah baby, mommy said Athena just woke up when we left the ice cream parlour

Diggy- *pulls up to the house and drives through the gates and parks*

*kids unbuckle their seatbelts and run out*

Diggy- *sees them all run in the house* Hey, hey! *gets out the car*

Y/N- *opens the front door*

*the kids greet you and run to find the baby*

Y/N- *laughs*

Diggy- *walks up to you at the door and shakes his head* They got too excited to see her.

Y/N- I know, they barely even acknowledged me

Diggy- *wraps his arms around you and kisses you* *pulls you in the house*

*seven months later*

Diggy- *looks around the club* Wow.. Welcome to JS Bar and Club

Athena- *whimpers in her carrier*

Diggy- *looks at her* You don't like being in there for so long huh? *unstraps her and takes her out* *holds her and walks around with her* You're a blessing, you know that?

Athena- *babbles to herself*

Diggy- *chuckles* One day you're gonna either work here with us or inherit it when it's your turn. I know you'll make me proud. Me and mommy wanted you for so long and went through so much to be here with you... It's all done huh?

Y/N- *walks in and pauses at the door*

Diggy- Mommy's happy, I'm happy, our family is a lot bigger.. and it's all because of you Athena *kisses the baby's head and nose* You're the cutest of them all, aren't you?

Y/N- *smiles*

YOUR P.O.V.

Y/N- *wipes the bar* *stacks the bottles on the shelves*

Diggy- *walks in* *smiles* Hey, can I get uh...

Y/N- *turns around* Shut up, you're already paying somebody to do that for you.

Diggy- *laughs* *gets up and comes behind you* *kisses your ear*

Y/N- *smiles*

Diggy- *hugs you close*

Y/N- *feels him poking you* Babe! *laughs* *pushes off him and giggles* *sits at the bar* Man, I can't believe it's finished already. It's only been a few months.

Diggy- I know.. it's beautiful huh? *sits down* All our hard work and your design, it's amazing babe. I can't wait till it opens next month.

Y/N- *sighs contentedly* I know.. *looks around the club* How are we gonna balance this and the kids?

Diggy- *shrugs* Babe, we just will

Y/N- *thinks* But.. what if this marriage falls apart because of everything? Diggy, I'm scared I'm gonna just push you away and my anxiety will make it harder or we'll be so busy do..

Diggy- *interrupts you* Y/N, stop worrying about it. You won't go back to being depressed.. or anxious after having Athena. I know you and, you're strong. Baby, all that matters is that we have each other, that we understand each other and we're happy.. okay? I'm so blessed to have you and the kids, the business and all that we built together. I love this. I really wouldn't want it any other way, I swear.

Y/N- *nods* Okay. *looks around*

Diggy- *watches you and licks his lips* You don't remember this?

Y/N- *looks at him* Remember what?

Diggy- You was sitting right here and I was sitting right there in that spot when I first saw you.. *points to the other side of the bar*

Y/N- *shakes her head* Nah I'm sure I wasn't sitting down. *points* I was standing right there by the bar or something and you were staring at me *laughs* what drink did I order? I can't even remember..

Diggy- *gets up and goes around the bar* *grabs a bottle and a glass* Courvoisier, cranberry and vodka, remember? *pours it out for you*

Y/N- *smiles at him* You actually remembered?

Diggy- We ordered the same thing.. and it's the only thing you ever want. See, I remember a lot about that night. How can I forget? Lemme see uh, it was my birthday, you wore a little black dress...

Y/N- *chuckles to herself* You were flirting a lot that night too

Diggy- *smirks* You fell for it, huh?

Y/N- Fell hard but whatever. *blushes and looks down to smile*

Diggy- *slides you a glass* *raises his* You know I love you right?

Y/N- *smirks* What are we toasting to?

Diggy- Hm, the rest of our lives together?

Y/N- *squirms and smiles* Corny as fuck

Diggy- *laughs* Aite, how about... To the future?

Y/N- To the future. *clinks her glass with his* And I love you too.
