2. Strange Ecounters

I love weekends. You can sleep in as long as you want, eat whenever you want, hang with your friends, or spend the whole day holed up in a dark room only accompanied by popcorn and Channing Tatum.

That was what I was doing today. I was having a movie marathon of all the Channing movies. I decided to have it by myself this time because I remember at a particularly outrageous movie marathon Caroline ended up licking the screen. Speaking of Caroline, I wonder what she's up to today. It's no mystery that Klaus has a huge crush on her, so maybe she was falling into his bad attempt at flirting, as usual.

Buuuut, based on what Damon had told me, I'm guessing Klaus had other things on his mind. I was curious about these daggered vampires and how angry they would actually be. I can imagine, if my sister stuck a sharp, pointy object into me and left me to rot for 100 years... no I can't even think about that without wanting to kill her. Huh. I haven't actually seen Simone all week. She definitely has a better social life than I do.

Just as I had given up on being alone in my room for the rest of eternity, my cell rang. I looked over. 

'KLAUSEYBEAR'

popped up on the screen. I don't normally have nicknames for my friends but that name seems to really piss him off - and it's funny seeing Klaus pissed. He goes all purple and veiny. I snatched the phone up and pushed talk.

"Sup" I said with a giggle.

I knew he would be in a bad mood today, I had this gut feeling.

"Hello Grace." He said with his teeth clenched. And (once again) I was right.

"Whats wrong? Your family dissapointed in you?" 

I was REALLY going to play on this.

"What? Wait how do you kn- uh never mind. Just come over. now."

"What? Why? B-b-but me and Channing are having a great time."

I heard someone in the backround snigger.

"Well everyone else is here, it's okay if you just want to stay at home on your lonesomes..-"

"Wait I'm coming!" I chucked on a jersey. "I'm coming riiiight now!"

"Thank you. Before you got all annoying I was going to offer you a ride, since your car is guaranteed to break down at least once on the journey over here."

I could hear him laughing. Someone in the backround yelled out - "make that twice!"

I frowned. "Oh I'm sure you've been dying to get that hilarious remark out all week, huh. See you soon , Klauseybear!"

He huffed.

I chucked on my converse and got in the car. I wonder what he needs me there for, I can't imagine he would use me as food for his family - plus Elijah will be there, and he is a lot more noble than Klaus.

As I pulled into the Mikaelsons insanely long driveway I saw about 5 other cars already parked up by the house. Wow okay, leave me last invited then. I don't really take notice of cars but I did recognise Stefan's and Tyler's among the group.

I invited myself in and after searching around I could hear voices from their giant living room. Really, did Klaus need a house this big? I huffed as I strode into the room.

Among the group was Tyler, Damon, Stefan, Bonnie, and Caroline, as well as some other people whose faces I couldn't see. I'm guessing Matt was at home to stop Elena from coming - probably orders from Stefan, always the overprotective boyfriend. They all had their backs to me apart from Elijah and Klaus who were in deep conversation, or argument. I could see Elijah trying to be quiet about it whereas Klaus's anger volume is always maximum. Two other men with their backs to me were pitching in to their bickering every now and again.

Klaus suddenly turned to look at me.

"Aaaah finally, Grace. Now everyone is here. Finn, Kol, Rebekah, Esther. This is Grace Harrington."
