Crystal Nightmare Part 1

Lillian laid on her bed staring at the ceiling, the table full of crystals kept flashing through her mind. There was a soft purr in the corner of her room, Kasai laid on his bed watching her, "What are you looking at Mr?" Lillian whispered as Kasai kept his eyes on her, "Guess we should go check it out before we get too far I suppose." Lillian said to Kasai.

Crest was busy adjusting one of the damaged levers in the Engine room when Lillian popped up out of no causing him to fall to the floor, "Dammit Lilly!! Don't just jump out like that!" Crest hissed as he struggled to stand up, "Sorry..." Lillian giggled as she watched Crest return to his business, "So...?" Lillian began, Crest rolled his eyes, "Oh Water spirits, what now?" Crest groaned as he stared into Lillian's mischievous eyes, "How do you feel about playing detective?"  Lillian hummed beside Crest. Crest straightened his body and raised his brow, " I'm listening... " he smirked. Lillian held out the crystal that she had bought earlier that day, "Does this look familiar?" Lillian jumped onto one of the crates and balanced herself on her hands, "This is a wild violet healing crystal!" Crest shouted excitedly, "So... There's this old woman at the port that has a bunch of our crystals" Crest's eyes fell dull,  "...and Zuko bought a cursing crystal, BTW she even has healers, lovers and even Dragon eyes." Lillian paused for a dramatic effect,  "Zuko bought what!?!" Crest rushed, Lillian rolled her eyes, "Dragon eyes Crest, the rarest crystals that should only be possessed by a royal Tenshi?" Lillian repeated, "Honestly, we don't need to worry about Zuko, he doesn't know anything yet." Lillian whispered. Crest held his chin as he thought about all Lillian had said, "So. What's the plan?" Crest asked Lillian as she jumped off the crate, "Interrogate and Confiscate!" Lillian smirked. Crest nodded his head, "Midnight? I have orders to start the engines at dawn." Lillian nodded and left the room, "Midnight"  and then she was gone.

Zuko stood outside on the deck watching the ocean. He reached into his pocket and held the black crystal. What powers could this tiny object possibly hold that's strong enough to harm a Tenshi? Zuko needed more information, "Hey weirdo..." Zuko turned to see Lillian walking towards him, "You ok?" Zuko turned back to the ocean, " I'm fine. Any news of the Avatar? " Zuko question but Lillian brushed it off, "hmmm, fine you say? What happened?"  Lillian asked in a playful tone, Zuko felt his brow twitch, "Any news on the Avatar?"  Zuko repeated in a harsh tone, Lillian sighed, "No Prince Zuko, nothing" Lillian answered. Zuko closed his eyes, "Zuko, I know you think that there is no hope, but we will find him and then we can both go home." Lillian encouraged as she placed her hand on Zuko's shoulder. Zuko placed his hand on top of hers and nodded, "Anyway, I'm going to bed, I'm a bit tired from our pirate trouble." Lillian yawned, "Sleep well Lilly." Zuko whispered as she walked away.

It seems for the past day Zuko's mind has been on the Tenshi a lot, why can't he stop thinking about them? He needs to find one and see if he can get any answers about the relationship between the Avatar and a Tenshi.

It was midnight when Crest and Lillian met on the beach, " We have an hour before they change guards and find me missing from my bunk " Crest whispered as he and Lillian stood behind a huge boulder, " So one hour to get answers?" Lillian asked. Crest nodded at Lillian, "Lets do this Princess!"  Crest hummed as he released his great green wings. Lillian smirked as she released her pure white wings, "Here." Crest held out a black hoody, "So that you don't look like the same Tenshi from the island." Crest said with a smile, "Thanks, would you mind?" Lillian blushed, Crest nodded and turned around so that Lillian could dress in privacy.

Once Lillian was dressed she turned around and placed her hands in the air, "So? What do you think? Don't I look fabulous?"  Lillian asked in a snobby tone, Crest turned around and was met with the glow of Lillian's crimson eyes, "My dear Princess, you look as dark and mysterious as the night." Crest smirked with a bow, Lillian had a huge smile across her fave, "Lets do this!" Lillian said as she took off into the night sky, "Right behind you!"

Lillian and Crest's wings glowed in the night sky as the soared over the ocean. Both had their faces covered and their weapons strapped to their backs. Lillian hovered above the area where she and Zuko had purchased the crystals, "There!" Lillian pointed at the empty stall where she had found the crystals, "Where could she be?" Crest asked as he hovered beside Lillian, "I don't know, but we need to find her soon and get some answers." Lillian said with concern, "Lets split up and see if we can find anything familiar?" Crest suggested, Lillian nodded, "meet back here in 15 minutes" Lillian ordered before diving backwards towards the houses.

Zuko woke from a troubling dream of his mother, instead of meditating he decided to walk out onto the top of the control room tower and get some fresh air. Zuko looked up at the bright stars and felt his heart grow heavy, "Happy birthday Mom, I wish that I could have been with you." Zuko whispered. Zuko lit a small flame in his hand and allowed it to float like a lantern, but before he could release it something flew past at a great speed. Zuko gripped the rails as he watched Tenshi's soared over the port, "It seems like they have lost something" Zuko growled. 

Lillian flew over a few of the fishing houses trying to find the old lady, but it's as if she had disappeared. Crest was searching the factory grounds. Lillian was reading one of the signs on the doors when a fireball flew past her, "What the.." Lillian turned and was face to face with the Prince of the Fire Nation....
