Seven- The Maze

[Amelia's POV]

After cleaning all day yesterday,It feels like torture having to wake up so early in order to cook breakfast.

But when I get to the kitchen I don't have anything to cook,So I take the easy route and make sandwiches,Again.

I hope that the note thingy worked,So when the box comes up with the supplies I can cook real foodAnd not just these sucky sandwhiches.

Suddenly Minho comes running in with newt close behind.

"HA, I told you I was faster than you" Minho boasts.

"Yeah well only by a little bit"Newt replies.

"Hey, Amelia what's for breakfast today?"Minho asks.

I motion towards the plate of sandwiches sitting on the counter.

"They're a different kind today" newt says enthusiastically.

"Do you have lunch for us to" asks Minho.

I throw them the bags with their sandwiches at them.

"Thanks Amelia" replies Minho.

And then newt and Minho runs into the maze.

[Minho's POV]

after Amelia gives us our Lunch's newt and I run out into the maze.

"Sooo . . .What do you think of Amelia?"Newt asks.

"She seems cool but,Its weird how she doesn't talk."

"Yeah it is weird but at least she cooks" replies newt.

"Yeah her sandwiches are amazing,So much better than those shucky fruits that we used to eat all the time."

"Just wait until she has different food that aren't sandwiches" newt says.

"Yeah I can't wait"

"Did alby tell you what she did yesterday?" Asks newt

"No what did she do?" I ask.

"Yesterday when the supplies came up she went to go grab a price of paper and pencil,Then she wrote down a list of things we need." Newt says

"Why didn't we think of that" I ask.

"I don't know" newt replies

"Hey Minho?" Asks newt,"Do you know where we are?"

I realise that I don't know where we are,I stop running.

"No newt I don't know where we are" I say

"Bloody hell" says newt

"Don't worry newt we'll find a way out." I say

"I'm not worried about getting out" newt says making me confused.

"I'm worried about that" He says pointing to something behind me.

I turn around only to be met with this giant, ugly, slimy, spider monster thingy with a weird tail.

"Run!"I say.

Me and newt start sprinting as fast as we can trying to get away from the monster like thing.

"Where are we going" newt asks despretly

"Away from this shuck face" I reply sarcastically

"Minho you know how much I enjoy your sarcasm but now is not the time" newt screams

"I have no idea where we are going but we should at least try to get back to the glade" I say

We run for hours trying to get away form the MonsterI look down at my watch and see that the doors are about to close.

"NEWT!" I scream,The doors are about to close"

We turn around the corner and see the doors,Then the doors suddenly start to close.

"RUN!" I hear newt scream.

And with all of the strength I have left I run like my life depends on it which it does.

Newt (who got ahead of me while we were running) runs through the doors and into the glade.

I can see every one on the other side of the doors all of them screaming at me all except one,The one who hasn't said anything,Amelia,She just stands there staring at me with a straight face,And then a see a tear cascade down her face,And it is just enough to get me to run faster.
