Chapter 5

Third Person's POV

It's already weekend, New, Yim, Tutor and James scheduled to meet up in Tutor's apartment to do their project. But since Yim is just living next door he just waited for James and New to come first before going to devil's place. He's afraid Nunew and James will saw someone's dead body in the room when they came.

He called Nunew and said the guy is already in it's way to their area. It is just almost half an hour when Nunew said they just got packed up from set. And Yim understand it. He just patiently waiting when his phone beep and saw their groupchat for their project purposes.

*Research groupchat

James: I'm sorry, I'll be late for more minutes. I'm still at the cafe. My co-worker that should be in shift in counter in not yet here. Bare with me.

Yim: It's okay, New is on his way too. No rush.

Tutor: Your co-worker is such an irresponsible one. If I were your boss. I'll fire him.

James: We should fire are boss first before him. That sucker is getting into my nerves.

New: Why?

Tutor: James is always complaining how flirty and shitty his boss is to them or should I say just to him.

Yim: It's annoying, I understand you James.

Tutor: How's that become annoying? I don't see it.

Yim: You've never known cause you are yourself being annoying one. No doubt.

New: HAHAHAHA

James: Thank you Yim, you understand me. I agree, Tutor is really annoying. How come you become my friend.

Tutor: Shouldn't I the one who saying that to you? Yim?

Yim: Whatever.

New: Yim, you don't have to wait for me. You can go to Tutor's room since you are just neighbors.

James: Wait? What? You are just neighbors?

Tutor: Yes.

Yim: unfortunately true.

Tutor: Hey!

New: AHAHAHA anyway. I'm near the area. I'll see you guys later.

James: I can now leave. I'm on my way there.

Tutor: Okay see you. James give me take out.

James: Got it. I'll take out for the three of you.

*end conversation

TUTOR

As I place the things that we might need in the living room. I look at the place and stare at the door. I just realize that Yim is just next door why he can't just go in here while waiting for others. Since New is near here now. I decided to go out and go straight to Yim's room and knock on his door.

"New! What took you so lon-- Tutor. What do you want?" He said as he open the door.

"Why are you still here?"

"This is my room asshole.Do you expect me to leave here?"

"No, I mean why are you still here? You can wait for Nunew in my room."

He just give me a shock look.

"No thanks. I'll wait for Nunew. I'm afraid they might found dead body inside your room and I'm no where to be found."

He said, sarcastically while rolling his eyes.

"I don't have the energy to start arguing with you. Just go inside."

I said and left his room and enter in my room leaving the door open. I see he followed me and close the door. Holding his bag in his hand and put it down next to the couch and start looking around.

"How come I haven't seen you before here?"

He open the conversation.

"I actually don't own this room. No, I mean I own this but I don't stay here."

"What do you mean? I'm confused."

"This apartment was bought by my dad for me but I don't stay here. I gave this to my cousin cause he wants to stay near the university while I bought myself an apartment."

I see he nods and still looking around.

"Then what are you doing here? I mean if this was now your cousin's room. Why are you here?"

"We exchange for a while. He's taking his internship near the area where my apartment is. And he said his work is exhausting and always ended late so we switch for now."

He just nod and do his cute pout. It's strange and maybe you can call me cringe but even though I'm annoyed by him I still see him cute.

"Don't worry, I won't stay here for long. You just need to be patient. Maybe two or three weeks I won't be here anymore. You can freely doom the whole building with your music if you want."

He didn't answer but he rolls his eyes as he glare at me and cursing me voiceless. I just let out chuckles as I open the fridge to get us water.

That moment someone knock on the door and open it. James and Nunew enter and sit next to Yim.

"I thought I'll be seeing dead person here if I enter."

James joked that made us chuckle and laugh. James placed the cake he brought in the fridge before sitting next to me as I sit on the floor across Yim and Nunew.

We start doing our project and few hours passed when Nunew's phone ring.

"Hello Hia? I'm at Tutor's room. Ofcourse not. I'm with Yim and James, he is also my classmate. It's just next door of Yim's room. Don't worry. We are almost done with the part that we need to finish today. Maybe next week. You will pick me up? Okay. Just where you drop me off earlier that's fine. Okay. See you."

