Chapter 1

    I cannot believe that I am sitting at a bar by myself. I just got back from Neverland after I saved my son and now he is off hanging out with Emma, David , and Snow. I understand that they are his family too. I don't know. I guess I figured that after Neverland that I might have gotten some redemption with Henry. Maybe I'm just over reacting I start thinking to myself , but then I am interrupted.

  "Are you okay?" a man asks. For a moment I am confused so I say "Pardon?". He seemed kind of nervous "Um. You look upset. I was just wanting to make sure you are okay.". 

    I look at him. He's handsome. He is wearing a green shirt and a pair of regular jeans. He starts to laugh. For a moment I was confused. Then I realised what was so funny. It seems that when I was checking him out ... My drunkenness made it a bit more obvious. I don't know why , but I started to laugh. As I was laughing I started to lay my head on the bar table in front of me. I began to close my eyes. I felt myself dozing off , but before I could I heard his voice again.

   "Hey , let me walk you home." he insists. Without thinking I say "That sounds great. I'm not sleeping with you though." . His face kind of sank for a couple of seconds. I could tell I shouldn't have said that , but at the moment I was way to drunk to care. He made the situation less awkward for him by joking "I guess walking you home will just have to do.". He grabs my jacket that was on the back of my chair. It's a good thing that he grabbed my jacket too , because I would have left it. He held my back and escorted me out of the bar. 

   After I heard no more voices I say "I can walk . You do know that right?". He said "Oh. Alright ." as he let go of me . A moment later I almost tripped over a curb. He quickly grabbed me. I began laughing which brought back memories from earlier. He had no idea why I was laughing. I started to explain during laughs " I can't walk.". He began laughing with me as we sat on the curb together. 

  He looks at his watch then stood up moments later offering his hand. "I need to get you home." he says to explain why he was offering his hand. I got straight faced quickly. I cough " Yes. Of course. ". 

   We walked all the way to my house in silence. There were a couple times I would laugh at random things and he would stare at me in confusion and just laugh along with me. We reached the door and I inform him " This is my house. " . He chucked "I would hope so. Otherwise we would be standing in some random persons yard." . 

    Before I could even laugh I heard footsteps approaching. I turned to the noise and I saw Emma. Before Neverland if someone told me Emma was coming to see me I would gag , but not it's different. We aren't friends , but we aren't enemies. 

   Emma recognized what state I am in right away. "Regina? Are you drunk?" she sounded very taken back. Before I could say anything Emma looked towards the man I was with. "Oh , I'm sorry to interrupt." . He looked between Emma and I. "Oh , you're not interrupting. I just saw her and figured I would make sure she got home safe." he said. "Oh. Okay. Well, I'm Emma." Emma responds. The man stepped forward and put out his hand towards Emma "I'm Robin.".

   Emma shook his hand . After they shook hands Robin looked at his watch. Emma said "Robin , I can take over if you like.". Robin took her offer and began to walk away. He looks back and says "It was nice meeting you two." then he turned the corner and I couldn't see him anymore. Emma stuck her hand in my jacket pocket and grabbed the keys to my house then unlocked the door. She walks me up the stairs and I stumble to my room. She strays behind me making sure I was fine. 

   She began to laugh. I looked back as I was at the door to my room. She said "I've never seen you like this." . I smiled and said " Neither have I. " I almost walked into the dresser in my room. Emma still stayed behind me as I figured my way to my bed. "It's a good thing that guy found you. You can't even walk right. Let alone make it home." Emma said sincerely. As soon as my body touched the bed I was asleep. 

  I wake up the next morning. I surprisingly don't have a hang over. I remember a little bit , but not much. I remember going to the bar and some guy bringing me back home. Oh god. Did I sleep with him? I let my face fall back down to my pillow. After a few moments I get up and check what time it is and I see it's 4:00pm. I have slept nearly the whole day away. I get dressed and start to head down stairs. Before I reach the bottom step my phone rings. 

   "Hello? " I hear Emma say. "Hey. Do you need something?" I say not meaning to sound rude , but I could tell it sounded rude. "Umm. Everyone is headed over to get food at Granny's in 30 minutes. Henry wants you to come." . I question " He does?". 

   "Yes , he does. I think you should come to.". I joke " Why ? So I can sit between you and Hook?". I could hear Emma laugh , but then she said " I don't know . He isn't bothering me." . I change the subject quickly because I am not used to talking like this with Emma. "Okay I will be there.". I hear "Excellent!" then the phone call ends.

   I immediately decide to leave now. If I leave now I will get there first and don't have to feel like l'm intruding. I grab my jacket and head out the door. Since I left my car at the bar I am forced to walk.

  I'm infront of Storybrooke's supermarket when I see him. I see the guy from last night. I begin to avoid him. I use about anything I can find to hide my face. I guess I didn't hide myself well enough or he didn't get the hint. Maybe both.

   I see him start to walk with me. "Hey." he says after he cleared his throat. I continue walking and say "Hi." awkwardly. He looks confused "Do you remember anything from last night?" . I say "Bits and pieces.".

