Chapter 109
01:51, 26 April 2020Things went pretty fast after Tinsley declaration of her water breaking. Jax grabbed the babies, who were still fussing, and loaded them into their car seats. He then loaded them into the car. He came back and got Abel, who's seat was already in the car. Then he came back for Tinsley.
When he walked into the bedroom, Tinsley was standing there holding her bag full of clothes.
"Liam said he didn't want to see me still here when he got back from dinner but somehow I don't think he meant quite like this" said Tinsley.
"He kicked your out?" Said Jax. Tinsley could see the anger building in his eyes at her statement.
"No, he meant that he wanted me to be with you, on the way back to Charming" said Tinsley.
Just as she finished her sentence, a contraction hit her causing her to practically double over.
"Are you ok?" Asked Jax.
"Yes, it's just a contraction. I guess it's true that they say, sex brings on labor" said Tinsley.
" I guess so. Come on, let's get you to the hospital where we can meet our son" said Jax.
"Ok" said Tinsley.
"You're going to have to tell me where the hospital is baby. I barely found Liam's house" said Jax.
Just go out to the main road. And head south" said Tinsley.
"That tells me nothing." Said Jax.
"Take the next right. That will bring you to the bypass. Head south, I mean make a left turn. You will see it. It's on the main road" said Tinsley.
"Ok" said Jax.
Jax drove like a wild man trying to get to the hospital. Luckily, traffic on the Outer Banks wasn't heavy in January.
As he drove, he made a quick call to Liam and let him know that Tinsley was in labor. He asked if Liam could come sit with the kids and of course, he said he would be right there.
Just when Jax thought he wasn't going to find the hospital, it appeared just on the other side of the biggest sand dune he had ever seen.
Jax realized Tinsley hadn't been lying when she said the beaches here were different that those in California. In California, the beach had mountainous hillside where here, it was flat except for the sand dunes that obviously didn't do much to protect the homes in the ocean front.
Jax wheeled the Tinsley's Chevrolet Suburban to the emergency entrance. When he stopped, he saw that Liam was already waiting for them. Looking at the clock on the radio, it showed it was 6:58pm. Jax jumped out of the car, and rounded it to help Tinsley out of the car. The two of them started walking to the entrance when a contraction hit Tinsley causing them to stop.
Liam was at their side in a matter of seconds.
"You ok sis?" Asked Liam.
"Contraction" Tinsley grunted out.
"How far apart" said Liam.
"About 3 minutes" grunted Tinsley again.
When she was finally able to stand, Jax started walking towards the entrance.
"I'm going to carry the kids home. They will be extremely bored here. Call me when my nephew get here" yelled Liam.
"You got it bruh" said Jax as he walked inside the hospital with Tinsley.

When the nurses saw how close Tinsley's contractions were, they didn't waste any time getting her up to labor and delivery. They hooked her to monitors and then began the waiting game.
When a particularly strong contraction hit, Tinsley demanded an epidural.
"I'm sorry Mrs. Teller. Your contractions are too close. We can't give you one" said gray haired nurse who was sitting beside Tinsley's bed. Tinsley could help but wonder if the lady had been around when God said let there be light. This lady had to have flipped the switch. Seriously, she was old enough.
"How about Tylenol or something!" Said Tinsley.
"No ma'am. Tylenol won't numb this pain" said the nurse.
"Ughhhhhh!!" Said Tinsley in frustration as another contraction hit her.
"We're up to two minutes apart. It won't be much longer ma'am" said the nurse.
Tinsley turned to Jax. The look she shots him was something straight out of the scariest demonic movie you could think of.
"You did this to me!" Said Tinsley practically growling.
"Technically, you both did this to you" said nurse ancient.
"Nobody asked youth old hag" said Tinsley.
"Don't be rude" said Jax as he rubbed her hair trying to soothe her.
"Don't talk to me like I'm a god damn child. Im an adult. I'll talk like I want to anyone I want" said Tinsley.
"I get that. But this lady is just here to help" said Jax.
"Who? Nurse Ancient over there? I'm pretty sure she was there when Jesus Christ was born. They did t have pain meds back then so of course she's going to tell me they ain't gonna help." Said Tinsley.
"Tinsley, I'm telling you right now, calm down. If you don't, I'll call Gemma and let her have at you" said Jax.
"What's she gonna do? She's all the way in Sunny fucking California" said Tinsley.
"Actually I'm not" said Gemma as she walked into the hospital room. A nurse was running behind her telling her she wasn't supposed to be in here.
"This is my god damn daughter in law. That is my son and that is my grandchild. I have every right to be in this room." Said gemma.
The nurse clearly didn't know what to do. She looked to Jax and god help the woman, she blushed.
"He's married bitch" said Tinsley grabbing Jax's hard and showing the wedding had he still had in place.
"Babe, I think she just wanted to know what to do about mom" said Jax.
"If you say so. Doesn't hurt to let her know" said Tinsley.
"She stays" said Jax to thr blushing nurse.
"Tinsley Marie Teller. You better get your shit together and stop giving these people a hard time. They didn't ask you to get pregnant and they damn sure didn't help you get that way. If you want to lash out at anyone, do it at Jax." Said Gemma.
"Why are you even here Gemma? I'm sure you hate me just as much at you hated Tara for leaving your baby boy." Said Tinsley.
"This is different. Tara up and left Jax heartbroken because he as a fucking whore. You left because my baby boy was a complete and utter dumbass." said Tinsley.
"But I still left. You're not going to tell..... uggggghhhhh!!!!!!" Growled Tinsley.
"One minute forty-five seconds" said Nurse Ancient.
"I'm not gonna tell you what" said Gemma when thr so reaction passed.
"Your not going to tel me you don't hate me just a little bit. Deep down Gemma, are you going to look me dead in my eyes and tell em that you don't feel some kind of hate for me?" Said Tinsley.
Gemma walked towards the bed and went to stand beside Jax. She sat down on the edge of the bed and grabbed Tinsley's hand.
"I don't hate you. I may not have liked what you did but I get it. Believe me, Jax has heard how dumb he was for letting you go from me and everyone at the club every day for the last six months" said Gemma.
Tinsley didn't even know what to say then. I'd she was being completely honest with herself, she had to admit that part of keeping her from going back to charming what the hate Gemma was sure to have for her. She loved Gemma like a mother and she didn't want to have to face the wrath of Gemma for hurting Jax.
"I'm sorry" said Tinsley as tears poured from her eyes.
"I'm sorry for leaving. I'm sorry for keeping the kids away for you all. I'm sorry if I've disappointed you." Said Tinsley.
"Hush now. We love you and we all forgive you because we understand why you did what you did" said Gemma as she squeezed Tinsleys hand.

"Time to push" said Nurse Ancient when the OB on call walked into the room.
With Jax on one side and Gemma on the other, they held her hands and legs. After three pushes and a whole lot of screaming and cursing, 9:48pm on January 28th, Thomas Grady Teller was born weighing in at 7 pound 15 ounces.
