17:41, 23 June 2024It was a cool, clear night when Minho decided to surprise Jisung with a date unlike any they had shared before. After Jisung's recovery and discharge from the hospital, Minho wanted to create a memorable evening, one that would linger in their hearts forever.
He picked Jisung up in his vintage convertible, the wind tousling their hair as they drove out of town. With the top down and their favorite music playing softly, they enjoyed the scenic drive through winding roads and serene countryside.
"Where are we going, Minho?" Jisung asked, curiosity dancing in his eyes.
"It's a surprise," Minho replied with a playful smile, his eyes twinkling with excitement.
After a while, they arrived at a secluded clearing in the woods. Lanterns hung from the trees, casting a soft, warm glow around a cozy setup: a blanket spread out on the ground with plush pillows, a small portable campfire crackling nearby, and a telescope set up to gaze at the stars.
Jisung's eyes widened in awe. "Minho, this is amazing!"
Minho grinned, feeling his heart swell with happiness. "I thought you'd like it, Hannie."
They settled down on the blanket, the warmth of the campfire enveloping them. Minho had prepared a delightful spread: sushi rolls with assorted fillings and dipping sauces, along with steaming bowls of ramen topped with fresh vegetables and tender slices of grilled meat.
As they savored the delicious food under the starlit sky, Minho's gaze softened as he looked at Jisung. "Hannie, do you remember what you said to me in the hospital?"
Jisung nodded, a soft smile playing on his lips. "Yes, I remember. I said 'yes'."
Minho chuckled softly, reaching out to take Jisung's hand in his. "I want to ask you again, properly this time."
Jisung's heart fluttered with anticipation as he listened intently. Minho's voice was steady and filled with love as he continued, "Jisung, will you be my boyfriend? Formally and romantically, like we've always talked about?"
Tears welled up in Jisung's eyes as he smiled brightly. "Yes, Minho. Yes, a thousand times yes."
Minho beamed with joy, his own eyes shining with happiness. He leaned in, gently kissing Jisung's lips under the starlit sky, filled with all the tenderness and promise of their newfound commitment.
They spent the rest of the night wrapped in each other's arms, their fingers intertwined as they gazed at the constellations through the telescope. The crackling campfire and the soft glow of lanterns illuminated their faces as they whispered dreams and made plans for their future together.
In that tranquil moment, surrounded by nature's beauty and the warmth of their love, Minho and Jisung knew that this night would forever be etched in their memories as the beginning of their beautiful journey as a couple.
—
The sun was setting, casting a golden glow over the rolling hills. Jisung's laughter echoed through the air as he sprinted up the hill, a flower crown perched atop his head, its vibrant colors contrasting with his long, curly hair that bounced with each step.
His honey-toned skin glowed in the soft light, a testament to the joy and vitality that had returned to him. His heart felt light, the weight of the past few months lifting with every stride.
He felt happy.
He felt alive. And he loved the feeling of living.
"Minho!" Jisung called out, his voice brimming with happiness.
At the top of the hill, Minho was arranging a picnic blanket, meticulously setting out an assortment of snacks and drinks. He looked up at the sound of Jisung's voice, his heart swelling with affection at the sight of his boyfriend's radiant smile. Jisung reached the top and, with a final burst of energy, ran straight into Minho's arms.
"You're fast," Minho laughed, holding Jisung tightly, feeling the warmth and life in his embrace.
Jisung pulled back slightly, grinning. "And you're the best," he said, planting a quick kiss on Minho's cheek before settling down on the blanket.
Minho watched as Jisung flopped onto the blanket, his hair cascading around his face in soft curls. Gently, Minho reached out and tucked a stray lock behind Jisung's ear, his fingers lingering for a moment. "Your hair's gotten so long," he remarked, his voice filled with adoration. "It looks perfect on you."
Jisung's cheeks flushed a delicate pink, his eyes shining with love. "Thanks.. I feel like I owe so much to you. You were there every step of the way."
Minho shook his head, his expression serious but tender. "You owe me nothing, Jisung. Seeing you like this, happy and healthy, is all I ever wanted. You look... you look perfect." His voice softened, a loving smile spreading across his face.
