Chapter 21

It was Kevin. He stood in the doorway with a face full of terror.

"Oh my god." Ann put a hand over her eyes. "How much did you see?"

"Enough." He blinked multiple times, trying to erase the memory.

"Come in, so no one can else hear us." Joe said, pulling him inside and closing the door behind him.

"I'm not stupid, guys. I knew something was going on." He sighed.

"Kev, no one can ever know about this, okay?" Joe said with a pleading tone.

"I know." He looked back and forth from Ann to Joe. "So is this official?"

"Yeah." Joe smiled to Ann and pulled her closer to him.

"You know I always rooted for you guys. Just... be careful. This is a really crap hiding spot." He chuckled and they both laughed.

"Yeah, we didn't really think that through." Joe rubbed his neck nervously.

"Thank you, Kev. Out of everyone, I'm glad it was you who caught us." Said Ann.

"Yeah, thank Nick, cause he asked me to look for something for a stain." He chuckled and they all left the room.

"Wait!" Ann stopped them both. "We should probably bring something then."

"Right." Kevin went back in the room and came back with some stain chemical.

"You okay?" Joe asked Ann quietly, as they walked down the long corridor. She nodded in response and he gave her a quick side hug. They went into Nick's dressing room and he was shirtless, while their stylist, Sydney, tried to fix the stain on his shirt.

"Finally!" Nick ran up to Kevin and took the bottle from his hand. "Will this work?" He passed the bottle to the stylist.

"Let's see. If not, I have a spear outfit for you."

"You know this is my favorite shirt." He said a little frustrated.

"Jeez, Nick. It's just a shirt." Joe rolled his eyes and sat on a couch.

"I wonder what your reaction would be, if I destroyed one of your Spezials from your precious shoe collection." Nick frowned at him and Ann chuckled, sitting next to Joe. "I'm not kidding, he has them in literally every possible color."

"They're the comfiest shoes ever." Joe shrugged.

"Okay, it's coming off, Nick." Said Sydney and he jumped back to her, eager to see it.

"You're the best!" He hugged her and put his shirt back on.

"Hey! I found the product!" Kevin frowned.

"Okay, Joe. Your turn." Sydney gestured him to stand up and left the room.

"Wanna help me pick the outfit?" He smiled at Ann and put a hand on her knee.

"Hell yeah." She jumped up, excited to be a part of it.

They walked into his dressing room which was right beside Nick's. Sydney was already rummaging through hangers and Ann joined her.

"We're keeping the pants." Joe said walking in the room.

"Joe! We were supposed to go with the floral one today." She sighed.

"It can wait." He smirked at Ann.

"Okay, but I'm not going to bother with them. You're on your own." She threw her hands in the air.

"We've got this." Ann gave her a reassuring smile, before she left the room.

"Oh, we definitely got this." He smirked and cupped her face while kissing her.

"Joe! Pants!" She pushed back and punched him in the arm.

They managed to get him into the pants and Ann picked a pink Adidas T-shirt and pink Spezials to go with them.

"How could you look so good in pink?" She sighed, watching him try to get a hold off his curls in the mirror.

"How? I mean, look at this face." He smirked pointing at himself proudly.

"Forget it." She rolled her eyes and left the room.

They all gathered near the stage as it was almost time to go out. Jin, Gabi and Mark all squealed when they saw Ann's outfit, admiring the pants. They decided to take a quick selfie and Ann posted it on her Instagram story right away.

The brothers joined them, Joe waving at her as soon as he saw her. She thought to herself that it was amazing how he made her smile every time she saw him. He started to walk up to her and Ann put her phone in her pocket.

"Forgot something?" He smiled and stood in front of her, closing his eyes.

"Oh my god." She sighed. "Can't you ask someone else?"

"You do it best." He shrugged. "Don't tell me you don't like it."

"Okay, I do." She laughed.

Without a second thought she slapped him across the face and as soon as he opened his eyes, they screamed at each other from the top of their lungs, before she slapped him again.

"Okay, that second one was personal." He frowned.

"Maybe." She smirked.

"I got it on video!" Mark laughed as he came up to them and showed them his phone.

They both laughed watching it and Mark sent it to Ann right away. She decided to add it to her Instagram story as well.

