Carl hasn't touched, talked or though about drugs since the last time he was over your house. I guess that kiss set him straight. He also hasn't been getting into much trouble either. "Why the fuck" you say while he's walking over to you guys with a smile on his face. "Delacruz, Ariana." You smile, "Gallagher." Ariana laughs. "Cute! You guys call each other by your last names, soon enough you'll be calling each other Gallagher right?" Carl blushes. "It's not even like that." You frown. Ariana was right. You do get obsessive over Carl. "I mean it is, but not yet." Carl corrects himself. Ariana surprisingly smirks and looks your way. "Heard that? Carl here, wants to put a ring on your finger." You laugh and push Ariana out of the way. Carl follows you. "So this is what being a best friend to a girlfriend...whatever you are..okay." Her voice fades as you walk away. You and Carl walk out of school and around the corner. You make sure no one is looking before you kiss him. "Slow down, I'm not going anywhere." he laughs and kisses your neck. You smile. "How was your day Gallagher?" he grabs your hand and starts walking. "Stressful but i'll manage." "I know you will." you look at him and smile. You two walk up his house steps and enter the home. You see Lip and his new girlfriend having sex on the kitchen counter. "Hope its wrapped up" you yell. Lip flips you off. Carl laughs. He talks you up stairs. He takes his shirt off. "Relax, i'm just getting comfortable." You set your backpack down and sit on his bed. "Wanna watch a movie?" he asks. You nod and get comfortable in his bed like it was your own. He looks back at you and laughs. He grabs the remote and gets in bed with you. He wraps his arm around you and you rest your head on his shoulder. "Pick something scary pussy." you say. "Oh yeah, so when you get scared, you can jump on my-" you interrupt him, "Gallagher!" "Fine fine, um how about the Conjuring?" you look at him. "Why not." He turns on the movie. During the whole movie he covers his face for the scary parts. "Really Gallagher? You're scared of ghosts? You are such a pussy!" you playfully punch him. He grabs your wrists and holds them together so you cant fight back. He play wrestles you and pins you to the bed. You wrap you legs around him and roll over on top of him. He's breathing hard. "Damn" he says out of breath. "You're strong." you kiss his lips and laugh. "I guess." You stand up and get off of him. "What time is it?" Carl looks at his phone. "Only 9:38 pm." Your curfew is 11. You tell Carl to hand you your bag. You fish for your phone and call your mom. "Hey mom, I'm staying at Ariana's tonight." you wink at Carl. He smirks. "Okay, bye I love you." You send a quick text to Ariana letting her know to cover for you, even though your mom wont check anyways. Carl throws a pillow at your head. It makes your hair super messy. You throw the pillow back, making his hair messy. "You look hot." he says. "Shit I don't have extra clothes." Carl gets up and goes to his closet. He pulls out one of his t shirts and hands it to you. You undress and throw the shirt on. "Thanks Gallagher." You two walk downstairs and see everyone staring at you and Carl. "We didn't have sex." Carl mumbles as he walks down the stairs. "Explain the hair?" Debbie says. Carl looks at you and fixes your hair. You slightly smile. Everyone continues laughing and talking while you and Carl sit in the kitchen. He grabs a soda from the fridge and offers you one. You take it. "Awe, Gallagher's a gentleman." you say as you crack open the can and take a sip. He smiles and takes a sip of his soda. "Fuck you DeLaCruz." you laugh.