Jisung's smile widened, and he leaned in to kiss Minho gently on the lips. The kiss was sweet and filled with unspoken promises, a moment of pure contentment. As they broke apart, Jisung settled comfortably against Minho, resting his head on his shoulder.
"You look so beautiful," Minho whispered, his eyes filled with adoration. "I'm the luckiest person in the world to call you my boyfriend."
Jisung blushed, his smile widening. "And I'm the luckiest to have you."
They settled onto the blanket, surrounded by an array of delicious food. Minho had packed all of Jisung's favorites: fresh fruit, sandwiches, pastries, and a thermos of hot chocolate, even though it was warm outside.
They ate and talked, sharing stories and dreams, the bond between them growing stronger with every word and laugh.
They spent the rest of the evening talking, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. Minho fed Jisung bites of strawberries and chocolate, his eyes never leaving Jisung's face, memorizing every detail. They shared stories, dreams, and hopes for the future, the world around them fading into the background.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange, Minho wrapped his arms around Jisung, pulling him close. Jisung looked up at him, his eyes filled with love and gratitude.
The sky darkened, revealing a blanket of stars. Minho lay back, pulling Jisung with him so they could stargaze together. The night was clear, and the stars seemed to twinkle just for them. They pointed out constellations and made wishes on shooting stars, their fingers intertwined.
Minho lifted his hand, tracing an outline in the sky. "See that one? That's Orion," he said, his voice soft and filled with affection.
Jisung giggled, his eyes sparkling with delight as he snuggled closer to Minho. "You really learned the stars, huh? Remember our first stargazing date when you promised you'd learn them for me?"
Minho's smile widened, a gentle warmth in his gaze. "Of course I remember," he murmured, squeezing Jisung's hand. "I wanted to make every night under the stars special for you."
Jisung's heart swelled with affection as he realized just how deeply he had fallen for the elder. He pressed a kiss to Minho's cheek, his voice soft and full of love. "You're such a sap," he teased. "But I love it."
Minho chuckled, pulling Jisung even closer. "Anything for you, Jisungie. Anything for you."
As they lay together, Jisung looked up at the stars, feeling a warmth in his chest. The night sky had never seemed more beautiful, and he knew it was because of Minho.
After a comfortable moment of silence, Jisung turned to Minho, his voice soft and excited. "I'm working on another story," he confessed, his eyes shining with passion. "It's about us, about love and resilience."
Minho's heart swelled with pride. "I can't wait to read it, Hannie. I know it will be amazing, just like you. I'm always going to be your number one reader."
Jisung giggled, his laughter light and infectious. "Actually, Hunny was and will always be my number one reader, even though we aren't in touch anymore."
Minho remained silent, his expression suddenly tense. Jisung noticed the shift and frowned slightly. "Baby, is everything okay? Why are you so quiet?"
After a moment of hesitation, Minho took a deep breath and finally spoke. "Jisung... there's something I need to tell you. Hunny... it's me. I was Hunny."
Jisung's eyes widened in shock. "What? But... why? How?"
Minho sighed, looking down at his hands. "I used to read your books with that persona, not letting anyone know it was me.. When you left for America, we drifted apart, and I didn't know how to reach out to you. I missed you so much, and I wanted to be there for you, even if it was just through a screen. So, I created Hunny to support you even before we met, and after that to stay connected with you, to support you when you needed it the most. To find out if I possibly still have a chance."
Jisung's shock quickly turned into an exaggerated gasp, his eyes going comically wide. "Wait, wait, wait! So you're telling me that all those late-night chats and hilarious cat memes were actually from you?"
Minho nodded, his face flushing. "Yeah, that was me."
Jisung burst into giggles, clutching his stomach. "Oh my gosh, I was pouring my heart out to you about how much I missed you, and it was you the whole time? This is like the ultimate plot twist!"
Minho couldn't help but laugh at Jisung's reaction. "I guess it is."
Jisung's laughter faded into a warm smile, his eyes twinkling. "Minho, you sneaky genius. I can't believe you did all that for me. It's the sweetest, most ridiculous thing ever."
Minho grinned, feeling a mix of relief and happiness. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay. You mean so much to me, Hannie."
