Part 38

Suga's POV

Miji and I have been in good terms for awhile now.. Maybe I should ask her out? Wah this is nerve wrecking. How did Jungkook managed to ask my sister out? That kid. He's more experienced than I am..

"Opppaaaa! We're home!" I heard my sweet sister's voice and I smile to myself and walked to where they were.

RM, J-Hope and Jin already hugged her and as if they were smiling weirdly. I heard a soft gasp from Tinnie ah when she saw me then she smiled and ran to hug me. I caught her in my arms and smiled at her

"How was school?" I asked letting go of her

"Great! There's no classes on Wednesday!" she beamed.. Oh. There's no classes on my birthday. I smiled at her. She's happy because she's spending my birthday with me.

"And I'll be meeting Jungkook's umma on that day!" she beamed and I kinda lost my smile.

"O..oh jjinja?" I asked

"Ne, hyung, I hope you don't mind. Umma called me on the way home, so I kind of told her that we don't have classes on Wednesday. She suddenly invited me over and said that I MUST bring Christine with me.. She wants to meet her." Jungkook explained.

"You're going?" I asked Christine she thought about it.. Omo.. Did she remember?

"Mm. It's embarrassing to decline Kookie's mom's invitation.. and besides.. I don't have plans on Wednesday. Wae oppa?" she asked me innocently.

"N..nothing." I said rubbing the back of my neck feeling sad. She just flashed me her heart warming smile and it melted my heart and the pain faded. I smiled and messed with her hair. That's my revenge for forgetting my birthday you brat.

"Opppaaaaa" she whined fixing back her hair.

"Are you hungry?" I asked her

"Oh... Aniyo" she smiled

"Hyung, can I have some coffee?" Jimin asked

"In the kitchen. Make one for yourself." I retorted as I was laughing inside.

"OMONA! I HAVE TO GO!" Tinnie ah said suddenly panicking.

"Oppa Annyeong!" she hurriedly pecked my cheeks before waving to the others

"YAH WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!" I asked as I ran outside following her.

"I FORGOT I HAVE WORK!!!" she shouted back, waved at me before running again.

"Aigoo this kid." I muttered to myself.

"Hyung we have no classes on Wednesday too! Wanna hang out?" Jimin asked

"Ohh! We could play bowling or something" J-Hope teased.

"Yeah, then Suga will look like a chicken laying eggs again" Jin teased and everyone laughed.

"Whatever guys. I'm the only one who got a strike." I said brushing off their teasing. These kids.... Don't they remember?

"I'll be in appa's room first." I told them.

I lay down on appa's/ my bed and rang Miji up. She picked up in 2 rings.

"Yoboseo?" Hearing her voice made me smile.

"Hey, are you busy?" I asked

"No, not at all. What can I do for you Yoongi oppa?" she asked me.

"I just wanted to hear your voice, Miji-ah" I confessed.

"Something's bothering you?" she asked. Even if she can't see me, hearing my voice is enough for her to know if I'm okay or not. That's what I love about her.

I told her about my disappointment how I'm not going to celebrate my birthday with my sister and that I feel like the guys forgot about my birthday. She laughed if off saying that she smells something fishy.. and yes I noticed they were all sharing eye contacts but Tinnie ah looked so innocent. She's nervous but all at the same time excited meeting Jungkook's mom. After all.. it's her boyfriend's parent or parents, whichever.

"Don't be too sad. Are you sure your sister doesn't know when your birthday is when all of your fans are tweeting and celebrating your birthday even if its still 2 days from now?" she said.

"Bwoh?! ARMY is celebrating already?" I asked surprised.

"Oh no, they're panicking as to what to do for you on your birthday." she chuckled.

Aigoo... ARMY knows my birthday but my members... even my sister doesn't even care..

I sighed as Miji said her boss came so she had to go. But was it the only reason why I sighed? Aigoo. I'm gonna go to the studio room and do some songs as I let this day pass.

~Fastforward to Wednesday~

It was around 8 in the morning when I woke up. Everyone was still sleeping but Jungkook wasn't in his place anymore. Ah right. He has to go somewhere with my sister. On my birthday. Psh. Insensitive kid.

I opened my twitter and found thousands of greetings from ARMY. I smiled as I tweeted.

"ARMY, Thankyou for the greetings that came, is coming and will come. Have a great day ahead~ Saranghamnida ARMY! Hwaighting! -SUGA"

I had to put my name since we share one twitter account.

