Chapter 2

Ayanokouji enters the classroom and notices the grim atmosphere, he also noticed that everyone looked at him then averts their faces as if their guilty.

Ayanokouji sits down on his chair and looks out the window.

Ayanokouji: (Looks like they've decided to vote me huh, Yamauchi sure had persuaded them into voting me but he doesn't really have a lot of influence though there is Kushida and she could have a part in to helping Yamauchi persuade them since Kushida wants me to get expelled.)

*Flashback to the day before yesterday*

After Chabashira-sensei explained the rules for exam she left but not before glancing at me as if expecting something from me. After Sensei left Horikita went to the podium

Horikita: So I'm going to get straight in to the topic, who are we going to vote?

The class is quite quiet until Koenji speaks up.

Koenji: How about Chili-boy (Sudo) Horikita-girl?

Sudo gets pissed at Koenji's suggestion and immediately stands up then speaks loudly.

Sudo: Huh!? What the hell do you mean Koenji!?

Koenji: Cool down Chili-boy if we want to vote someone off they have to be quite useless or someone that can drag the class down and it just happens that  you, Chili-boy can drag us down due to you having a short fuse. To support it my claim, it happened two no three times already right?

Sudo: You're right....

Koenji: I know right, after all I am a perfect person.

Sudo: But if we're talking about about being useless I'm better than you.

Koenji: Oh my Chili-boy it seems like you've matured, I'll give you my applause.

Koenji then claps to Sudo and said.

Koenji: But how can you say that Chili-boy? I am a perfect person and you're not.

Koenji and Sudo kept arguing until Horikita interrupted them.

Horikita: Ehem, if I were to nominate someone it would be Yamauchi.

Yamauchi slams the table and stands up.

Yamauchi: Huh?! Why me Horikita-san!?

Horikita: It's obvious right, you didn't really make any major contributions to the class.

Yamauchi: Bu-but it's better than nothing right?

Horikita: True bu-

Horikita gets cut off by Hirata

Hirata: Horikita-san we shouldn't talk about it that way...

Hirata said that with a somewhat grim tone.

Horikita: Why shouldn't I Hirata-kun? If we want to rise up to Class A, we have to be ready to cut off those people that can bring us demerits in the future,

Hirata was about to say something but Koenji beats him to it first

Koenji: I support Horikita-girls' opinion after all if you all want to get in to Class A you should be prepared to expel someone. You have a naïve thinking Hirata-boy.

Horikita: As I was saying, I propose that we should vote off Yamau-

Hirata: Shut up Horikita-san.

Hirata said that with a pissed tone, he looked like he was about to kill Horikita but Horikita ignored Hirata and continued talking.

Horikita: So tomorrow I suggest you all vote for Yamauchi to be expelled.

Hirata: I told you to shut up Horikita-san....

Hirata said that with the same tone he used earlier but more intensified, he looked like he was about to hit Horikita but Sudo quickly went in front of Horikita. Everyone was shocked even Koenji stopped combing his hair and looked at Hirata with a grin, he looked like he was amused and intrigued, all of the students in Class C (formerly Class D) never knew that Hirata could say something like that with a scary tone.  

After Hirata said that he left the classroom leaving a dread atmosphere in the classroom. To break the moment of silence, Sudo said he had to go to his Basketball Club followed by Ike who said that he had to buy something with Sotomura and Yamauchi  and the four of them left, after that the students of Class C slowly left the classroom. After everyone left it was only Ayanokouji and Horikita that were remaining, Ayanokouji stood up to leave but Horikita asked him something.

Horikita: Ayanokouji-kun are you going to do something about the exam?

Ayanokouji: It depends on what happens.

Horikita: I see, well good luck to you. 

Ayanokouji nods and leaves.

Ayanokouji: (Well let's see what happens.)

*Fast forward to tomorrow(The day before the present day)*

Classes in Class C continued on as usual but today it had a dread atmosphere the same one from yesterday's afternoon.

Hirata continued his behavior from yesterday a lot of his female classmates tried to talk to him but Hirata ignored them. Ayanokouji also noticed Yamauchi giving him a lot of glances during class.

Then slowly. Somehow, a form of unity formed within the class but Horikita, Ayanokouji, and probably Hirata weren't a part of it.  Ayanokouji also noticed Koenji glancing at him from time to time with a grin and Sakura did the same but with a worried face.

Classes ended and Ayanokouji was heading back to the dorms but his phone gave off a sound. The sound was his ringtone meaning that someone called him.

Ayanokouji took his phone to look at who was calling and saw that it was Sakayanagi calling him.

Ayanokouji responded to the call and Sakayanagi's voice was heard from the front speakers of Ayanokouji's phone.

Sakayanagi: Good afternoon Ayanokouji-kun, can we meet up later?

Ayanokouji: Sure, what time and what for?

Sakayanagi: An hour and 30 minutes later. What for? Hm... Just something that you might be interested in.

Ayanokouji: I see.

Sakayanagi: Well I hope you come later Ayanokouji-kun.

Ayanokouji: Ok. By the way Sakayanagi, how many points do you have right now?

Sakayanagi: By myself it's only 300,119 but if I gather all of my classmates points except two specific people I'll have 16 million and somewhere near 50k. Why ask though?

AN: For plot reasons, let's just say that they have that Class A has this amount of Points.

Ayanokouji: Just curious. 

Sakayanagi: I see, well have a good day Ayanokouji-kun.

Sakayanagi ends the call

They both end the call but suddenly Ayanokouji gets another call from someone and the person calling was Horikita's Brother, Ayanokouji answers the call.

Elder Horikita: Hello Ayanokouji-kun.

Ayanokouji: Hello there Senpai.

