Argue
22:24, 13 March 2014"You can't take me too far away from home. I have no passport."
"I'll get you one." My dad sharply replies"It takes months, congrats smart ass.""Language. You're disgusting."
My dad slams his door, and starts the cars engine. My mum is slamming on the car windows, trying to open the door but my dad has locked everything from the inside.
As I look over, I can see Chandler in the corner of my eye.
He is standing there next to my mum, crying. In the glimmer of the sun, I can see the tears trickle down his face. I instantly feel my heart shatter, my dad is not getting away with this.
"You don't really want me. You don't. You want appear superior against mum, you want to have over on her. Don't make me leave."
"Is that you think this is you stupid child? Is that really what you think? You are coming with me, end of conversation."
Chandler POV"Where is he taking her?" I ask Lauren's mom."New Zealand." "Which airport?!" I shout. "I'll take you there, come-"
Before her mum could even finish her sentence, the Mercedes Benz pulls away, wheels screeching, and before I knew it the car disappeared into the distance.
"Hurry!" I shout out, as we unlock the car and get in.I buckle my seatbelt, and Lauren's mum starts the cars engine. "What time does their flight leave?" "9:55am."
It was 9:25. We had exactly half an hour before she would be taken away from me, and I'm not letting that happen.
Their car was a few in front of us, and every time I caught a glimpse of Lauren, I just saw her crying, screaming to her dad.
"How far away is the airport?" I ask, frantically swerving my head trying to see their car. "A 20 minute drive. If there's no traffic, we need to stay this close to them, if they gain any difference in distance, we've lost her."
I blanked out everything else her mum said, 20minutes come on.
9:50am.
We arrive at the airport, I have 5 minutes left.I run out of the car, and enter the main entrance of the airport.
"Get your hands off me!" I can faintly hear Lauren scream.I frantically search for her, until I see her bag disappear round a corner. I run through, dodging bags, suitcases, and people.
As I finally reach Terminal 6, where they seemed to be entering, I see her there, hitting, shouting at her dad, begging to be released.
"Lauren!" I run towards her, and her dad steps infront of her lifeless body, crossed armed."What do you think your doing?" He sternly asks, anger shows in his eyes.
"You're not taking her away." I stand my ground, and approach him, less distance now stood Inbetween us.
"Oh whys that little boy? Are you her boyfriend, do you love her, have feelings? Your 16, you shouldn't even know what love is." He laughs, that dirty cackle breaks through the air. "She's coming with me. Not you. Okay? And if your going to get in the way, I will easily go through you, okay? If I get hold of this kid, I get an extra £300 bucks a month. I don't care about her, I want the money, cash."
"You sick bastard." I spit out.
"What..was..that?" His tight fist wraps around my neck, and he squeezes. My air flow starts to shorten and I struggle to breathe. I choke, and sputter, until he drops me to the floor.
"You. Get. In. My. Way. You. Face. The. Consequences. You. Get. That. Punk. Ass?" Her dad spits out between punches, his fists meet my stomach, chest, head, face. He begins to kick, and he takes out all his anger on me, and I take it. I take it for Lauren.
I can feel the blood rushing down my face, and I can see her dad's face fill with anger, red with rage.
As he finally stops punching, I see security guards grab his arms and take him off me.My vision starts to blur, and I can bearly keep my eyes open."Chandler!? Chandler!" Lauren screams.
I can feel her shaking my body, but her screams where the last things I heard until I blacked out completely.
