Once home olivia tried to talk to Brenna again but she just went to her room and shut the door. Elliot walked over to Olivia and said "everything ok?" He asked.

Olivia sighed "I don't know. She was so excited to go with her friends this afternoon and then when I pick her up she looks a bit upset and she wouldn't talk much the whole way home."

"Maybe she's just tired? She has a lot more on her plate than most kids." He replied softly and kissed the side of Olivia's head.

"She says that's the reason but I just feel like something is off and I'm not sure what yet. But maybe I'm catastrophising because of what got delivered an hour and a half ago." Olivia said pulling a yellow envelope  from her purse.

"What's that?" He asked taking it from her when she handed it to him.

"Its from Kenny's lawyer, brennas birth father Kenny." She sighed and sat on the couch looking stressed.

Elliot read over the papers and shook his head "he wants an official paternity test and to file for parental rights? He can't do this can he?"

"I don't know." She said in slight fear "I'm going to talk to Trevor langin tomorrow and find out if I can stop this." She continued.

Elliot put an arm around her. He was furious that the man who had hurt olivia and put her through  so much was now trying to put her through more and now drag thier new family in to it. "Me and the squad will do what we can to help but maybe..." he hesitated before finishing "you should contact agent porter too just in case."

She shook her head "no I don't want to get him involved."

"Liv he already is. He helped you cover it up. If you don't get to him Kenny's lawyer might." He said looking in to Olivia's eyes. He really didn't want to get porter involved either cause he didn't like the guy and he knew him and liv had history but he also knew there was no real way around it.

Olivia nodded "I'll try to contact him after I speak to trevor." She said leaning against her fiancé.

He kissed her softly and just held her for a while then he went to make dinner while Olivia went to try and talk to Brenna again.
