MLB and DC

The Ladybug stood up gaining everyone's attention. She reached for her mask as she pressed down the buttons on either side of her mask as it detached itself from her face. She pulled it off as everyone's eyes widened. They all stood up knowing what was next to come. The batfamily was awed at who was behind the mask.

Marinette: You're from the league of assassins? The league who took my parents away from me? The one who I must seek revenge upon for my parents?

Chat: You guys need to run. I'm not sure which she is talking about but get out of here now!

Viper: We'll hold her off!

Batman: What's..-

Ryuko: Go!

The batfamily finally took off, the rest of the spies blocking Marinette's path. Marinette only had lust in her eyes, revenge as her eyes turned red. "Bee, immobilize her!" the worried cat partner ordered. She called on her powers, Venom! Ladybug dodged as the bee tried to catch her. That's when Chat held her shoulders back, Viper grabbed her stomach and Carapace and King Monkey held her legs.

Bee reached forward but Ladybug freed herself, instead she immobilized Viper. She was then tackled by Ryuko and Rena but it was no use. She pushed them back. When they turned around she vanished. The 'venom' that poisoned Viper eventually wore off as the group went after Marinette. ~~~~~~~~~~

The batfamily was now a few blocks away from the manor and still going. They arrived on a rooftop but was then stopped as something crash landed in front of them, blocking their path. As the dust cleared, Marinette was revealed. "None of you are going anywhere, especially you, birdie!" The batfam stood back away from the crazed now assassination spy in their usual fighting stance.

Robin: Look, you're right, I am from the league but I'm not the one who killed your parents.

Marinette: No duh. Because it was a man, not a two year old child. But the agency killed that man. So now I have to take two lives even though they already delivered one blow. It must be done by my own hands. After I take you, I'll take your mothers life. It'll be over soon, just you wait.

Jason: C'mon pixie, you don't have to do this. This isn't like you.

Marinette: You never knew me so how would you know?

Marinette stepped closer to the five as they walked back. They were now at the edge of the building, they knew they couldn't escape her. They were cornered. As she was about to strike she was electrocuted on her back. She cried out in pain as Ryuko struck her with volts of lightning. Marinette turned around and countered the attack, redirecting it as it zapped Ryuko instead.

She was stunned falling back but Viper caught her, the other spies launched their attacks. They were all defeated, beaten to the ground. Chat came in from above as he threw the batfamily over to the opposite rooftop of the building across the street. He called on his cataclysm aiming at the roof beneath him and Ladybug. They fell threw. Ladybug emerged from the ruble to see Chat holding up the tranquilizer vile.

She stared at him as he walked closer to her, she not moving a muscle. He was currently in front of her placing the vile into the casing inside the injector. He aimed it at her neck but then stopped. He bit his lip questioning himself. Ladybug smirked with a chuckle. "If you were my target kitty cat, you'd be dead right now. Your contemplation is leaving you wide open and vulnerable."

He stood there lowering the injector. He ticked it into his pocket and held his arms up in a fighting stance. "You have to get through me if you want to get to the kid, m'lady. I'm not letting you pass." She frowned then sighed as she shook her head in disappointment. She then turned her gaze back to him. She launched herself forward and made contact with the cat.

Their hand joined as they fought for dominance. Marinette jumped, kicking him back in his stomach. He coughed but was then met by a flurry of punches to the face and kicks too. She then swung her leg as Chat went flying. He was slammed into one of the walls. He got back up holding his left arm. She sighed once more then jumped up onto the roof to be met by an explosive birdarang. It went off as it made contact with her.

She looked up and saw it was the batfamily minus the youngest. They engaged the battle as some of her former colleagues regained consciousness to help them. They backed her up against the wall after countless attacks on her. She was thrown into a building as the wall collapsed. She stood up, a bit dizzy, but managed. She glanced up as she saw her friends then looked back down at the ground, panting.

