Part 11 : Flashback Chapter

Flashback

"Ouch!"

Namjoon tripped on a cardboard box as he entered his messy studio. It was late at night so he decided to tidy up the things and gather all the trashes to be thrown later. After he finished throwing all unused cardboards and leftover packaged snacks, he went home. He left piles of paper he gathered to be sorted and separated, which one to keep and which one to dispose in the next day.

In the early morning, he came back to the studio and found that his bin was taken by the janitor because it was full, so he separated the papers, crumpled them, and threw them into the big bin beside Yoongi's studio.

At night, when everyone went home already, Yoongi stayed a while to work on a song. He stretched and yawned, deciding to stay in the studio because it was too late to go home, it might disturb the others.

He went out to brush his teeth and saw some crumpled papers scattered around the bin outside his studio. He sighed and picked them up then tossed them into the bin. One half crumpled paper on the floor caught his eyes since it seemed more colorful than other papers.

He opened it carefully and saw a familiar drawing. A little boy and girl with their parents. There were arrows pointing to the stickmans and their names. 'MOM, ME, LIL SIS, DAD'.How cute, he thought.

He remembered it, exactly a year ago, when they first met. Namjoon was still a teenager but he was so childish. He giggled and showed Yoongi a messy drawing with crayons.

"This is my favourite childhood drawing. It always reminds me of my family." Namjoon told Yoongi.

Yoongi smiled, remembering Namjoon's innocent face while he was saying that. He decided to keep the paper and return it to Namjoon someday. But unfortunately, he forgot to give it back to the owner.
