—THE HOSPITAL HALLS were oddly quiet, just like any other day. The sky was bright blue, bouncing it's light to the Floor tiles.

A Pink haired lady, with an Uchiha crest on her coat, was fixing her coat while looking through her window.

She sighed, realizing it was very odd to have a normal day in a Hospital.

Too odd for the Head Doctor.

Creak

She heard the door open quietly, seeing a nurse in panic, holding a clipboard. "Ms. Sakura!"

The Pink-haired woman turned her head towards the door, smiling at her co-worker, as she stood up while carrying her clipboard. "What's the commotion?"

The fellow nurse took of their mask. She looked like she was shaking, as she was responding with a nervous tone.

"Ms. Y-Ymanaka is in the Labour! She's giving birth!"

Sakura smiled, approaching the nurse, cheerfully responding, "That's Great! Is she still in the process?"

"She's Having Twins!....." She interrupted the doctor.

"The.... the....

.

.

The other one has a H-Horn!"

Oblivious, Sakura arched a brow, wondering what kind of horn?

It wasn't normal. It wouldn't be a problem if her Specific Clan had those kind of genetics. Yamanakas are only specialized with their Mind Jutsu Techniques.

Sai doesn't have any genetics like those.

Without a sweat, she nodded her head, giving the nurse a sign to lead the way.

The pink-haired girl slightly winced at the image of her bestfriend suffering at the labour, but kept a straight face, expecting to see that sooner.

Arriving at the ER, The room was slightly crowded, observing the baby.

A certain man sighed at the arrival of Haruno herself. Running towards her, silently praying for his Wife's life. 

"Sai.... Long time no see." Sakura slightly chuckled seeing the man nod his head as a greeting.

She could clearly see how nervous he was.

The people that surrounded the room, separated ways as they saw Sakura entering the Labour with full equipment. She saw two infants laying on each side of the bed. The first one was silently sleeping, assuming it was the first one who came out of Ino's womb. On the other side, her eyes wondered at the beautiful baby. The horn was in the middle of it's head, slightly unusual. 

But... Ino didn't had an affair... right?

She took a closer look on the infant, analyzing the body.

Yes, it was a girl. The Great Medic was confused, she looked exactly like Ino and Sai combined.

Shaking her head, she analyzed yet again, to look for specific features that differentiates the Infant's parents.

Her eyes widened at a small seal, near its forehead. She slowly reads the strange language one by one.

A Moon Crest signifies the Seal itself, it was a pretty good detail.

"Sakura-san.." Sai called out. "... is there something wrong?... What's happening to my daughter?"

"Come Look at this Sai..." She whispered, as she felt the man's footsteps heading towards her.

His charcoal orbs observed his daughter's forehead, seeing a specific Moon Crest hovering the Horn. "A seal?"

"Hostage.....Moon.... and A Foe...." Sai said, caressing his chin, observing every detail. Sakura on the other hand, cracked the code immediately. Expected for a genius like her.

"Otstutsuki.....moon..... It's Toneri." 

Sai widened his eyes furiously, clenching his fist, pressing his lips into a thin line. "What business does he even need with my daughter?"

Sakura smiled at Sai, knowing his anger was filling him up inside, but kept it calm in the same time. She looked up to the ceiling, sighing before responding.

"Seems like Toneri's fate was decided, he relies on your daughter's future.." She sincerely smiled, turning her head towards her bestfriend's peaceful face. "I suppose that you need to raise your child to be the Konoha's future."

 "Am I late?" A familiar voice panted through the halls, running inside the ER, seeing Sai and Sakura smirk at his late arrival. "No Kakashi-sensei, you're just... in time."

The Hokage scratched his head, chuckling at their sarcasm. "I've heard about the child with a horn rumor, is it... better now or.." He started to stare at the baby. "Care to enlighten me Sakura?"

Sakura and Sai sighed.

The woman placed her hand on her Late-Sensei's shoulder.

"Don't believe at such lies Kakashi-Sensei. Two little healthy babies is all you're gonna see here, there's no such thing as bad news here."

With that. The Yamanaka twins were born.

Konohagakure (木ノ葉隠れの里), also known as "Village Hidden in the Leaves" or "Hidden Leaf Village" is the hidden village of the Land of Fire. A peaceful village that has live for centuries, created by the First Hokage himself, Hashirama Senju.

The Spring breeze was refreshing, flowers blooming, the sky being blue and bright, Konoha was full of nature. Seeing the paths with trees and bushes was a welcoming sight for newcomers, even Rogue-nins get distracted, Konoha truly is a beautiful village.

Upon their arrival, The Gatekeepers crossed each other's staffs, towards the mysterious figure, pointing it's blade near the throat. "State your business here."

The person chuckled, pushing the staffs sidewards avoiding the sharp blade. Revealing themselves by putting down the cloth covering their face. The Guards slightly gulped at the newcomer's face, not even hesitating to set them free. 

Their eyes laid upon the view of Konoha's gates, smiling at the Familiar faces, happy that they were finally HOME.

THEIR FIRST DESTINATION was pretty far away, the Hokage Mansion. 

They were excited to see The 7th Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki.

Though, they were quite sad that they never attended his Hokage Ceremony Three years ago.

