3- Welcome to Camp Green Lake

The Bus ride was nine Long hours, I was handcuffed to a chair and thinking about ways to escape the minute we stopped, and the doors opened. The further into nowhere we got, it got hotter. The bus wasn't air-conditioned and I suddenly felt really uncomfortable. As I started to get sweaty, my clothes was sticking to me it felt annoying, but there was nothing I could do. When we arrived, the guard told me to follow him. "I can't" I said, "and why not" he asked " because I'm still Handcuffed to the chair duhh" I asked confused. "Oh yeah right" I was confused on how he could be that dumb to forget.

As I got off the bus, I heard someone yell " Yo fresh-meat" " wonder what he did" "that ain't no guy that's a chick" someone said, shocked. I could tell by that, this was a boys camp. As I went inside a building a breeze of cold air hit me, I was given an orange jumpsuit, top and boots. I was told to follow this really short man, his name was Dr. Pen-Dan-ski. " Allison you will be..." I suddenly cut him off and pinned him against the wall, saying that's not my name! I gave him a hard punch sending him to the ground.

" Woahhhh" I heard someone behind me and turned around. I looked back to see a guy with dirty glasses and a guy with a bandana around his head. The doctor guy introduced them, as Rex and Jose, but they said. "Yo my names X-ray and that's Magnet" I looked both of them up and down. Dr Pendanski said they all had their nicknames but he liked to use their normal names and they called him "mum." I was wondering why a grown man was considered a "mum."

The two guys walked me over to D tent, x-ray went and got 4 other boys that were called, Squid, Zigzag, Zero and Armpit. I told them all to call me Allie, after I met them I jumped on my bunk and pulled out a cigarette that I managed to sneak past the guard and Mr. Sir. I lit it and everyone suddenly gasped, "what!?" I asked confused. "Are you trying to get in trouble." " Man I don't give a shit" The boys looked at each other and back to me "whatever" I said. When the dinner bell rang I walked with Squid and Zigzag, after we got food that looked like dog food. I went to sit at a empty table but as I was walking there I felt a hand on my waist guiding me to the d tent table. "Leaving us already" Zigzag questioned, I laughed lightly and sat down in between Zigzag and this guy named Barfbag. "So what ya in for Smoke?" X-ray asked "Smoke?" I asked wondering if that was me or not, " Well you did something to get here" Armpit said, "oh yeah, what I did... it wasn't that bad". I said trying to hide the fact that it was.

"Come-on girl tell" x-ray begged I felt all eyes on me. " where do I start.. I was smoking and we..." I was cut off by zigzag asking who 'we' was. "Oh my boyfriend, well my ex now I got in trouble, and he got away with it. "Girl back to what you did..." "oh shit sorry, so basically just vandalism, assault, accidentally blowing something up." Everyone was silent and as I was wondering why, some people got up so I did too, and we went back to the tent and went to sleep.
