(The actual) chapter 7

Lance P.O.VI was so excited! Oh man, I get to go to the beach!!!! I wonder if Keith knows how to surf? Ok so it's 12 and we're going to the simulator (beach) at 2 ok so just two more hours left. I can do this. I can't do this I can't  do this. I'm nervous. Too nervous. Over the next two hours I took a nap, convinced pidge to like hunk (a/n ok so I think that hunk and pidge should be a thing because yeah, the ship name though?) hehe a little Lance match making, I convinced hunk to like pidge, so my work is definitly done here. And then I took a 15 minute long nap, oh yeah only 10 minutes left I should get ready. I slipped on my blue swimming trunks with red stripes on the sides, and then grabbed sandals, and snacks. I wonder what Keith did over those two hours?

Keith P.O.V It was 12 o'clock and I was hanging with Lance at 2. 2 hours left, ok what do i do? Over the 2 remaining hours I took  a 45 minutes long nap and then hung out with pidge I found out that Lance had talked to her earlier and convinced her to like hunk. I admit, they would make a great couple, so I spent a bit trying to get her to build up courage to tell him. I succeeded at this, and she said she'd tell me what he said when it happened. But she obviously made fun of me and Lance the entire time, I'll tell Lance after. And then after that I trained with shiro for about 5 minutes and then I ran back to my room to change into my trunks. I put on my red swimming trunks with blue stripes on the side and then I grabbed a towel, well two towels because Lance forgets, a lot. I quickly ran down the hall towards the new simulator. But there is one thing... I don't know how to swim! Oh crap! How am I gonna tell Lance?? I met Lance at the smulator "hey mullet head!" Lance shouted waving at me. "O-h h-hey Lance" I said. Oh crap. That sounded bad, and did I seriously just stutter??? "Woah, hey what's with the stuttering?? You ok Keith?" He asked. Woah, hey! He called me Keith! And not just some weird nickname! Yay!! "Yeah, I'm fine, now shall we?" I said motioning my hands towards the door. "Oh, no no, ladies go first" he said while smirking. "Ok, jerk" I said under my breath entering the simulator Lance walked in after me. It was all white except for a grey control panel that can apparently read you mind. "Sooooo what do we do now, I mean, well what buttons do we press" I asked walking over to the panel. "I think we press the power button you idiot" he said playfully punching my shoulder. Oww! That hurt "I knew that" I said pressing the power button. All of a sudden there was a white flash of light and out of the blue it was suddenly warm and I was standing in sand! It actually worked! The stupid thing worked!! Cool!! I could hear the ocean I looked and i saw the water, and an excited Lance running towards it at full speed kicking up sand "hey Lance! Wait up!!" I said running after him. Oh wait then I remembered, I can't swim. This is bad." Cmon Keith what are you waiting for??" Lance said as he jumped into the water. "Oh, um it's just that, I uh, just can't ya know...swim?" I said digging my feet I to the sand. "You don't?? That's no problem, I just guess I'll have to teach you!" He said swimming up to the shore and grabbing my foot. "H-hey stop that!" I shouted jumping back, but Lance grabbed my foot so I fell on my back. "Lance! What the heck!!" I screamed as I pulled my foot away. "I'm brining you into the water, what's wrong with that?" He said sitting next to me. "Ok, so how much would you pay me?" I said. " how about nothing?" He said while grabbing onto me and tying to pull me. "Fiiiiiinnnneee" I said walking with Lance. "So how exactly do you do this again?" I said scratching the back of my neck. "Well first-" Lance started to explain how to swim and crap. I wasn't really listening I was too busy focused on his body, dang he was hot, and had a nice 6 pac. This is bad. "Keith...KEITH!" Lance shouted while waving his hand in my face. "Oh uh yeah?" I asked while getting pulled back into reality... "You hear what I was saying?" "Uhhh... Yes" I lied, what did he say? "Ok so now, step into the water." I stepped into the water...GOSH DARNIT THIS IS FRICKIN COLD!!!! I mentally yelled at myself. "Wow kinda cold" I said clutching onto Lance. "I dunno I think it's kinda warm" Lance said shoving to my icy death I fell face first I tot he water. "Lance! What was that for you jerk?" I shouted getting up and shivering. "You need a little push!" "Oh I'll show you a little push!" I said shoving him so that he tripped "oh yeah!" He said shoving back. We spent the next hour shoving eachother into the water until we decided that we should dry off and go train. "Well, that was fun!" Lance said to me as we exited the simulator. "Yeah, sure... Wanna do it again sometime?" I said drying off my hair. "Sure!" He said walking away. "See ya!" I said walking the opposite way. I heard a brief sound of someone kissing... But who?!?!? I mean I know shiro and allura have a thing but they would never actually do this in the kitchen. I peeked around the corner and land behold hunk was kissing pidge. Gosh, Lance and I are good at this match making stuff! I turned around and walked back to my room. It was around 5 and an hour left before dinner. Today was awesome!