Chat: M'lady, please, this isn't the way. I know what you might be going through. After all these years you've finally gained the opportunity you've been waiting for and it couldn't be closer. I know at times it may be hard to release the fear or the lust for revenge. But at times like this you need to forget the past and focus on your future. I was devastated when my mother died but what kept me going was the memories I shared with her. My life isn't perfect, none of our lives are perfect, our families weren't perfect. But the agency gave us a new family, a new future or life to look forward to. Just give up, Mari! We all know this isn't you.

All I want is revenge and these nuisance are in my way. They are stopping me from achieving my goal. I don't care what happens to me, but before I go down I need to get rid of the assassins' leaders! Starting with Robin!

No. I can't do this. I'd be killing one of my allies. Chat is right. I can't.

Chat took a step closer readying himself with the injector. She took a deep breath. She raised her hands in the air. He stopped in his tracks. Was she surrendering? he thought. She then clenched her hands in a fist as she aimed it at the ground in front of her. She smashed it and everyone went flying back through the walls and over other buildings. There was nothing left of that building nor were her teammates moving.

She walked away after looking at her former partner as she sensed where her target was. Found you, birdie. She landed on another rooftop where her senses had lead her to go. She scanned the area but then the presence faded away. She stopped in the center. She was currently standing in one of the abandoned buildings near Gotham city, the company went bankrupted and was forced to leave during the construction of the building.

She was on the 15th floor out of 30; dead middle of it. Her red eyes searched the floor then she continued a floor up. When she arrived she was faced with a ex-assassin vigilante. He stood still with his katana in his hand. He looked right at her. He spoke, "Marinette, I don't want to have to do this. But you leave me no choice. I know I'm not one for words but you hurt my family and your friends and that's unexceptable. But I promise you this, that you won't kill me without a fight."

She grinned widely as she propelled forward. Helicopters flew overhead as they passed the building going over to the injured spies. The agency had arrived. The boss flew over the building as he saw the two assassins fighting. Dust and smoke flew out through the windows. Damian threw a smoke bomb at the floor, he used it to escape to higher ground. Marinette busted herself through the floor and up to his level. Floor 20.

Damian was thrown back into the wall as Marinette swung her yo-yo around. She came closer to him but was stopped by the helicopter. The boss shot rubber bullets at her as she was forced to step back which gave the youngest time to escape.

Dammit all these insolent people are in my way. I need to take them all out.

No, I need to calm down. Chat was right, this isn't the way, this isn't me. I might actually kill them.

They don't matter, just take them out. Starting with the boy, then the league, then all those who defy me.

He went higher and higher up the building. He stopped when he was almost at the top. He turned around as he felt something behind him. He was tackled to the ground. He was met with a punch and another punch to the face, he caught the next one flipping her over, him now over her. He then lost focus as he saw the helicopter going down. It crashed as it went up in flames.

Marinette took the chance to kick him off her. She came at him again, she swung her yo-yo as it grabbed him. She spun him around in circles, Robin crashing into the walls and pillars of the building. The yo-yo released him as he flew onto the roof. Ladybug joined him up there. He slowly got up, coughing up blood. He took a breath before admitting. "You win. Finish me off if that's what you want, bug."

He dropped his katana and stood still. Marinette adjusting her hand and fingers as it rotated and took shape. Her nails grew longer as she walked over to him, first slow, then fast as she picked up the speed. Damian's hand slipped into one of his belt satchels pulling out one of the viles the Viper guy gave him. He was prepared as he already had the liquid in an injector. "I'm sorry, Marinette, but this is the only way. Forgive me."

Yes! Kill him!

She halted right in from of him. Damian stood there dumbfounded as he saw her face. Tears falling from her eyes as she fell to the ground. Something left her mouth, a dark spirit or ghost of some sort as it disappeared. He looked down at her as he saw a needle in her leg. He propped her up against his chest, removing it. "I'm...s-sorry.." She was out after that.
