Alone Time Together

———Bakugou's reassuring words made Ochako's heart melt. When she stopped floating, she backed away from him and looked into his eyes. "Well you're very sweet!" she giggled.

Bakugou crossed his arms and looked away blushing. "Yea yea..." he said quietly.

"Are you busy today by any chance?" Ochako asked nervously.

"Why?" he turned to her with a raised eyebrow.

"I uh..." she said as she looked at the floor, "I kind of want to hang out with you today." she said shyly.

Bakugou put his index finger under her chin and lifted her head up. "Look at me when you talk to me." he said softly.

"B-But you don't always look at me when you're talking!" she pouted.

Realizing that she had a point, he stared at her embarrassed. "W-Well..." he said through gritted teeth before putting his hands in his pockets and walking away, "It doesn't apply to me!" he somewhat shouted.

Ochako watched him confused. "What??? Wait where are you going?!" she asked frantically as she watched him.

"We're going to my room. Come on." he said without looking back.

Ochako quickly made her way over to him and walked beside him. "What will we do there?" she asked curiously.

"I don't know...whatever you want." he said calmly before stopping and turning to her, at which she did the same. "What...what do you like to do?" he asked shyly.

"Uhhhhh..." Ochako crossed her arms and looked up as she began to think. "I guesssss...I like spending time with people anddd training — that's reallly fun! And I like eating desserts! More specifically mochi; it's soooooo good!" she said enthusiastically.

The entire time, Ochako made eye contact with Bakugou and she looked so happy. Bakugou couldn't help but smirk at her undeniably cute face. "Of course you like mochi." he said teasingly

Ochako put her hands on her hip and tilted her head. "What's that supposed to mean hmm???" she asked curiously.

Bakugou copied her stance and leaned close to her face, "Because your cheeks are round and squishy like mochi."

"They are not!" she said as she covered her now blushing cheeks with her hands and pouted.

As he backed away from her, he chuckled. "Yea, sure. Whatever you say." he said, still smirking at her.

Before the two could say anything else, Deku walked towards the two and tapped Ochako's shoulder. "Hey  Uraraka." he said quietly.

Ochako looked at Deku and smiled. "Hi! How are you doing?" she asked happily.

Watching Ochako talk to Deku infuriated Bakugou. He frowned and looked away as he put his hands in his pockets.

"I'm alright. But uh..." Deku started before leaning in to whisper in Ochako's ear, "Why are you still with Kacchan?"

Ochako backed away from him nervously. "We sorta kinda started...dating..." she said awkwardly.

Deku's widened and his face went white. "You..? And K-Kacchan???"

Ochako nodded her head but before she could respond, Bakugou turned around and put his arm around hers. "Yes, she's my goddamn girlfriend! Stop being so nosy!" he shouted.

"I-I-I was just..." Deku started before being cut off.

"You were just shutting the fuck up!" he shouted before walking off with Ochako, leaving Deku alone again.

When the two entered his room, Ochako stood by the door and looked at him sadly. "You don't have to be so mean all the time, you know that?" she asked softly.

Bakugou sat on the floor against his bed and sighed before looking at Ochako slightly annoyed.

Ochako walked over to him and sat on her knees in front of him. "I know you don't like him but Deku's my best friend...it'd be nice if you could tone down the attitude...even if it's just by a little bit."

"Do I have to..?" he asked quietly as he looked away from her.

"Hey, if you're gonna date me, you can't start cursing out my friends! It's not nice!" she said as she sat next to him and leaned against his arm.

Bakugou looked over at her and his eyes softened. Once again, her sweet scent subdued him. "Whatever...but I'm not doing it cause I want to! I'm just doing it for you..."

Ochako smiled and looked at him. "I know that, dummy!" she giggled before gently kissing his cheek.

He blushed and grinned slightly. "I know that you know, 'dummy'. I just wanted you to hear me say it."

Ochako laughed and squinted her eyes, "Why? Your voice isn't all that great. I'd prefer for you to be quiet~" she teased.

Respecting her wishes, he stayed silent and rolled his eyes playfully before staring ahead of him.

Ochako gasped and moved herself to be in front of him. "Don't ignore me!" she shouted as she repeatedly tapped his shoulder.

Without saying a word, he stared at her and smirked mischievously, trying to egg her on.

For some reason, the face he was making was kind of hot. Ochako blushed and looked away annoyed. "Fineeee, I guess you win."

"I always win." he said as he grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer, making her sit in his lap, and held her against him.

"Whatever!" she said as she covered her face with her hair. "I'll win one day..." she muttered under her breath.

"What did you say..?" he whispered into her ear, making Ochako shiver.

She gently shoved Bakugou away from her ear. "I said nothing! Don't worry about it!" she giggled.

Bakugou chuckled leaned back. "You should be this feisty all of the time, Pink Cheeks."

"No thanks. We don't need a second you running around." she teased as she poked his cheek.

"I wouldn't mind that." he teased back....

Ochako and Bakugou spent the rest of the morning going on and on about all types of things...mostly things that Ochako brought up but they both really enjoyed their alone time together.———