Nunew ended the call and look at Yim and pout. He definitely more cute than the photos I see online. He really got the charming look that everyone adores in him. He is also so nice and smart. He is so soft looking and very approachable. Who would have thought he is a phenomenal star of our country. I mean Zee Pruk is already lucky to have him. If I were the one who have this kind of someone in my life, I won't let him leave me. I can already feel I'm the luckiest guy if I got someone like him in my life.

"It's fine. You can go. I'll tell Nat that we can just do sleepover next time."

"Okay okay. But before I go. I wanna taste the cake James brought us."

"Are you not in a diet? Mostly the artists I know is always on their diet and watching whatever they were eating." James asked.

"He never did. He is actually have a sweet tooth. He always love eating deserts."

"Okay I'll take it then. So you could still eat it."

As I stand and take the cake. I see how happy Nunew is. His smiles reached his ears and start clapping. He eat his cake happily like a child.

"Anyway, about the rest of the work we can divide it into two partners. So it will be easier for us to finish it since we have our own works to do aside from school works."

James said and we just nod in agreement.

"I'll take this part since it is the hardest part. I can work with this while I'm on the library. Since we need some books for this."

Yim said and I just nod.

"Aww. How can I work with you in that part. I was about to suggest the interview since I know someone who can help us."

New said and scratch his nape confused.

"Ow~ i was about to ask too if I can be in part of interview team since I used to collecting data from interviews."

James said. I also want the part that Yim choose but the division id obviously not us being partners. Since James and I are friends, so as Yim and Nunew.

"I got an idea!" James said.

We all look at him and wait for his idea.

"Why not this whole part with interview will be I and Nunews part and this one will be Yim and Tor's part. And since I and Nunew have works too. So we can't do that everytime you guys have free time."

James said and Nunew nods in agreement excitely while munching the cake in his mouth.

"What? Tutor and I will be partners?"

"You really didn't get what he just said? Isn't it clear enough?"

I said and he only rolls his eyes and looked back to James.

"I want to group with Tutor but I can't let the both of you do the work while me and New are busy with our works. Since you choose the hardest part and needed a lot of time to do that why not just work that with Tutor since you two is good at this part."

James said and Nunew added,

"And also since the two of you are not in good terms, it's time for both of you work on a thing that may help you two to become friends. You know, we are group and we can't just let you two stays at being enemies. Right?"

James nod and I and Yim have nothing to do but sigh and just admit being defeated.

"Fine, as if we have a choice." I said.

"Right! Nice! So, It's fixed. Just update each other about the project and we will have a whole group meet one a week so we are all aware."

New said and we all just nod.

"Anyway, Hia is already in the university. I need to go now. I'll see you guys around. James, tell me when will your free time and I'll tell mine so we can work with together. Maybe we can choose a place too."

Nunew said and James give him a thumbs up sign as he agreed.

"I'll go with you too. I need to go back home already. It's getting late now."

James said and after that Nunew and James leave first as Yim insist to help me clean the table and fix things.

Yim insist to wash the dishes while I help him collecting the dishes and place it in sink where he was washing. We both don't talk and the whole room become so quiet. I decided to break the silence since we need to take away what bad blood we have and also cause we need to work together more than we thought.

"So, are we going to start doing that tomorrow? Or you have classes or things to do?"

"I'm just in library that time. I only have 2 hours duty, after that we can work it there. You can just come at 2 in the afternoon. And we can start doing it."

He said and without turing his eyes on me. Another silence occupied the whole room as I just stand behind him not that near but not too far too.

"Ahmm~"

He immediately look at me as I scratch my back and looks like asking what it is.

"Ahm- I-"

"What?"

"I'm- I want to say I'm-"

"You're what?"

"I'm sorry."

"Huh?"

A/N: Hi, another update for today☺️ I actually don't plan to make updates recently but since I'm in process to complete my requirements and the line in some offices is really hella long and almost occupy my whole day waiting in line.