Jisung flung his arms around Minho, hugging him tightly. "Thank you, Minho. You're the best. And you know what? Hunny can still be my number one reader, because it's you."
Minho hugged him back, chuckling. "Glad to hear it, Hannie. Always here for you, no matter what."
As they pulled back slightly, their foreheads resting against each other, Minho looked into Jisung's eyes with a hint of worry. "You're not mad?"
Jisung's smile grew even wider, his eyes sparkling with affection. Instead of answering, he leaned in and pulled Minho into a lovely, tender kiss. When they finally parted, Jisung was still smiling, his cheeks flushed with happiness.
"Does that answer your question?" Jisung whispered, his voice filled with warmth.
Minho laughed softly, his heart feeling lighter than ever. "Yeah, I think it does."
As the night grew cooler, they decided to head back to Minho's place. The walk was leisurely, filled with quiet conversations and the occasional shared kiss. When they arrived, the house was peaceful. Hyunjin was staying at Seungmin's, giving them the place to themselves.
They changed into comfortable clothes and snuggled up on the couch, a cozy blanket draped over them. Minho selected a movie, and they settled in, the flickering light from the screen casting a warm glow around the room.
They cuddled close, their bodies fitting together perfectly. Jisung rested his head on Minho's chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. Minho's fingers traced gentle patterns on Jisung's back, soothing and reassuring.
As the movie played, they laughed at the funny parts, shared knowing looks during the romantic scenes, and stole kisses whenever the moment felt right. Their love was palpable, filling the room with a sense of peace and contentment.
After the movie ended, they remained on the couch, basking in the warmth of each other's presence. Minho looked down at Jisung, his eyes soft with love. "I'm so happy you're here with me," he murmured, pressing a kiss to Jisung's forehead.
Jisung smiled up at him, his heart full. "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
They kissed again, slow and sweet, savoring the moment. Eventually, they fell asleep in each other's arms, the steady rise and fall of their breathing a comforting lullaby.
The night passed peacefully, filled with dreams of a future together. When they woke up the next morning, it was with the knowledge that they were deeply loved and cherished. They spent the day wrapped up in each other, talking, laughing, and planning their next adventures together.
Their love, tested and strengthened by the trials they had faced, was now a source of joy and stability in their lives. And as they moved forward, hand in hand, they knew that whatever came their way, they would face it together.
"I love you, Minho," Jisung whispered, his voice soft and sincere.
"I love you too, Jisung," Minho replied, his voice equally filled with emotion. "And I'm so glad I get to call you my boyfriend."
They sealed their words with another kiss, the world around them slipping into a peaceful silence. In that moment, nothing else mattered. They had each other, and that was more than enough.
The future stretched out before them, bright and filled with endless possibilities. Together, they could face anything. And with Minho by his side, Jisung felt ready to conquer the world, one story at a time.
It was a story that often made them laugh whenever they thought about it. Jisung and Minho had met not in some grand, orchestrated way but through a serendipitous coincidence.
But their official meeting happened at Minho's own concert. Jisung had been thrilled to attend, having managed to snag a last-minute ticket. He had always admired Minho's music and couldn't wait to see him perform live.
As fate would have it, they bumped into each other on their way to the restroom during intermission. Jisung, not paying attention, accidentally walked straight into Minho, who was hurrying to the restroom.
The collision left Jisung flustered and apologetic, his cheeks turning red when he realized who he had run into.
"It's kind of hilarious when you think about it," Jisung often said, laughing as he recounted the story. "I was just a fanboy at his concert, and now look at us."
Minho would nod, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "It's like the universe was giving us a little nudge," he'd agree. "And look at us now."
Indeed, life had a funny way of bringing them together. That chance meeting had blossomed into a deep, loving relationship. They couldn't be happier. The world seemed to echo their joy, with friends, family, and fans alike offering unwavering support and love.
Their friend group was a tight-knit circle, always there to celebrate their victories and offer a shoulder during tougher times. Seungmin, Hyunjin, and the rest of their friends were like brothers, always ready with a joke or a word of encouragement. Their families were equally supportive, welcoming their relationship with open arms and hearts.