The two came out dressed neatly( from different places ofcourse. Jungkook came out from the guest bathroom as Tinnie ah came out from her bedroom). My jaw hanged open alongside with Jungkook when we actually saw Tinnie ah go out on a dress. It was a simple dark blue flow-y dress that ended on her knees. It had a silver bow belt and she just wore a cardigan over it. She had her hair half pony tailed as she used Jin's black glittery bow. She dressed up for her first meeting with her boyfriend's family.. Wah. My baby sister's growing up so fast...

"Yah! Why would you dress like that? It's like you're just going home- oh wait. You are going home. Nevermind." She said. She looked nervous. Ahaha kyeopta. Jungkook wore casual clothes tho. With his black notorious swag shirt and some ripped jeans and chucks.

"Goodmorning" I said as I made my presence known.

"OMONA. You're up early! Goodmorning oppa!" She said as she went to me and bent down to hug me.

"You actually wore a dress." I commented.

".. Uhm.." she said biting her lip, embarrassment evident in her eyes.

"She looks pretty. Really pretty." Jungkook smiled as he went beside Tinnie ah. "Goodmorning hyuung" he greeted happily. Psh. No Happy birthday?

"Yeah goodmorning. You leaving?" I said standing up.

"Ne oppa. See you later?" She smiled at me. I pouted. Can you stay for my birthday? Why can't I say it out loud?

"Is something the matter oppa?" She asked worriedly as she went close to me and took my hand. Her simple gestures make my heart melt every time. How can I not forgive this kid even if she isn't apologizing yet?

"Nothing. I'll introduce you to someone soon." I told her. She seemed surprised tho.

"Miji noona?" Jungkook guessed and I just smiled and nodded.

"Yah How come he knows and not mee!" now she was the one pouting.

"Pabo. That's why I'll introduce her right?" I said messing with her long side bangs.

"Ne, we'll go ahead then oppa" She said and I bent down abit for her to reach my cheeks as she softly pecked it and waved, smiling so innocently before leaving.

I sighed as I prepared breakfast. The alarm will ring around 8:30 and the guys will start asking for food. They got accustomed to me cooking now since I got lessons from Jin so that I could cook for my sister.

I finished breakfast and sat on the chair looking at my phone quietly.

"YAH HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The guys suddenly shouted behind me. I heard their quiet footsteps though even if I wasn't looking at them

"Thanks guys" I smiled coolly

"Aish this hyung can never get pranked nor surprised" Hoseok said.

"Mianhe" I smiled sadly

"Omonaa what's wrong birthday boy?" Jin said taking the seat beside me as the others sat around, starting to set the plates for everyone to eat.

"Why do you look like your sulking hyung?" Jimin asked giving a plate to me.

"N..nothing." I said

"What did you not accept an awaited greeting?" they guessed and I just stayed quiet.

"MIJI NOONA?" "MIJI?" They asked in chorus.

"She greeted me."

"Oh then who?"

I just sighed and we ate breakfast. Soon me and the guys were preparing to go out. They were serious about the whole bowling thing.

We went to the mall and met Hannah there. She greeted me and hugged me.

"You remembered my birthday?" I asked her.

"Who could not? You're trending!" she beamed.

"Trust me. Not everyone knows.." I muttered but I think she didn't hear me.

We played bowling and as time flew by, I was really having fun with the guys. It's a good thing no one was in this bowling place.. Like as if it was reserved? Nah. It might just be new and still is unknown to the public.

It's our 3rd round when I noticed Hannah and V gone. I was about to ask them where they were when they came in the entrance and smiled at us having food in their hands.

"Waaaaaaah! Looks yummy!" Jin said looking at the home made food infront of us.

"Who made this?" I asked but everyone just smiled and dug in without even answering my question. These weirdos. Are they that hungry?

After a few more frames and Jin never failing to get a gutter ball, we got tired, our stomachs hurting after laughing so much. V even threw the ball too hard it landed on another lane. Jimin was trying to look manly as he threw the ball but failed miserably as he dove in with the ball. He claimed to throw the ball but his finger got stuck so he ended up joining the ball.

"Aigoo these pabos. Thank you for giving me a laughter filled birthday." I told them and they just smiled.

"The gift is at home. We forgot to bring it hyung. Mianhe" RM said.

"It's fine. Should we go home now?" I asked looking at the clock. Oh? It was already 4:50 pm. Jimin looked at his phone and his eyes widen. Well atleast alittle bit.

