Olivia and amanda walked in to the room where Brenna was laying in the hospital bed. "Hi there" Olivia started "my names Olivia and this is my friend amanda and we are police officers. What's your name?" She asked trying to ease in to the conversation.

Brenna hesitated but then said "b..Brenna."

Olivia smiled sitting on the edge of Brennas bed "that is a pretty name. So Brenna would it be ok if me and my friend amanda asked you some questions?"

The little girl nodded slowly "i..I guess so."

"Ok so Brenna Dr. Granger said you came in with some bad boo boos on your tummy and your legs. Can you tell us how those happened?" Olivia asked gently.

Brenna bit her lip and after a moment said "i...I'm not supposed to tell."

"Well sweetie we are cops and I promise we won't tell anyone that you told us ok but it's important you tell us." Olivia continued.

Brenna looked down at her hands in her lap.

"Please hunny we will keep your secret and we will help you ok?" Amanda interjected.

She hesitated a moment longer. "Mr. Kris ... he touched me down there and I said no that that's bad touching cause my teacher told our class about it last week. He was mad and he hit my tummy and made me sit and did it anyway." She said.

"Ok Brenna and do you know Mr. Kris whole name?" Olivia asked carefully.

"Um...it's....it's Kris Harper." Brenna said playing with the hem of her hospital gown.

Amanda was shocked but tried to hide it. Olivia noticed this and said "ok Brenna we are gonna let you rest but we will come back to see you soon ok?"

Brenna nodded "ok Olivia."

Olivia gave her a soft smile before leaving with amanda. "Ok what do you know?"

Amanda sighed "Kris Harper is the ceo of the network that Brenna had been working for since she was 3 years old. He's practically untouchable. He's also one of the richest guys in New York."

"Which means this case is going to be that much harder to prove and the press is going to be all over this." Olivia groaned slightly. "Ok let's go drop the rape kit off at the ME and loop in cragen."

Olivia drove to the ME and delivered the rape kit "we need a rush on this but do not let more people in on this then needed. The victim is a child star and the possible perp is a very high ranked man." Olivia warned.

Melinda nodded "I got it."

"Thanks Melinda." She sighed and left.

Olivia left and drove back to the one six and made her way to the squad room with amanda close behind.

Cragen seen them come in and said "so what do we have?"

"The rape kit is with the ME and we spoke to the victim. She says that Kris Harper the ceo of the DHC network touched her and forced himself on her. She also said he physically abused her by punching her in the stomach and gripping her legs." Olivia sighed.

Cragen groaned "ok so the vic is high profile and now the possible perp is even more high profile. We can not make the arrest until we have irrefutable evidence."

"So what we just let her guardian take her and put her back around her abuser? She's terrified I had to pull the information out of her and I promised we would protect her." Olivia said frustrated. "We can't just keep letting these powerful men get away with all this."

"I get it liv and I will contact cps to do a check on the girl. I don't want him to get away with this which is why we need to nail this guy to the wall with evidence." Cragen defended.

Olivia shook her head and said "why don't me and fin go speak with the cast and crew of her show and see if we can get information?"

Cragen hesitated but nodded "be nice don't come off too hostile or they will shut us out completely."

Fin nodded "we got it cap."