   He says "Oh. Well , I walked you home last night.". I ask "That's it?" and suddenly I sigh in relief. He instantly knew what I figured happened. He looked down and chuckled. I stop and say "I know you gave your name last night , but due to my situation ... I forgot. ". He smiles "It's fine. I'm Robin.". I smiled "Robin? As in Robin Hood?" I inquire. He replied "Yes. Have you heard of me?". I lied "No. Look, I'm in a hurry. I'll see you later?" . Before I walk away I wait to see if he will say anything else. He says "Yeah. Sure.".

   I walk into Granny's . Emma , Snow , David , and Henry were sitting down. They had pulled up all of the tables into one. I saw Henry and smiled. He ran to me and hugged "Hey, mom.". I hugged him back "Hey.". He pulled me to come sit with him. He sat between Emma and myself. Snow and David are making goggly eyes at each other as they sit across from us. 

    "These are a lot of seats. Who's all coming?" I ask Emma. Emma answers "Hook , Tinkerbell , Neal , and Neal says he has a friend.". I nod. Emma jokes "Wow ... I never thought I would be sitting at a table with a bunch of fairytale characters.". Everyone smiles.

    Hook and Tinkerbell walked into Granny's . I looked at Emma who looked like she was steaming. I didn't realize Emma liked Hook. It's so obvious ,now, that she likes him back. I can clearly see jealously all over her face. She looks at me and rolls her eyes. Obviously she knew what I was thinking. Hook and Tinkerbell sit down. I analyze them and see if she has anything to be jealous of. I don't know why I even tried because right when Hook saw Emma he became her puppy. His eyes watch her every move it seems like. He is so whipped. 

   We all order our drinks, but waited before we ordered out food. As Ruby sat out drinks on the table I saw Neal and ... Robin walk in. Robin is his friend? You have got to be kidding me. Then I notice Robin has a boy with him. This shocked me. Robin has a kid?

   Neal sits down beside David and Robin adds another chair to the table for is son. As soon as everyone is situated I hear Emma say " So this is your friend from the Enchanted Forest?". Neal nods "Yeah.". 

  "Hi , Emma and ..." he pauses and the continues "I still haven't gotten your name yet." he stares at me. I look at him and say "Regina.". He nods "Hello Regina.". Neal looks confused "You three know each other?" . Robin answers "We met last night.". Neal smiles "Oh. Well for everyone who doesn't know ... This is Robin Hood". Snow smiled graciously at Robin. David says "I'm David and this is Snow."  then looks at Snow. Henry smiles "I'm ..." , but before he could continue Robin says "Henry." then smiles "Your father has said a lot about you." 

     Surprisingly Hook lifted his gaze off of Emma for a couple of seconds to greet Robin. Hook says "I'm Ki- ... Hook." . A couple of glances went Hooks way. Some were confused and some were pitiful. Tinkerbell looks at Robin and says "Tink." then gives her hand to him and shakes it delicately. Tink's face changed for some unknown reason. Maybe her time on the island made her a bit crazy. I don't give it much thought though. 

  Robin smiled and said " It's nice to meet you all. " . I notice the little boy tug at Robin's shirt a little. Robin smiled and said "This is Roland , my son.". This makes me smile. We all say "Hello Roland" . Roland smiles. Apparently he likes all of his new attention. As I smile at Roland my gaze shifts to Robin. I feel Tinkerbelle look at me so I look back her. She starts to smile. I raise an eyebrow at her and ask "What are you smiling about?" . She says " Oh, nothing. " smiling like she had just won the lottery. Actually , if she won the lottery she probably wouldn't care because she doesn't know what it is. 

   For some unknown reason I am very intrigued about what this former fairy knows. I sigh " Come on , out with it. ".  She tries to stop smiling , which she succeeds after she starts drinking her drink. I let it go because I am here for my son, not her secretive games. I bring my attention to the David and Snow because that is who Henry is looking at. Evidently David's birthday is coming up and Snow has something planned for him. David says "Come on Snow. What do you have hidden up your sleeve?" . For some reason this expression hits Tink's funny bone because she almost spits what she is drinking out from laughing. She immediately swallows it though. She starts laughing so loud that everyone begins to look at her. 

    At one point I began tapping her on the back to get the laughter out so she would stop. She realized everyone was staring at her so she got shy and looked down at the table. Once everyone's attention is off of Tinkerbell I say "Tink, what's so funny?". Tinkerbell says "If I tell you it might mess up everything.". I say "What did you do?". She says in defense "I didn't do anything!". I scowl "Then why can't you just tell me?" . She says "Fine.". She pauses to make sure no one is listening to her. She continues to say "You know when I shook Robin's hand?". I ignore the question "Do you like him or something? ". Tinkerbelle says "What? No!". I roll my eyes "Then what?". Tinkerbell looked at Robin and says "Hey , Robin. Do you mind letting me see your tattoo?" . Robin looked confused and as was I. Tinkerbell and I were just having a conversation about some secret and she starts conversing about Robin's tattoo? After a moment Robin lifts up his sleeve still looking a bit confused. His sleeve is up and I finally see the lion tattoo. I immediately understood why Tinkerbell was laughing and why what David said was so funny to her. I didn't know how to react . Finally I decided I was going to bolt. I looked at Henry and said "Hey, do you want to come over tomorrow?". Henry nods and that's all I needed before I walked out of Granny's not looking at Robin or Tink.