But most importantly, Jisung and Minho had each other. Their bond was the anchor that kept them steady, the light that guided them through both the mundane and the extraordinary moments of life. They found joy in the simplest things—cooking meals together, sharing lazy mornings in bed, and exploring new places hand in hand.
The world around them seemed to sparkle with promise and possibility. Everywhere they went, they felt the warmth of acceptance and love. Fans would often recognize them, offering smiles and words of support. It was heartwarming to know that their love inspired others, that their story was one of hope and happiness.
It had been a busy day for Jisung. He had spent hours signing copies of his newly released book at a bustling bookstore downtown. Despite the exhaustion, he couldn't wait to get home to Minho, especially with the surprise he had been planning for weeks.
As Jisung finally arrived at their shared apartment, he was greeted by the warm glow of candles and the aroma of Minho's favorite dinner filling the air. Minho was seated at the dining table, a smile lighting up his face as he looked up from his phone.
"Hey, birthday boy," Jisung greeted with a tired but affectionate smile, setting down his bag and kicking off his shoes.
Minho got up quickly, walking towards Jisung and enveloping him in a tight hug. "Hey, Hannie! How was your day?"
Jisung sighed happily, melting into Minho's embrace. "Long, but good. The book signing went really well."
"I'm so proud of you," Minho murmured, pressing a kiss to Jisung's forehead before pulling back slightly to look at him. "Did you eat? I made your favorite."
Jisung's stomach rumbled at the mention of food, and he chuckled. "I'm starving, actually."
They sat down at the table together, sharing a meal filled with laughter and quiet moments of contentment. After dinner, as they moved to the living room, Jisung couldn't contain his excitement any longer.
"I have also something for you," Jisung said, reaching into his bag and pulling out a small, soft carrier.
Minho's eyes widened in surprise. "What's this?"
Jisung smiled mischievously as he carefully opened the carrier. Inside was a tiny black kitten with bright eyes, wearing a pink and green colored collar.
Minho gasped, his heart melting at the sight of the adorable creature. "Hannie, is this..."
Jisung nodded eagerly. "Happy birthday, Minho. I know we've talked about getting a pet for a while, even though we already have Soonie, Doongie and Dori, but I thought this little one would be perfect for us."
Minho gently lifted the kitten out of the carrier, cradling it in his hands. The kitten purred contently, nuzzling against Minho's chest.
"She's perfect," Minho whispered, his eyes shining with happiness as he looked at Jisung. "Thank you, Hannie. This is the best birthday gift ever. Hey little one.."
Jisung beamed, feeling his heart swell with love. "I'm glad you like her."
They spent the rest of the evening cuddling on the couch, the kitten exploring their laps and purring softly. As they settled into their new routine as a family of six, Minho couldn't help but feel grateful for the love and warmth that filled their home.
As the evening wore on, Minho found himself lost in thought, gently petting the tiny black kitten nestled in his lap. The warmth of their cozy apartment enveloped them, the soft purrs of the kitten filling the room like a soothing melody.
"What do you think we should name her, Hannie?" Minho asked, glancing over at Jisung who was leaning against him on the couch.
Jisung smiled, his eyes twinkling with affection as he looked at the kitten. "Hmm, how about Luna? Like the moon, because she's as beautiful and mysterious as the night sky."
Minho considered it, but then a thought struck him. "Actually, I was thinking... what about 'Sungie'?"
Jisung's face lit up with surprise and delight. "Sungie? That's adorable! I love it."
Minho grinned, feeling a rush of warmth as he stroked Sungie's soft fur. "Sungie it is, then."
They continued to enjoy their evening, playing with Sungie and laughing together. However, as they settled down for the night, Jisung couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Minho's choice of name.
"Min," Jisung began tentatively, "why did you choose 'Sungie'?"
Minho looked at Jisung with a gentle smile. "Because... it reminds me of you."
Jisung's eyes widened in realization, a mixture of surprise and warmth flooding through him. "Minho... you named our kitten after me?"
Minho nodded, his gaze soft and full of affection. "Yeah. Sungie... it just felt right. She's as special and precious to me as you are."
