Chapter 25

Edward's Pov

I slowly woke up?? Why would I be knocked out?? Im a vampire for goodness sake. I looked to my left and see Reneesme looking really pale and is barely breathing.

Just as I was about to move my hand. Pain strucked though out my body. Whats wrong with me?? "Nessie??" I whispered in hope that she would wake up.

I looked straight at her and then scrunched my nose at the smell of blood. My eyes widen as I see clearly that shes in a pool of her own blood.

She's covered in bruises and cuts. "Nessie" I hissed at the pain and then struggle to get to her.

As I lean against the wall. I moved my hands and bled onto her, bringing her to my chest. Her heart's barely beating. "Baby, baby." I said as I rubbed her cheeks in order to wake her up.

I looked at the metal door and hear some noises outside. I tried to yell out for help but it came out as a whisper. "Help!"

"Guys!! Theres a door here!!" I heard a familiar voice called out. "Guys, theres no sign of Edward nor Nessie" another familiar voice said.

"Ok tuff guy. Do what ya gotta do" Just then the door melted?? as I see a hand going through it.

A familiar face walked in and his eyes widen as he sees me. "Guys!! They're in here!" Emmet yelled out and then walks to me. "Ohh no" Hailey said in a panicking tone as she walks to me.

"Ok Edward, Im going to make you sleep. You're severely injured and has some sort of vemon in you. Dont worry, we'll help you." I nodded and winced at the pain of even nodding my head.

She smiled and then took Renessme out of my arms and covered her in a blanket. As she looks at me, her eyes glowed and then she placed a finger on my forehead then muttered "Sleep"

Just then Im knocked out into darkness.

--------------------Hailey's Pov

"Everyone, I need you to clear a room for these two." I said out loud as me and Emmet carried Nessie and Edward back to the Cullens place.

Nessie has lose a lot of blood and she's bruised and had some broken bones. As for Edward, the witch that worked with Bella put some different type of venom in him. Its the type that can easily kill a vampire.

"Seth, go tell Sam that I'll be home soon after helping these two out ok??" He nodded and then ran off.

After me and my brothers helped Edward and Nessie. We put them to bed and then told Carlisle that they should be in bed for a couple of weeks. Bed rest.

"Hey babe" I said with a smile as I walked into room just after checking Crystal and my two other babies.

"Hey" He said back with a smile as I lay down beside him.

"Whats wrong??" He asked as he snaked his arms around my waist. "Im worried Sam. Nessie isn't really well, she's broken up. Has broken bones, bruises all over her body and has lost alot of blood." I said with a sigh.

"Hey, at least. She's ok." I smiled and cuddled with him until I fall asleep.

Time skip!

"So, heres the bottles and make sure to..." I gestured at Crystal to finish my sentence since Ive been teaching her how to look after her brother and sister since she wanted to.

"Umm...to help them burp then check in case they poop and call you" Crystal said with a cheeky smile and I nodded with a proud smile on my face.

"She's growing too fast" I said as I lean onto Sam's chest. "Yeah, same goes for Brian and Annie" He added and I smiled as I see Crystal handing the bottles to Brian and Annie.

"You taught her well" Carlisle said as he and Esme walk into the house. "Hey. Hows Edward and Nessie??" I asked once I hugged them.

"Nessie is still unconscious and we're really worried. Edward is up and is strong once again" Carlisle said as we all sit down in the living room on the couches.

"Any news on Bella??" I asked. Esme shook her head 'no'. "But theres someone who looks a tad similar as her." Jasper said as he sits beside Esme as he hands his son Jackson to her.

Yes, Jasper and Alice had finally had a baby boy and they named him Jackson. "Yeah, except she had black hair. She looks just like Annie but an older version of Annie." I was shocked.

Just then the house phone rings. I got up and answered it. "Uley residence. Hailey speaking" I said as I answered.

"Umm. Hi Mrs Uley. This is Charlie Swan's daughter Lizzy. Is there by any chance if Jacob Black is there??" An unfamiliar voice said and I smiled.

"Hello Lizzy. Jake's asleep at the moment. Why dont you tell your dad to come drop you off here." I said.

"No thank you Miss. I dont wanna interrupt your time but thank you"

"Well, if you ever wanted to come over. Dont be a stranger."

After hanging up, I walked into the living room and see Edward looking sad.

"Now, whats wrong??" I ask as I sit on Sam's lap. "Everything that I did. For leaving my mate who's no longer my mate. For being with Bella. For almost killing your daughter." He said as he dry sobbed.

I walked over and hugged him and he hugged me back.

"Its ok Eddie. Everyone has their mistakes. Even I made a very huge mistake once. No one is perfect." I said as I sit beside him.

"Mummy!!" Crystal yelled running well more like flying down the stairs and I placed my hand to where my heart is and breathe heavily.

"Don't scare me like that" I playfully scold her and she gave me a cheeky smile.

"Now, whats wrong??" I asked her as she followed me to the kitchen.

"Well baby Brian and Annie are asleep. So can I go play outside now??" She asked as she pouts.

"You can...." She squealed and then fluttered her wings but I stop her.

"Yes mummy??" She asked and I playfully pinch her cheeks and placed a kiss on her forehead.

"There you go baby." She smiled and then went off.

"She's gonna be a great mum one day" Sam said as he stands beside me as we watch Crystal making some snow balls using her ice power.