The concert went amazing, as Ann was feeling amazing herself. She was happy, over the moon happy with that man. She never left eyes from him the whole concert, admiring how beautiful he was. She just couldn't believe that man loved her. At least that's what he thinks he felt. Did she love him too? Was that what she was feeling? She never used that word with any of her boyfriends. But she never felt what she was feeling right now. This one was different.

After the concert they had a few drinks before going back to the hotel. They got to spent night there, before driving to another city in the morning. Everyone was exhausted and immediately disappeared in their rooms. Before Ann could even close her doors, she got a text.

Joe: come over

Ann shook her head and chuckled. She couldn't hide the fact that she wanted him to invite her. She felt the need to spend every possible second alone with him. She closed her doors and knocked on his.

He opened wearing only a white hotel robe. She got flashbacks from the selfie he posted after their first encounter. She smiled at the view and walked inside, not waiting for an invite.

„What did you want?" She asked, turning around to him. He was already walking up to her.

„You." He smirked and kissed her right in the lips. They kissed for a while, enjoying the taste of their mouths. He pulled apart and scanned her eyes. „Did you shower already?"

„No, I didn't even enter my room." She laughed.

„Come shower with me." He smiled and kissed her again.

„Sure. Gotta save water." She smiled and walked in the direction of his bathroom.

„Definitely." He nodded and walked behind her.

He watched her as she undressed herself. She was amazed by the fact that after so little time, she didn't feel embarrassed around him. He made her feel beautiful and sexy. He made her love her body.

She stepped into the walk-in shower and turned on the water. She watched him as he took off his robe and tossed it to a corner. The shower started to fill with fog and the view of him was blurry. He slowly came up to her and she scanned every inch of his body as it became more clear. She never got to see him in full glory like this. And he was like a piece of art, to say the least. She couldn't believe he was real. And he was hers.

Water started to slide down his body and she watched the water drips fall down his bare chest. She placed a hand on it and Joe looked down at it.

„You know what's crazy? Whenever you touch me, I feel like I'm going to faint." He looked up to her behind his wet curls that now were falling onto his face. „You're something else, Ann."

She smiled at him and pulled him closer to her. They scanned their faces, now inches away, before pulling into a passionate kiss. Joe took a few steps, pushing her against the shower wall. He took her hands and gripped them above her head, before kissing down her neck.

And just like that they had sex again. And again on the countertop. And then again in bed.

Ann's body was trembling from the pleasure he was giving her. She never experienced this kind of sex life. Of course she had sex before, but she never felt this much sexual tension with anyone. She never had sex more than one time. But here, she felt like she could to this all night with him and still enjoy every second of it.

They laid in bed, laughing at how Ann kicked him in the face when she came. Joe got up from the bed and Ann immediately felt coldness from the lack of his body against her.

„Where are you going?" She pouted her lip at him.

„Bathroom." He winked at her and disappeared behind doors.

She sighed and looked up at the ceiling. She took her phone from the nightstand and turned on TikTok. She saw multiple compilation videos from today's show of her and Joe and she couldn't help but smile. They looked good together. She also saw that the video she posted of her and Joe went viral.

„I don't want this night to end." Joe went out of the bathroom singing. „It's closing time so leave with me again."

Ann started laughing and put her phone down.

„You got all my love to spend. Let's find a place where happiness begins." He reached a hand to her and she took it. They started to dance together as he sang the chorus. „We gon' dance in my living room, slave to the way you move. Hurts when I'm leaving you."

„It's only human, you know that it's real. So why would you fight or try to deny the way that you feel?" Ann joined him.

„Oh, babe, you can't fool me, your body's got other plans." He sang running his hands down her body. „So stop pretending you're shy, just come on and..."

„Dance, dance, dance, dance!" Ann sang and jumped around the room.

„Let's do it one more time." He sang picking her up and throwing her on bed.

Ann was filled with joy. He made her the happiest. She never felt this kind of connection with anyone. He made her feel like the most beautiful girl in the world.

She remembered how she sang that song while driving to her gig, not knowing that her life was going to change completely. And now she was singing it with Joe in their hotel robes. She couldn't believe how much her life had changed. She felt amazing, but at the same time a bit scared. Wasn't it going a bit too fast? Will she manage to keep up this secret relationship? She had no idea.

But after that day she knew one thing. What she was feeling for that man was definitely love.