"Uhhhhm how about we go to the karaoke bar first what do you think?" he suggested looking at everyone. What is this? Is there a surprise waiting for me in the karaoke bar? Pshh. My Tinnie ah must be there waiting to surprise me... Aigoooo. I smiled as everyone seem to understand a message Jimin was trying to relay without words. I pretended to be clueless and go with the flow since Tinnie ah prepared all this.

To my dismay the whole time we were at the karaoke bar, No Tinnie ah popped up and surprised me. It was getting late and not even a text message greeting from my sister was heard. I excused myself to the bathroom and returned to an empty room with a note on the table saying

"Go home safely, meet us there!"

AISH JJINJA. WHY WOULD THEY LEAVE ME.

Christine's POV

"Wahh! Omona omona! They're going home!" I panicked as I was cutting the last ingredients to put on the last dish that wasn't prepared yet.

"Ahhhh!!!" I screamed then gasp as I cut myself.

"MIN CHRISTINE!" Jungkook scolded, dragging me to the sink soaking my wound with water, cleansing it.

"Aigoo! I'll do this, all I have to do is chop then place it on the pan and let it boil right?" he said

"Mm.."

"Go clean up your wound."

"I.. I can't." the blood made me weak enough, I don't think I could even hold anything as long as I see blood.

"Aigoooo." he took out his hanky and wrapped it around my cut finger applying pressure to the wound. I thanked him and he continued the chopping as I took the party poppers out of the room and cleaned the house.

Minutes later, the guys came in without oppa just as planned.

"Done!" Jungkook yelled saying that all the food were finished and all that we're waiting for is Oppa.

We heard a taxi infront of our house so Jin turn off the lights. I took in a deep breath as Jimin stood beside me.

"You can do this." he whispered. I smiled at him as I try to remember the short simple rap I made. OMONA. I'm gonna rap in a dress?! I didn't have time to change so I just borrowed Jimin's snapback that he was wearing. Jimin shook his head smiling then went to the others holding one party popper and when oppa went in, the party poppers were popped and I can see from oppa's reaction that he was really surprised.

"YAH!" he screamed, opening the lights. He was surprised to see me in the middle.

"What are you doing? Why are you wearing a hiphop cap when you're in a dress pabo." he chuckled

"J-Hope.." I looked at him and he smiled in understanding as he started to beatbox. Oppa looked confused. I took a deep breath as everyone was staring at me. Here goes nothing.

"Uh, Uh, Uh,

My name is Christine and just so you know I'm not a rapper.

I just wanna try it out for a special guy who's getting older.

Nope I don't mean that as an insult. It's his birthday today, you see!" I heard chuckled from everyone but I continued anyway.

"I may sound stupid, but it's worth a shot.

Anything for my brother whom I love alot.

We may only have spend a short time together,

But he was the best brother I thought I had, never.

He really means alot and.. and... I really suck at this.

So let me wrap this up with a short quick kiss." I ran up to him and pecked his cheeks.

"Happy Birthday Oppa!" I told a tearing up Min Yoongi and smiled at him

"I honestly thought you forgot...." he said softly

"You really think I'll forget this special date?" I smiled at him but he just hugged me tightly and I returned it. Everyone howled and screamed and then Jimin got the cake and started singing

"Saeng il chuk ha hamnida" Jimin started and everyone sang along as my brother cried tears of joy. Wah this feeling of satisfaction seeing my brother weep as he smile is far most the happiest day of my life.

"Saeng il chuk ha hamnida

Sarang ha neun Yoongi Hyung/Oppa

Saeng il chuk ha hamnida!" We all cheered as oppa blew his candle.

Everyone clapped as my brother just pulled me in for another hug.

"Thankyou Tinnie ah" he said

"Wah DAEBAK! It's the first time Yoongi hyung got surprised and even teared out of happiness!" J-Hope commented.

"Good job Christine!" RM said giving a thumbs up as I raised mine while Oppa was still hugging me.

"Are you happy oppa?" I asked him

"More than words could explain. This is the far most best birthday I've had for my whole 22 years of living." he said now smiling at me.

"Kajaaa! Let's eat!" I led them all to the table where there were foods prepared as everyone dug in and celebrated

I smiled as the success of the surprise was attained. Everyone's clapping and having fun. Jimin, being the playful one, scooped a finger full of icing and placed on oppa's cheeks and soon everyone was covered with cake icing. Everyone was laughing and smiling and having a good time. I smiled just watching over these idiots have fun.

Happy birthday my dear brother.

I smiled to myself as I join the fun.
