Chapter 11

XiChen immediately brightened up and stood up, then jogged to his side "Yes, we are going on a date!" Jiang Cheng blushed "A walk! Not a date!"

XiChen just grinned and heaved a sigh of relief "I thought we had a huge misunderstanding to solve or that you didn't want me anymore"

Jiang Cheng glanced at him and whispered "Sorry" XiChen looked at him in surprise "Hm?" Jiang Cheng cleared his throat "Sorry, I should have believed in you more. I shouldn't have made assumptions"

XiChen smiled and held his hand "No, I should have made sure to stand in front of you, tell you I'll be leaving for some time, ask you if you want to come along or at least give you a goodbye kiss"

Jiang Cheng blushed but looked at him "No, I'm the one at fault" XiChen was about to speak when Jiang Cheng interrupted "Don't say I'm not"

XiChen smiled then put on a serious face "Then you should do something so I will forgive you right? For doubting my love for you" That shot Jiang Cheng in the heart as he felt bad "What should I do?"

XiChen smiled and leaned forward, then pursed his lips. Jiang Cheng was a little taken aback and blushed as he stammered "Wh-What do you want?"

XiChen frowned "Can't you tell?" He pursed his lips even more and leaned forward even more. Jiang Cheng looked at XiChen and XiChen encouraged him by closing his eyes, making Jiang Cheng embarrassed.

Jiang Cheng wanted to kiss XiChen too but... it's so embarrassing! XiChen opened his eyes and saw Jiang Cheng's blushing and hesitant face. XiChen smiled and leaned even more forward, till their lips touch.

XiChen held Jiang Cheng's neck and back, preventing him from running away if he wanted to. Jiang Cheng blushed and was about to kiss back when XiChen pulled away. "There, you're forgiven"

Jiang Cheng's face felt hotter and hotter but he wanted more. And he wanted to be the one kissing XiChen. If he had to be forgiven, of course he had to be the one initiating the kiss! So he grabbed XiChen by the collar and pressed their lips against each other fiercely.

XiChen was pleasantly surprised and smiled as he relaxed Jiang Cheng and softened the kiss, then deepened it. Soon, Jiang Cheng was left panting and supported by XiChen as he felt his legs going wobbly.

XiChen finally released Jiang Cheng when Jiang Cheng kept tapping him for air. "WanYin, I'll say it again. Again and again. I have always felt, and still feel a special connection towards you. One that I had never experienced with anyone else.

I love you, WanYin. I really love you. I want to be with you all the time, protect you, love you, pamper you and care for you. You are my dream, my aim and my goal.

As for Lianfang Zun, I have always treated him as a sworn brother and nothing more. Never once did I feel more than a brother towards him. I might forget and call him A-Yao due to habit but believe me, there are no romantic feelings in there.

The only one for me is you. WanYin, it is no one but you. I love you. Understand?" Jiang Cheng blushed and nodded his head. "You... You can call him whatever you want. I just felt insecure and... and...."

"And jealous?" XiChen completed his sentence as he chuckled. Jiang Cheng blushed even harder but did not refute. XiChen grinned "and patted Jiang Cheng's head as he said "My wife is getting more and more honest!"

Jiang Cheng blushed and pushed XiChen away "Who's your wife..." XiChen smiled as he hopped back in front of Jiang Cheng "Of course it's you. It can only be you. No one but you"

Jiang Cheng blushed even harder and gave XiChen a peck on the lips before running away. XiChen was stunned but grinned widely and immediately ran after Jiang Cheng. "My wife! Wait for me!"

XiChen once again chased Jiang Cheng all the way back to Yunmeng and spent a week there before going back to Cloud Recesses.

XiChen made it a point to tell Jiang Cheng he loves him everyday. XiChen also found where the letters went.

Jiang Cheng's right hand man got hold of it and kept it. He felt that XiChen was bad for Jiang Cheng and hoped for no such ties between them. He was also secretly crushing on Jiang Cheng.

Jiang Cheng sighed and gaved him a light punishment. XiChen felt bothered. He didn't like that there were other people wanting to catch his man's attention and wanted to protect Jiang Cheng 24/7.

A week passed and Jiang Cheng visited Cloud Recesses. XiChen stood at the entrance eagerly waiting for Jiang Cheng.

The moment XiChen saw Jiang Cheng, he ran up to him and hugged him "WanYin, I miss you so much! Did you receive my love letters?"

Jiang Cheng was blushing "Of course I did, or I wouldn't be here" XiChen smiled "Did you miss me"

Jiang Cheng escaped from his arms and walked in "You don't have to send letters everyday..."

XiChen back hugged Jiang Cheng tightly "Okay, even though I want to. But did you miss me?" Jiang Cheng kept silent for a while then say "Let go, I need to walk"

XiChen kissed Jiang Cheng's neck, making Jiang Cheng jolt in shock "I will let go once you tell me if you missed me" Jiang Cheng blush and whispered "I... I missed you"

XiChen grinned "What did you say?" Jiang Cheng stepped on XiChen's foot and shouted "I missed you"

XiChen loosened his embrace the moment Jiang Cheng stamped on his foot and Jiang Cheng took the chance to storm off.

XiChen chuckled happily though his foot hurt badly and he had to limp his way to catch up to Jiang Cheng.

XiChen and Jiang Cheng are currently having lunch with Wei Ying and Lan Zhan. Jiang Cheng snapped "Wei WuXian! Can't you eat properly?!"

Wei Ying had shamelessly sat on Lan Zhan's lap and lazily leaned against his chest, while asking Lan Zhan to feed him. He also kissed Lan Zhan after swallowing his food each time, letting Lan Zhan know when to feed him the next spoonful of food.

Wei Ying swallowed his food and grinned "Jiang Cheng, don't be jealous. Zewu Jun is right beside you! You can just do the same!"

Jiang Cheng immediately blushed and XiChen made it worse by opening his arms "WanYin, you can come sit here"

Jiang Cheng huffed "Who said I want to sit there?! Eat your food!" XiChen smiled and pulled Jiang Cheng by the waist, making them sit closer to each other.

Lan QiRen who was about to enter the dining hall saw all this. He shut his eyes and told himself to calm down as he stormed away. Even the Sect Leader broke the rules by talking while eating!
