Part 5

3rd person's POV:

A few months have passed and Y/n is 14 month old. Nanami was sleeping peacefully on his bed. He felt something heavy on his chest. He opened his eyes and saw Y/n.

"Y/n... What are you doing here?" Nanami grunts. He sat up and patted Y/n's back to make her fall asleep. He look at the clock on the nightstand, it was 2:45AM. Suddenly, realization hit him and he stopped patting Y/n's back. "Wait..." Nanami said. He look down at Y/n then to her crib. "How? Weren't you in your crib?" Nanami asked.

He turned his head and in front of him was a curse.

Nanami freaked out and backed up until his back hit the headrest. He hold Y/n close to him, Y/n look at her brother with confused face then back to her curse. "Ni-chan. Scare." Y/n said. Y/n crawled away from Nanami but Nanami hold her close not letting her go.

Y/n reached her hand out toward the curse, the curse reached out it's hand toward Y/n. Once their hands touched each other, the curse disappeared into blue flames. "What? Y/n...

Do you have techniques?

Nanami was doing some paperwork at his workplace while Y/n was at the daycare center playing with the other kids. "Nanami, i want to introduced you to the newbie." His boss said. Nanami let out a sigh.

After work, Nanami went to go pick Y/n. Nanami entered the daycare and the staffs greets him as always. The staffs packed Y/n's bag, "Y/n, your brother is here." The staffs said. Y/n heard it and run out the room and toward her brother. "Ni-chan!!" Y/n yelled as she run with her arms out toward Nanami. Nanami kneeled down and hugged Y/n. A curse walked out the room where Y/n was.

No body can see it except for Nanami and Y/n. Nanami suspected that Y/n has a techniques with her. His instinct told him it was a strong one and a dangerous one. The curse walked toward Y/n. This time Nanami didn't pulled Y/n away from the curse due to his curiosity for Y/n's techniques. Y/n patted the curse's head and it turned into blue flames and disappeared just like the other curse.

Nanami carried Y/n and they went home. Nanami unlocked his apartment door and turned the knob. Y/n pushed the door and entered the dark apartment. Nanami switched on the lights then closed the door and locking it. "Ni-chan! Baf! Baf!" Y/n mispronounced. "It's bath, Y/n. B. A. T. H." Nanami corrected Y/n. He walked into his room with Y/n in front of him.

They took of their shirt and Nanami wrapped a towel around his waist, covering his lower region. Nanami filled the bathtub with hot water and cold water. He checked the water and make sure it's not too hot or too cold. Y/n climbed up the edge of the tub to enter the warm water. "No, Y/n. Don't climb, you'll hurt yourself." Nanami scolded and picked Y/n. Nanami put Y/n on a small stool to wash her body.

"You need to wash your body first before entering the tub." Nanami said. "Why?" Y/n asked. "Because there's dust all over your body." Nanami said. "What dust?" Y/n asked. Nanami started to explain dust scientifically to 14 month old Y/n. Y/n took the host and aimed it at Nanami before turning it on. The water sprayed onto Nanami's face and some entered his nose. Y/n turned off the water once it hit Nanami.

Nanami stopped explaining at look at Y/n, "In short, dust is something dirty." Nanami said. Nanami took the host and turned the water on, he washed Y/n's body thoroughly then his own body. Nanami carried Y/n and slowly dipped himself into the tub. He put Y/n on his lap as Y/n lean her back against Nanami chest. They both let out a sigh as the hot water relaxed their sore body. After they took a bath, they ate dinner together.

Nanami carried Y/n and gave her the pacifier while he patted her back to sleep. Y/n closed her eyes and fall asleep. Nanami gently put her in her crib and took out her pacifier. He laid on his bed and turned to laid on his side. He watched Y/n's crib for hours, curious about how those curse came and how does it not hurt Y/n and followed her orders.

Suddenly, Y/n started to whined, she was having another nightmare. A nightmare where saw her parents left her in a box and ran away, leaving her behind and alone. Y/n opened her eyes and look around, she was in her crib. "Ni-chan?" Y/n called but Nanami didn't move, he stayed on his bed. It was quiet, so quiet that it made a ringing sounds toward Y/n's ear.

As fear began to surrounded her heart, blue flames surrounded her body and fly to a spot and turned into a curse.

Nanami's eyes widened, 'She does have techniques!' Nanami thought. "Ni-chan." Y/n said. The curse carried Y/n by her armpits and walked toward the wide awake Nanami. The curse put Y/n on Nanami's chest. Y/n and the curse hold hands and the curse disappeared into blue flames.

Y/n cupped both of Nanami's cheeks and kissed her forehead. "Y/n, what was that?" Nanami asked. "Friend." Y/n said. Y/n laid down on Nanami's chest and fell asleep.