They both talk about the exam that Ayanokouji's year have and what Ayanokouji was planning to do.

Elder Horikita: Ayanokouji, have you noticed any movements from Nagumo?

Ayanokouji: Not yet but I'm concerned that he will do something in this exam.

Elder Horikita: I see... Well knowing you, you can do something about it right?

Ayanokouji: You're overestimating me but by the way senpai can I make a deal with you?

Elder Horikita: It depends on what the deal is about, tell me what's the deal first.

Ayanokouji: Ok then. Senpai about the exam, if I-

After Ayanokouji tells the contents of their deal Elder Horikita agreed but on the condition that if the "what if thing" happens to Ayanokouji, he will do something for Elder Horikita.

Ayanokouji: Senpai, you will have send me a recording of yourself agreeing to the deal and I will do the same. It will serve as our physical contract.

Elder Horikita: Quite cautious are you now, but sure I'll  send it later and you'll do the same.

Ayanokouji: Yes.

Elder Horikita: Well about Nagumo tell me if you notice anything and also I have to end this call now because Tachibana is asking for my help.

Ayanokouji: (They should just go out already. No. They should just get married already.)

Ayanokouji: I see, then bye Senpai.

Elder Horikita: Bye Ayanokouji-kun.

They both hung up.

*Time skip to Ayanokouji meeting up Sakayanagi*

Ayanokouji was waiting for Sakayanagi in a karaoke room that she rented. After a while, Sakayanagi entered the room.

Sakayanagi sits in across Ayanokouji and starts speaking.

Sakayanagi: Hello Ayanokouji-kun.

Ayanokouji nods as if greeting her back.

Sakayanagi: Fu fu fu, well to go to our topic since it's almost evening, I was informed that my Father, the Chairman was put on house arrest due to some reasons and you most likely know who did  it right?

Ayanokouji looks at her and said.

Ayanokouji: Yes, but to think he was willing to drag the chairman in to this. (Though I'm not really that surprised) Aren't you mad at me?

Sakayanagi laughed softly and said.

Sakayanagi: Fu fu fu why should I be Ayanokouji-kun. Is it because you're part of the reason why the chairman is under house arrest? If so I'm not really, both of us already knew that Ayanokouji-sensei is willing to go through this much.

Ayanokouji: Right...

Sakayanagi: What are you going to do about the exam Ayanokouji-kun?

Ayanokouji: I'll do what I can do.

Sakayanagi: Quite a suitable answer for you.

Ayanokouji: How about you?

Sakayanagi: Oh you can say I'm killing two birds with one stone.

Ayanokouji: I see. About the exam Sakayanagi, can I make make a deal with you if something happens?

Sakayanagi: Fu fu fu, what is it Ayanokouji-kun I'm quite interested now.

Ayanokouji hands over a pen and a form.

Sakayanagi reads it and says her catchphrase. She then signs the form agreeing to the deal.

Sakayanagi: I'll agree to this deal but what about the remaining 4 million Ayanokouji-kun? How are you going to cover for it?

Ayanokouji: I already made a deal with someone in order to cover for it.

Sakayanagi: As expected of the masterpiece of the White Room. I have to get going now Ayanokouji-kun, a maiden like me has her own responsibilities to do.

Ayanokouji: I see, bye... 

Ayanokouji: (What kind of responsibilities though? Maybe she has to take care of her pawns, more specifically she has to take care of Hashimoto. Well Hashimoto looks like a masochist for Sakayanagi and coincidentally Sakayanagi is a sadist so.... I'd rather not imagine what they're going to do if that scenario is on one of her responsibilities.)

*Time skip to nighttime (This happens after Ayanokouji helped Ichinoose, Ibuki and Ishizaki)*

Ayanokouji is lying in his bed, when he suddenly got a call.

Ayanokouji takes his phone to see who was calling and sees Sakura is the one calling him.

Ayanokouji responds to the call.

Ayanokouji: Sakura what's the call for? It's quite late now.

Sakura: Sorry for calling at this time Ayanokouji-kun but I have to tell you something.

Ayanokouji: It's fine, but what do you want to tell me?

Sakura: Don't tell anyone that I told you this but... Yamauchi is planning to have you get expelled through the exam and Kushida is helping him persuade everyone.

Ayanokouji: I see, who are involved?

Sakura: Everyone except You, Horikita-san and Hirata-san

Ayanokouji: I see... Is Yamauchi successful at persuading the others?

Sakura: It looks like it, I'll send a screenshot of the conversation. Please don't tell anyone that I told you Ayanokouji-kun please.

Ayanokouji: Ok I won't tell anyone I promise

Sakura: Thank you Ayanokouji-kun, umm what are you going to do about it Ayanokouji-kun?

Ayanokouji: I'll do something about it.

Sakura: I see... I hope you won't get expelled Ayanokouji-kun. Sakura murmurs: Because you're my first friend that I made in school.

Ayanokouji heard what Sakura murmured but decided not say something about it.

Ayanokouji: Sakura, can I ask why you decided to tell me about Yamauchi's plan?

Sakura: It's because, I don't think I can contain the guilt if they actually get you expelled.

Ayanokouji: I see. Thank you for telling Sakura, I have to sleep now so goodnight.

Sakura: Goodnight too...

They both end the call

Ayanokouji: (Huh, looks like making the deals sure helped me, what a scary coincidence. I just hope the thing I think will happen won't happen so that I won't to expose myself. I should go to sleep now.)

Ayanokouji slowly fell asleep.

Author's notes: I didn't explain the part where Ayanokouji helped Ibuki, Ishizaki and Ichinose because I was already tired and I bet all of you reading this already knows what happened so yeah.
