Chapter 32

KEIFER POV

We've been walking through the mall. Percy and CI N were arguing on who Jay's favourite is. Edrix was texting someone like crazy. Calix looked like he was going to cry when Cecilia dropped something for the hundredth time. Denzel was having a heart attack after heart attack, with Grazel running around and the others also being really childish. Drew was trying to get David and Felix  girlfriend because apparently they are boring and dry. Some of them were trying to talk to girls but failed miserably. Mayo and Kit were in their own world, being a couple. Gab was walking, watching Grazel. Kiara was walking with Percy, holding his hand. Percy didn't seem to be attention to Kiara but she was still walking with him.

"Guys, can we go eat?"CI N said, when we reached near the food court.

"You fatass. I wonder why that poor girl puts up with you."Percy mocked.

"You circumcised. Stop getting mad just because you can't have a family."CI n shot back, making Percy turn red with rage.

"Both you, quit it."David said, shutting them both up. "We'll eat their."

Lunch was something else. Not only had I not eaten but the others ate like their lives depended on it. Even the kids ate more neatly. Calix and Edrix were struggling to eat and feed their kids. Denzel was being a protective dad and started watching over Gab and Grazel. I was watching them and Kiara, who had somehow started talking with Yuri. Yuri had a younger sister which is probably why he was good at that. Right? Or Reyna had just taught him well.

Percy had calmed down, probably because he was arguing with a 19 year old child. Or because people were slowly realising who Percy was. CI N however, was not holding back and kept mocking him while there was food in his mouth. David was holding back Felix from starting a fight with Rory because Rory said that he was a sore loser.

After lunch, we went to a bookstore. Yes, 17 adult men with 5 kids decided to go to a bookstore. Apparently, they wanted to find books to and see who got the funniest one.

-Calix:a book about how to stop crying over a girl. (David is their marriage counselor)

-CI N: a book on how to mature for a girl. (So David doesn't end up as a marriage counselor for him.)

-David:a book about how to talk to people. (Because he is harsh with his suggestions)

-Edrix:a book about how to deal with a wild wife. (Freya sent him a spicy text in a bookstore and he nearly yelled.)

-Denzel:a book about spicing up the marriage. (Teenage love)

-Eren, Rory, Felix, Drew and Blaster: books on pick-up lines. ( None of them can get a girlfriend.)

-Mayo and Kit: a book on how to be good gay parents. (They want to be parents.)

-Percy:a book on how to continue the bloodline. (CI N's idea.)

-Eman and Josh: a book on how to get a personality. (They love their jobs a lot.)

-Yuri: a book about positions. (Since Reyna knows all about the body, he can make things fun.)

-Me: a book about fatherhood. (I don't know why but I may need it.)

We started walking again after buying the books. We were walking around for a bit. We stopped at an Ice Cream shop. We ate ice creams and stopped to take a break. 

"You really are a dry father."Percy said to me.

"Says the one who keeps hiding."I muttered.

"I'm serious. You look happy with Gab but then when you're near Kiara, you're just there."Percy explained.

"Meaning?"I asked.

"You look uncomfortable and so does she. Are you abusive or something? I swear if my sister and her kids are hurt, I will run you over."Percy threatened.

"I'm not abusive and thank you for assuming that."I repiled.

"Well I have to. You guys hurt her already. You know how much she changed after that."Percy said.

"Yeah, she got more mature but she still is the same old Jay."I said, a smile on my face. I don't really think she changed a lot. She matured and is more of a mother now.

"You're blind as fuck. Jay became secretive and started hiding things from me and her dad."Percy whispered. 

"What do you mean?"I asked. 

"You know. She actually planned to have you meet the kids earlier but she didn't."Percy whispered.

"What do you mean? I could of met them earlier?"I asked. We were whispering so the rest of them could hear.

"I don't know that well either. But all I tell you, is that it completely scared Jay. And she remembers and replays it every day."Percy answers.

We stop there since we were bored. But Percy's words stayed in my mind. What had happened? What had truly happened?

"Uh guys."Edrix said, his eyes glued to his phone.

"What is it?"

"Is it Freya?"

"Just agree man."

"Yeah, she's in charge of you."

"I know. She messaged me, saying we should go to the club."Edrix's eyes travelled between Ezra and his phone.

"So?"Felix asked.

"If you can't see clearly, some of us have kids which is not good with a club."Calix answered.

"That's your fault. You should stay at home."Drew answered.

"No!"Edrix, Calix, Denzel, and I said.

"We'll hire babysitters."Denzel said. The other nodded but I needed to ask Jay about that.

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and called her.

["Keifer. What do you need?"She answered straight away.]

"Did Freya tell you that we're going to the club?"I asked.

["Yeah. It's Percy's club. Just take the kids home. We'll go together."She said, before ending the call.]

"So what did she say?"Percy asked.

"You guys go to your hotel and get ready. I'll take my kids home and be there with Jay."I repiled.

"Oh! Keifer already using the 'my kids'."

"Yes, man!"

"Don't screw up!"

"Assholes."I muttered.

"Which club is it?"Percy asked.

"Yours."I said.

"Oh, that makes sense. Well, then I shall get ready for my dear."Percy said, before walking away. He hugged Gab and Kiara goodbye before leaving.

"I'll pray for Honey."CI N said.

"Did you find something for her?"David asked.

"Yes! I found a necklace that has 'Be mine'."CI N said, holding up the bag. He was guarding it like a hawk.

"Yeah, yeah."CI N said, holding the bag like treasure.

"See you there, man."Yuri said, before the others slowly left.

The only people left where Gab, Kiara and me.

"Let's go home."I said, reaching out my hand.