Touched beyond words, Jisung leaned in and hugged Minho tightly, tears of happiness welling up in his eyes. "That's so cheesy, Minho..That means so much to me."
They held each other close, the quiet purring of Sungie in the background reminding them of the love and bond they shared. In that tender moment, Jisung knew without a doubt that their home was filled not only with the warmth of their love for each other but also with the playful spirit of their beloved Sungie, a constant reminder of their happiness and togetherness.
As they basked in the warmth of their shared moment, Minho couldn't contain the excitement bubbling within him. The soft purring of Sungie in his lap provided the perfect backdrop to share another piece of news with Jisung.
"Hey," Minho began, his voice filled with anticipation, "did I tell you that Chan and Jeongin are adopting a baby?"
Jisung gasped, his eyes widening in surprise. "No, you didn't! That's incredible news!"
Minho nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, they've been planning it for a while now. They're so excited. I told them to marry first, but they insisted."
Jisung smiled warmly, imagining their friends embracing this new chapter in their lives. "I'm really happy for them."
Minho's expression softened as he gazed at Jisung lovingly. "You know, I would also love to get a baby together."
Jisung's heart skipped a beat, overwhelmed by Minho's words and the depth of their connection. He leaned in, pressing a tender kiss to Minho's lips, feeling the warmth of their shared dreams and the promise of their future together.
„Maybe one day.. I just got you a fourth cat.." Jisung giggled, nuzzling in Minho's neck. —
Months passed in a whirlwind of happiness and shared dreams for Minho and Jisung. They celebrated Chan and Jeongin's adoption of their baby, rejoicing in the newfound joy that filled their friends' lives.
Seungmin and Hyunjin had finally fulfilled Seungmin's dream of adopting a golden retriever puppy, their apartment now filled with laughter and puppy kisses. Felix and Changbin had celebrated a successful marriage, their bond growing stronger with every passing day.
"We should get married too though," Jisung blurted out, his voice breaking through the lively atmosphere of Chan and Jeongin's apartment.
Seungmin, engaged in a battle with their new puppy over a shoe, yelled across the room, "Let go of that shoe, you little rascal!" His voice echoed through the apartment, mixing with Hyunjin's laughter as they chased after the playful golden retriever, whose tail wagged furiously with delight.
Minho chuckled at the chaotic scene, not hearing Jisung clearly over the commotion. "What did you say?" he asked, leaning closer to Jisung.
Jisung quickly deflected, smiling softly. "Ah, nothing. Do you want dessert?"
Minho's eyes twinkled mischievously as he leaned in closer to Jisung. "Dessert sounds good, but I have a better idea for what we can do tonight."
Chan and Jeongin exchanged amused glances as Minho's suggestive remark hung in the air, prompting Jisung to blush and laugh nervously. "Minho!" he exclaimed, feeling both embarrassed and amused.
Their friends laughed good-naturedly, the puppy finally surrendering the shoe, and the evening continued with lighthearted banter and shared moments of joy. As the night wore on, Minho and Jisung bid their friends farewell earlier than expected.
Outside, under the glow of streetlights, Jisung stopped, a playful glint in his eyes as he looked up at Minho. "You know," he began, his voice soft yet filled with a hint of desire, "maybe your idea isn't so bad after all."
Minho's eyes burned with longing, his gaze locking with Jisung's. "Really?" he murmured, his voice low and husky.
Jisung nodded, his heart racing with anticipation. "Really," he confirmed, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
„You better not regret what you've said.."
Without another word, Minho took Jisung's hand in his, their fingers intertwining with a gentle yet firm grip. They hurried towards their own apartment, excitement and anticipation lighting up their faces as they imagined the night ahead, filled with love and passion.
"This seems like a fanfic," Jisung laughed breathlessly, the thrill of the moment making his heart race.
Minho squeezed Jisung's hand affectionately, his eyes sparkling with fondness. "Well, if I'm the fanfic writer, you're my favorite character," he said playfully.
Jisung grinned, feeling overwhelmed with happiness. "You're such a romantic," he teased.
As they reached their doorstep, Minho pulled Jisung close, his voice soft yet filled with sincerity. "And you're my favorite story to write," he whispered, leaning in to kiss Jisung gently.
