Naruto can... cook?!

(So another bonus chapter... but anyways! It's picture day at school today, I'm sick, and I have homework to do. So I decided to write a chapter!)

I stood up and ran over to Naruto. He opened his eyes and asked"J-jiji? ...U-umm m-my I a-ask you s-somethwing?" "Ya sure! Anything!" I said back trying at most to not make him cry. "U-umm w-well I would l-like to uhh e-enter the a-academy" he said/asked "c-can you l-let m-me?"

"WHAT?!!" I practically yelled. I was so taken back by this that I fell on my butt. I sat there in shock and let my thoughts take over.

Wait why so early! I mean he's only three years old! And when did this thought even come to him! How does he even know what a the academy is? All these questions were flying through my mind at speeds you couldn't measure.

"H-how do you know what the academy is Naruto?" I asked "and if you know what the academy is then why do you want to enter so early?" I was so anxious for his answe but I had to wait for an answer from our little angel.

"W-well, u-umm you s-see I wanted to become a n-ninjwa so t-that I could p-protect t-those w-who a-are importwant t-to m-me." He peeped out. Even though he was young I kind of wanted to let him, but he doesn't even know how to read! Let alone throw a blade!

(What he doesn't know is that Naruto could read at the age of two, and unlocked his chakra a while back when he was training with kurama)

"How about this" I decided to make a compromise ,"I let you in the academy if you can pass a couple tests of mine, okay?" It will include a written test and since he can't read then he won't be able to be in the academy.

I know it's kind of mean but I have to do it. If he becomes a ninja then he could get killed, or worse. He deffinitly has the will of fire, but you need alot more then that to be a ninja.

As soon as he heard that he would have a chance in the academy he perked up.

Naruto's POV

Yay! Jiji is allowing me to be in the academy! 'Don't be too exited yet, I mean he did say that you will have to take a test' 'y-yeah, I know.. b-but I at least h-have a c-chance now, r-right?' After that kurama didn't speak again (cuz you have a lazy author-chan)

After that jiji told me that he'll let me take the test tomorrow and to rest up. I was also let out of the hospital seeing as all my injuries were gone.

Sarutobi's POV

After I said goodbye to Naruto I began walking back to my office to confront my enemy once more. *shiver* god I hate paperwork so much!

~Timeskip~

It was the next day, 6:30 am, and I am walking over to Narutos house to have him take the quiz. It took 40 minutes to get there seeing as Narutos home isn't to close. Once I got there I flinched at seeing all the damage caused to his home. I decided to walk right in since he is a deep sleeper and it would only lead to the same thing, me having to come in without permission.

As soon as I walked in my nose was filled with the smell of a delicious breakfast.

To be honest I was surprised, I mean he never wakes up early! And I didn't know that he could cook! " Now that I'm embarssed for barging in with out knocking, lets eat breakfast and then you can take your test, okay!" He just nodded his head and continued to cut the fruit-tart.

(By the way fruit-tarts taste just delicious!.. now I'm hungry)

After breakfast, which was amazing, we sat down at the coffee table in the living room, despite the outside the inside is quite pretty plus I put up seals so that villagers couldn't get inside.

I decided to give him the genin test. I told him that he'd have to take this with in the next 45 minutes. I handed it to him along with a pencil. He gave me a funny look and then turned the paper away from me and then continued writing. My thoughts were that he was probably drawing so that he could look smart. I just looked away and decided to read icha icha while I'm waiting. I was about a page or two in when the writing stopped.

I looked up from my book and saw him looking at me, with big round eyes that would make anyone blush at how cute he is. (Well apparently not everyone, considering his parents and almost everyone in the village hate him...) I was brought out of my thoughts when he spoke up and said "u-umm i-im d-done!" He then set his pencil and paper down and left the room.

I looked at the paper expecting something like pictures and stuff but what I found surprised me, there was beautiful handwriting that could only be made by a angel (which he is) I checked the answers and found that each and everyone was correct with very detailed answers that would've took a normal chunin to use at least 20 minutes to write, and yet he only took 5 minutes.

Narutos POV (after breakfast)

I sat down at the coffee table and jiji handed me a piece of paper with questions on it I quickly scanned through all the questions and gave Jiji a funny look because this was really easy. After that I hid my paper so that he couldn't see me writing because I was afraid that my handwriting wasn't good. (Considering that he hasn't seen anyone else's handwriting he doesn't actually know what it looks like, since he's self taught)

It has been about 2 minutes and I decided to put some more details into my answers. After 3 more minutes I stopped writing and looked at jiji who seemed to notice I was done. I said just for for safe measures "i-im d-done." After that I set my pencil and paper down and ran out so I wouldn't be laughed at for my handwriting.

(30 minutes after multiple questions asked by jiji)

Jiji just left and now I'm alone again. I decided to train my body some more since you should never stop training.                                ~•~Shortest chapter yet. But anyways I'll make this as short as possible, cuz I have to go to the doctors office soon *shivers* god I hate doctors. Which is weird since I want to be a Nero surgeon when I grow up... B