Apparently, they can't blame the 6th Hokage sending them away for a S-Rank Mission.

Entering the building, it was surprisingly Modern. The floors were rebuilt, even the place was wider than before, their eyes sparkled as if the light reflection blinded their vision. They almost screamed at the new view

They suddenly decided to ignore their excitement and walked straight, finding a person.

The office was fully filled with paperwork, it's a shame that a person can't manage these all at once, especially for a lazy person. 

Shikamaru tied his hair firmly, sighing at the mess he made before stacking up the newly arrived contracts.

His eyes were focused on organizing each paper one by one, ignoring the sight of a small pale hand helping him.

Wait.

He turned around, almost screaming at the figure. The person carrying most of the contracts chuckled at his horrified face. "Seems like I scared you Shikamaru-san, my Apologies."

"Inomi... you're back..." The Hokage's advisor muttered in shock, gladly accepting the organized papers that Inomi gave to him. He settled the paperwork down into his desk, once again facing the girl.

"It's been Three years, and you've changed alot..." Shikamaru said in relief, while the newly arrived shinobi waved him off.

"Yep! It's been so long, even Konoha changed!" She exclaimed, looking at the window, admiring the new view. Her head turned around facing Shikamaru, completely forgetting why she was there.

 "Anyways, is Naruto-san available?" She took out a folder filled with paper, completely organized with the logo, "Akumu Hunt".

"I've written a report about the mission, can I meet him?" 

"Oh right, you're good to go." He sighed yet again, scratching the nape of his neck. After they bid their goodbyes, he stood firmly as the door closed, slouching on his chair immediately, while yawning a tired phrase.

"Troublesome."

Inomi rushed towards the Hokage's office, looking like a silhouette floating on the road. Stopping right at the middle of the door. Her hand hesitantly knocked the door, anxiously waiting for a response.

Knock knock.

"Naruto-san?...." Her voice spoke as she recieve no response, coming from the inside. Once again she knocked the door, becoming impatient time to time.

"Naruto-san I'm going in!" Her voice yelled, slowly opening the door. Her eyes trailed down to Konohamaru trying to—

"Hokage-Sama, you need to wake up."

—wake up the slumbering Fox.

"Konohamaru-senpai..  you're not supposed to wake him up like that." Her soft voice chuckled as her cheeks tinted pink, staring at the brunette, who seemed to struggle.

He turned to see the Yamanaka girl, surprised. "Yamanaka-San.... is that you?"

She smiled at her senior, nodding gently before approaching Naruto's sleeping figure. Pointing her finger to herself with confidence, smirking at the Jonin."This is how you wake him up!"

"HOKAGE SAMA! WE RAN OUT OF SUPPLIES FOR RAMEN!"

And then, the Beast woke up with saliva drooling over his mouth. He widened his eyes, standing up from his chair, and shaking his head before rambling infront of the konoha-nins.

"Hah?! I thought we just received the deliveries yesterday?!" He yelled at the two. He opened his eyes once more, clearly seeing a familiar face with Konohamaru crossing his arms with a prideful smirk.

"Rise and Shine Naruto-San!" Inomi said, slightly giggling at his reaction over "Ramen". He smiled in shock, seeing the girl grown up into a strong Shinobi.

"Hinata-san told me to give this to you, enjoy your day!" Konohamaru said, leaving Naruto's bento on his desk, closing the door shut. Naruto nodded at the brunette before focusing his attention to the girl.

"Well?..." Inomi tilted her head.

"Welcome back to Konoha, Inomi Yamanaka."

"Gladly meeting your acquaintance, Hokage-Sama." The two of them chuckled at their formalities, soon to be dying into silence.

He was speechless at first, her appearance changed, she was barely recognizable besides her half-blonde and half-brunette hair. Her body was built stronger than before,seeing slight scratches around her arms, her face features changed as he saw a small scar around her nose, it reminded him of Iruka-sensei. 

"I've brought the report about the mission, apparently the Akumu clan had vanished years ago, I've only hunted their illusions.....and they somehow look like human beings." Inomi sternly said laying her fingers on the folder, bringing Naruto back to Reality.

"Kazutori Akumu, was destined to assassinate all of rulers in the Shinobi World, quite self-explanatory on why he started on you." She stared at the Uzumaki, followed by a chuckle. "He was wrong to target you in the first place."

"Well here, read it wisely, it's 3-year journal." She finished her explanation by placing the report on his desk. Naruto patted her head and smiled at her efforts, and suddenly deflated after realising what she just said.

"I'm proud of you, Inomi. You've arrived at Konoha without complications, fully prepared at everything, that is a True Shinobi." 

He knelt down reaching her height, hugging her as a sign of his gratitude, having a Shinobi like her. She hugged him back, feeling the comfort of home.

He truly is an inspiring Hero.... 

He released her from his hug, before laughing out of nowhere. Tilting his head somewhere, avoiding eye contact from the girl.

"You're free from your duties... for a while, The Academy is going to open soon, ya know?" He stated, scratching the nape of his neck.

"Right, right...." She waved it off.

As you can see— She was called to come back for the Academy Opening.

"I'll see you soon Naruto-sama!"
