*Sandro's Pov*

"Taya!"

"I'm not yet ready Nich, you're so madaya"

"Hey kids, let's eat" I said as I prepare the breakfast.

"Yey! I'm going eat" Ferdinand said cheerfully while running towards me. He sat down on my left side and Nicholas on my right.

"I want hotdog papa" my little Nicholas said. I gave him the hotdog that he want on his plate.

"Me uhm... egg and nuggets" Ferdinand also said. I gave him the whole fried egg and some nuggets.

"Eat properly ha, don't waist the food" I told to them then start eating.

"Good morning Tito Si" my sons greeted Simon who's walking towards us.

"Morning guys" he greeted back and get two pieces of nuggets.

I looked at him nang magkasalubong ang kilay ko "Hey, that's for the kids" I said and my sons just laughed.

"Nuggets are for everybody Sandro" he respond and smirked.

I just sighed and continue eating "After breakfast maligo na kayo ha" I said and out the rest of the ulam on their plates.

"Are we going to mama?" Nicholas asked excitedly.

I nodded and smiled to them "Yes, so prepare yourselves ha" I said. I waited for them to finish, they're so talkative and joyful like their mother.

After eating, they goes to our bathroom with the maid and I washed the dishes. I was on my phone right now talking to my secretary that I won't go to work today. I'm a congressman now. Thankfully my memories are back but my hearing is not yet.

"Good morning Sandro" my mom greeted me and hugged me.

"Mama Liza, are you going to mama with us?" Ferdinand asked wearing just a polo shirt and pants.

"Yes baby, pero hihintayin ko pa si pops niyo kaya mauuna kayo ni papa niyo doon" my mom said

I left them there talking to each other and walked inside my room. I grabbed the towel and also prepared my clothes. I was about to walked inside our bathroom when I saw our wedding picture in a frame.

I stared at it and smiled. I start taking a bath and wear a red polo tucked in to slacks. I also grabbed my phone and Y/n's phone, my wallet, two small towel and baby powder. I put them on a paper bag before walking downstairs.

"Let's go Ferdinand, Nicholas" I said and came to me.

"Ingat kayo anak ha, ingat sa pagdadrive. Susunod na lang kami doon" Dad said while eating.

"Bye take care" mom also said waving her hand to her grandsons.

"Bye Pops, bye mama Liza, bye Tito Vinny, Bye Tito Si" Nicholas said waving his hand to all of them.

"Bye guys" Ferdinand also said bye smilingly. We walked towards the my car and went inside. I start driving and play Y/n's favorite song. Clarity.

I stopped on a 7/11 store and buy some water, some biscuits and chocolate for my kids. I also went to the public market to buy fruits and flowers.

"Papa, why did you take mama's phone?" Nicholas asked checking his mother's phone.

"Nothing, don't play games there ha" I warned focusing on the road.

"We're near almost there" Ferdinand said excitedly. We entered a huge gate and parked my car properly.

I open the back seat door for my kids and carry the paper bag. They was about to run away but "Don't you too dare to run. Magkakasugat na naman kayo niyan" I said.

They just walked with me teasing each other. I forced a smile when I saw her-

"We're here!" Ferdinand said and run towards her mother's grave.

I put the bouquet of flowers on her grave and light up the candles. We sat there silently for a minute.

"Good morning mama, we miss you so much" Ferdinand said making me to looked at him.

"Yeah, always guide us mama ha, especially our papa" Nicholas continued. I looked at the both of them smiling and patted their head.

"They're big boys now hun. How I wish you were here to watch them grow up and living happily together" I said and felt pain on my chest.

I always remember what you said to me before.

(Flashback)

I was silently sitting with Y/n. Everybody's asleep because it's already night.

I'm holding Y/n's hand just glancing at our babies. I felt Y/n's hand gripped tightly on my hand.

"Hun, when the operation didn't work you can decide... Kung saan ako ililibing" she said still resting her head on my shoulder. You will feel the pain and tiredness on her voice. I admit it, a tear fell on my cheek but I immediately wiped it off cause I should give her hope and not weakness.

"The operation will work and you will be okay soon. Just be strong remember our children are waiting for you" I told her and kisses her forehead.

"I know you're also thinking, what if I die, what if di ako umabot? What if hindi ko makaya yung operasyon? Still thank you hun, for being here, for giving me hope" she continue, I secretly let the tears fall down on my face, what the hell please don't say that Y/n "But if I die, please be a good father to our children. Kung ano man ang itinuro saiyo ni Tito Bong ganun din ang ituro mo sa kanila. If ever tarantaduhin din sila ng ibang tao ituro mo sa kanila ang tamang pagpapasensya. Lahat ng magandang at asal ituro mo sa kanila, ikaw lang ang inaasahan kong mag-aalaga sa kanina. If ever na hanapin naman nila ako sabihin mo na maaga ng nagpahinga ang mama nila tyaka mo ipakita ang mga picture natin para kahit man lang sa picture makilala nila ako. Sabihin mo din sa kanila na sorry kasi di ko sila maabutan, sabihin mo din sa kanila na lagi ko kayong babantayan. Ituro mo kung anong klasing babae ang dapat nilang pakasalan. L-lagi mo din sabihin sa kanila na mahal na mahal ko sila kahit na di nila ako nakita—"

I shut her off cause I can't take it anymore. Those words makes my heart broke into pieces pano pa kung mawala siya? What about me? What about our children. Oh God please help me, please help her. Sakin na lang mapunta yung sakit na nararamdaman niya please.

"You Will Be Okay. K-kayang kaya mo to okay? You're not going to d-die. You will live happily with us ha. We will h-have our happy ending" I said preventing myself not to be utal.

"There's no happy ending hun just always the ending but that doesn't mean we can't be together again. We can still meet in another life" She said intertwining our fingers.

"I-I know and I t-think you should sleep already. Good night hun I love you so much" I said kissing her forehead again.

"Good night hun, I love you too very very much" she said back and rest her head on my chest. I keep on my arms thinking what she said earlier. Is this her last will?

The next day, when I'm waking her up she didn't respond. I even slap her face twice just to wake her up. We're still in the airplane so my mom panicked.

Vinny checked her pulses but found no beat kahit sa puso niya. I also pump her chest for more than 25 minutes but still no response. I can't help but to cry, I've tried everything I can do. Vinny also put an oxygen to her and try to pump her chest still didn't work.

"Ahhh! No! No! Please no! Y/n?! Please wake up! Please! Please! Don't do this to me please!"

I cried loudly and kicked some of the seats because of too much even my mother can't stop nor calm me down. She died on my arms that I can't even realized it. If this is just a long nightmare please wake me up because I can't handle it anymore.

I was just hugging Y/n's cold body until the airplane landed on a US airport.

"W-wake up hun? W-we're h-here" I said to Y/n expecting her to answer or even open her eyes only. More and more tears flowing down from my eyes. Please God, tell me this is just a nightmare.
