Act 4: Epilogue

Ni-ki walked in the sunlight for the first time after who knows how many years on his own two feet, his human feet.

Arriving at the Dark Moon palace, Ni-ki sees people already busy taking care of the soldiers, knights, and injured people. Until one of Jungwon's subjects sees Ni-ki.

"Mister Ni-ki!" The man exclaimed when he saw the royal man, he ran towards Ni-ki who was immediately followed by the others. "Mister Ni-ki, where is... Prince Jungwon?" The man asked. Ni-ki was shocked by the question, but he had prepared himself. Ni-ki took a breath, "Take me to Yongbok-ssi," Ni-ki requested. All Jungwon's subjects were confused to hear Ni-ki's request, but they still obeyed.

Ni-ki is taken to meet Yongbok who is helping the injured people. "Yongbok-ssi," called Ni-ki, Yongbok who felt called looked up and looked at Ni-ki who got a sad eyes. He immediately took Ni-ki to a more private place.

Ni-ki told everything he witnessed in Heaven's Canyon and how Jake's curse was able to be released from them. "I... don't know what to feel, right now my feelings are mixed up and I can't express them," Ni-ki said closing his explanation. Yongbok stroked Ni-ki's back, "It's okay, just let out everything that's in your heart," Yongbok said, Ni-ki smiled. "Thank you, Yongbok-ssi," Ni-ki said, Yongbok nodded, "Now you should rest, I will meet the Dark Moon royal family and tell them that their eldest son has become a hero to the people of Chaconne," Yongbok said. Ni-ki nodded before bowing and leaving to the rest area.

Yongbok meets Chan and Jeongin, as well as Jay and Sunghoon to tell them about Heeseung.

Just like Ni-ki, they felt mixed feelings, but Jeongin took it the hardest, he cried in Chan's arms, even Chan had to take him to their room to calm him down. As for Jay, he just kept quiet, but Sunghoon knew that he was in a mess inside, so he decided to take Jay to his room.

The next day, all the citizens of Dark Moon and the citizens of Chaconne who had become part of Dark Moon held a funeral in Heaven's Canyon for their two princes who had sacrificed themselves to save the two kingdoms from the dark sorcerer and free them from the curse. The funeral also marked the merging of the Chaconne Kingdom's territory to become a state of the Dark Moon Kingdom.

Five years later, King Chan retire and his now only son, Jay, was crowned as king. And with Jay's orders and the consent of various parties, the ruins of the Chaconne Kingdom were rebuilt in a relatively short time, and Ni-ki was chosen as the leader of the Chaconne State.

Currently, Jay is at Heaven's Canyon, at the memorial statue of Heeseung and Jungwon, with a bouquet of marigolds in his hands.

"Heeseung-hyung, sorry I just got back here, I've been busy as the king, the place you should be sitting," Jay said looking at the statue in front of him, tears forming at the corners of his eyes, Jay sobbed as he wiped his tears. "You must be proud of me hyung, and I'm sure, Jungwon-hyung, must be happy with the re-establishment of Chaconne, Ni-ki worked very well in the process of building Chaconne," Jay said smiling.

"Jay," Sunghoon called to pick Jay up. The king turned his head, "The event will start soon," Sunghoon said, Jay nodded. "I have to go, hyung, I'm sure you're happy with Jungwon-hyung there," Jay said before placing the bouquet of flowers he brought in front of the statue.

Jay then held Sunghoon's hand and went to Chaconne.

"With the power within me, I officially declare the reborn of the State of Chaconne!" Jay exclaimed as he cut the ribbon with Ni-ki, which was immediately greeted with cheers and applause from the crowds.

"Thank you Jay, this means a lot to us Chaconne residents," Ni-ki said smiling at Jay, "No problem, I'm sure our two hyungs are happy with this too," Jay replied, Ni-ki chuckled, "Yeah, you're right...." Ni-ki said. "Now, how about we enjoy this party?" Jay suggested, Ni-ki nodded in agreement.
