Chapter 13.) Flustered. / im backkckckck (back again)

Dipper's POV:I finally woke up, but this time, Bill was asleep and I was awake. There was something different about the demon when he slept. I could see right through him. Instead of hiding behind his usual snarky smile and glinting eyes, he looked as adorable as a baby puppy. I leaned in closer to his face, enough to where we shared the same breath. I must've woken him up because his eyes fluttered open and met mine.

"Hey pinetree." I put my lips against his as I responded with, "Good morning Bill."

*time skip to later that morning.*

Mabel's POV:Billy and Dipper finally came downstairs. I couldn't hold in my excitement. They were SOOOOOO CUUUUUTEEEE. But also a tiny bit annoying. They had been giggling about god knows what for almost the whole night.

But when I saw Dip-Dop's face, I couldn't even be remotely mad at them. Dipper, for once, looked happy. He wasn't anxious to solve a mystery, or being paranoid about monsters in the forests, he was just laughing with Billy. Oh Dip-Dop, I thought, I'm so glad that you're finally happy.

"Hey Dip-Dop! Hey Billy!" I waved to them excitedly. They both responded with 'hey' almost exactly at the same time. Dipper looked a tiny bit flustered from that, his face turning a light shade of pink.

Dipper's POV:"Hey Dip-Dop! Hey Billy!" At almost exactly the same time, me and Bill said 'hey' back. I felt my face turn a small shade of pink from this. Man, I thought, if Bill had always been like this, we probably would've been dating sooner. I have no idea how this thought crawled into my mind. Suddenly, I saw my sister make a face. Oh no, I know that face. That's Mabel's I have a super crazy idea face.

Mabel looked at me and Bill and said, "Hey guys me and Waddles have to catch up. Would you mind if we had some alone time?" After saying that, she winked at me.

...maybe not such a crazy idea...

Bill looked at me and said, "Whaddya say, Dippy? We can have our own cuddle time while they have theirs." I felt my face blush a bright crimson red. He knew what he was doing. I couldn't mutter a response, so I just nodded while my face turned a brighter  and brighter red. I could feel Mabel's smile burn through my head, and I couldn't take it.

Since I still found myself unable to talk, I just dragged Bill outside.

"Byyyeeeeeeeeee" I heard my sister excitedly say to us. "WADDLES COME HERE"

Bill smirked. "Feeling alright, pinetree?"

"Yeah..."

"You still look adorable when you're flustered. I might have to do this more often." I didn't think it was possible, but I blushed even more upon hearing this. Bill took my hand, and sat down against a tree, dragging me down with him.
