Ch 2

You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams. 

She was a young woman, different yet the same as the rest. He was a young man, normal as can be. Yet destiny brought them together. 

She wants to find love, and he wants to love. 

A baker he was and a ninja she is, two people never meant to meet. Yet one day she decides to go to a bakery, and one day he decides to bake something special. It wasn't anything big, they just felt it. As she walked through the door, and as he came out from the back, they laid eyes on each other. They call it love at first sight, and love it was. 

She wants to find love, and he wants to love. 

A secret relationship started, one that couldn't be found out. For a baker he was, and a ninja she is. The others didn't like her, and everyone loved him, a strange couple brought together. Date after date their love grew, then one day the knee was bent. Of course she said yes, and everything was perfect. 

Until...

Her belly got bigger, and then everyone knew. She was shunned, but not kicked out. For their leader's wife was her only friend, and her husband had to give in. They wanted their child to be the embodiment of their love, determination and resolve. They're child was named Ishi. They named her after their will for that. 

Because she found love, and he loved.

Ishi's per

At the edge of the Uchiha clan, I was sleeping quite comfortably when I heard a high-pitched scream waking me up. "AHhhHH EWw HoNEYYy UuGghh PPpplLlSS" my dad screamed sounding very disgusted and distraught. 

'I swear to god why are you screaming, I was sooo comfy' I groaned in my head "One moment sweetie", my mom said coming into my room. "Oh Ishi, my Ishi did that big baby wake you" my mom said, noticing my annoyed expression. 

"Bababa baba'' I said in my baby voice. 'Ugh I still can't talk'. "Well let's see what he wants, ''my mom said, equally wanting to know what was happening. 

We walked out of the room and into the hallway where we could hear him gagging. And when we walked into the kitchen, well it was super weird. 

There was milk all over the table and floor and my dad is in the middle of it all. "Um ha sweetie I'm haha what has happened" mom said trying to contain her giggle, me on the other hand was roaring with baby laughter. 

"Ohh sorry honey, the milk expired and I was too sleepy to notice it" mom giggled, now feeling a little bad. "I DRANK it, well you know the rest. Hey stop laughing Ishi '' dad explained while whining at the end. "Oh haha was that it'' mom gasped out, still trying not to laugh. 

"You knew about it, this is your fault'' dad whined. "Ok ok well I do need to go shopping, wanna come with me Ishi '' my mom said to me. "Yee bababa'' my baby voice said as confirmation, "ok we will go right now" My mom said cooing to me. 

Life isn't easy as a baby.

//TIME SKIP// 

We are walking around the market at the moment, my mom was wondering what we could eat for lunch and dinner. "So what would Haru like for dinner". My mom said in thought while I glanced at her. 

"Hmm" I hummed "oh Haru is your daddy and my name is Ichika'' my mom explained. She went back to her browsing while I looked around. There were so few people around or at least men or shinobi with the war going on, most shinobi were men because oh man are sooo strong *cough* *cough* sarcasm. 

Another woman came beside my mom. She had black hair and black eyes... 'WAIT is that Mikoto Uchiha, Itachi and sasuke's mom. 

And she has a kid beside- IS THAT THE GRIM REAPER no no no is that Itachi when he was a kid. He looks 3- wait he's looking at me HE'S LOOKING AT ME. 

Kid Itachi looked at me with such uninterested eyes, 'brat' I thought. I continued to stare at him but it slowly turned into amusement, 'does the brat think he's all that' I thought still amused. 

I stuck my tongue out at him and he looked a little shocked for some reason and I started laughing, 'oh my God I've never laughed so hard'. My mom turned to me a little concerned that her baby just started laughing out of nowhere. 

"Hey Ishi what are you laughing about" my mom said a little weirded out. "Babababa," I said, reaching out for Itachi. ''What would happen?' I thought interested. 

"Mother," Itachi said to his mom, "that baby is reaching out to me," he concluded. "Oh sorry hi Mikoto, my daughter loves to meet people. She seems to have taken a liking to your son" my mother explained "no worries it's all right it's always nice to see children smile" Mikoto said politely.

"Bibibibaba" my baby voice said full of energy, "if you like, young man you can hold her, she doesn't bite. Yet'' The moms have a chuckle to themselves as my mom finished her sentence. 

"Um sure" Itachi said, my mom took this chance to talk with Mikoto," hehehaha" I giggled when I went into Itachi arms. 'Ha ha take that simps I can now say I have been held by Itachi'. "What's her name?" Itachi asked "Ishi," my mom simply said with a smile before going back to her conversation with Mikoto. 

I looked up at Itachi wondering what he would do next. "Hello Ishi, my name is Itachi," he said. I reached up and wrapped my arms around his neck hugging him. 'Warm' I thought, snuggling up to him, " oh, um alright," Itachi said, unsure of what to do now. 

'He is very cute,' I thought while looking him in the eye. We were just looking at each other when I got an idea. I pulled his hair. Hard. 

"Ba ba hehe" I giggled at the face he made. "No no Ishi" my mom said "we don't pull on other peoples hair. I'm so sorry, she must be cranky". 

My mom took me into her arms saying her goodbyes to Mikoto. I looked at Itachi once more and showed amusement in my eyes. 

"That baby's nuts" I heard Itachi mutter, "ya she is" my mom jokes "this little one has so much energy sometimes that even I can't keep up, she's a little speed demon. 

And she's crawling for goodness sake" she chuckled. "Aw, I remember when Itachi was like that, oh he was so cute, he still is" Mikoto said to a blushing Itachi. I couldn't hold it in "ahahaha" I burst out laughing. 

"Even the baby thinks it's funny," Mikoto chuckled. "Well we got all of our stuff" my mom said "we should probably get going" "ya us as well, but it was nice talking with you" Mikoto said "same here" my mom replied as we started walking home. I saw Itachi looking at me so I threw on a big smile and waved. Itachi did a little wave back as well. 

As we went into the Uchiha clan grounds I noticed a lot of people were staring at us, and not the good kind of staring. They were glaring. The Uchiha don't like when their own kind is marrying outside of the clan, especially a ninja so my mom was kind of ostracized. But I am a product of that so they hate me too. 

Everything was fine. But then I heard the whispering. 

"Did you hear she married out of the clan" 

"Ya and to a baker to, she's a ninja" 

"I know and with her looks she could've married a decent man" 

"Ya and also she's not that strong, she can't pass the jonin test" 

"She's a disgrace to the clan name" 

"Why did the leader keep them here" 

"Ya why didn't he throw them out" 

I blocked out what ever happened after because we came home very quickly. I looked at my mom to see she looked sad, I would be to. 

No. I will make her smile. 

"Ma-m-ma-mama" I said "wh-what did you say" my mom said astonished, "mama" I repeated. Everything was quiet but then something went down my mom's face. 

Then another, then another. 'Wait is she crying' I thought, "say that again baby" my mom said sobbing "mama". "Haru" she yelled. "Haru come quickly", "what what's happening" he said, getting here rapidly "say it again baby". 

"Dada" I now said, "what" they both said astonished. "Mama, d-dada" I replied once again. "Oh, oh my" my dad said, starting to cry. 

They went in for a big family hug and just stood there crying. "Our baby girl, you are worth everything" they kept on repeating. 'I didn't know I had that in me' I thought. Looking at my parents, a bittersweet smile came on my face. 'Well I'm glad I did, I will never forget this sight '. As a tingling sensation started to come over my eyes, a stray tear went down my face. 

'You will survive with me'.
