Chapter 30

KEIFER POV

So this was how the great Jasper Jean Mariano got ready for her day. A laughing and running child and a child who wants to be attached to her. I watched, as soon as I finished cooking, how she quickly fed them and got ready for the day. A simple grey suit with a neutral lip. Hot and Sexy. 

"Stop looking at me and help!"She yelled. One hand of hers was feeding Gab and the other was trying to reach her phone.

"Okay, Gab come. I'll feed you."I said, grabbing the spoon out of her hands. She went to pick up her phone and guess who it was.

["BABY SISTA! ARE YOU AND NEPHEW AND NIECE, OKAY?!"Percy yelled through the phone.]

"Go to work, Percy."Jay told him, while packing the kids bag. She would leave them every morning with Aries and Ella since they liked babysitting. ( Aries didn't  but Ella wanted him to be ready.)

["I don't have work, today. I have a shoot later this week. I'm staying with the kids since Aries is taking Ella to her doctor's appointment."Percy said.]

As soon as he said that, me and Jay turned to look at each other, our eye's widening at what Percy said. Him and kids. Massive baby and actual kids. An absolute recipe for disaster.

"I'll take them."I offered. I was going with the unmarried dudes of Section E to go with CI N so he can plan their proposal.

"Are you sure?"Jay asked me.

"Yeah. It'll be fine."I said.

"Ok then. Keifer said he'll take them."She said to Percy.

["OOOH! Wait! I'll come with. I want to see Honey again."Percy said.]

I actually started feeling bad for Honey. I had asked her to come to deal with Percy but now, she might as well resign. But then again, Honey had a sharp tongue and had a very bad attitude. Which is why she was great to have because she knew how to deal with annoying clients.

"Fine."I said, after Gab finally finished his food.

"Okay then."Jay said, hanging up the phone.

"You should go to work now."I told her as she stuffed an apple in her mouth.

"I know."She said, after taking a bite of it. She kissed Kiara first, who was attached to her leg now.

"Baby, mummy needs to go."Jay tried to reason with her. I would try but I needed to give Kiara some space.

"Fine."Kiara finally said, letting go of Jay's leg.

"Thank you baby. Mummy will see you later."Jay said, planting a kiss on Kiara's cheek.

"Bye baby."Jay said to Gab, who had his arms out wide.

"Bye Mummy."Gab said, rubbing the kiss of his face.

Jay and I then just stared at each other. I could feel my face going hot, probably because we just stared awkwardly at each other.

"Mummy! Kiss daddy goodbye."Gab exclaimed.

"A-ah no. That's-"We had said the same thing at the same time.

"Please Mummy."Gab said, giving her puppy eyes. Even I couldn't handle them. I wanted to give in to.

"Fine."Jay said, giving me a quick kiss on my cheek. I hadn't noticed until it was done and she looked back at me, face red. My face was probably redder.

"Bye babies."Jay stuttered, before leaving us.

To be honest, I wanted more kisses. So I just held the part of my cheek where she kissed.

"So Daddy, can we go now?"Gab asked, a suspicious look on his face.

"Uh Yeah."I repiled.

JAYJAY POV

Sometimes I really want to kill Aries and Ella. They were too lovey dovey. I used to never have a problem with it but now I was going to tear each strand out of my hair if I had to kiss Keifer again. But he did kinda look good. A black apron over a white tank top and grey sweatpants. When I kissed his cheek, I smelt that strong coffee and sugar smell. Smells I loved.

WHAT WAS I THINKING?!

I was on the road right now, at the signal. I hated London traffic. It was always slow when I needed it to go fast. Really annoying. But I managed to make it to my office. I had to write a few contracts and then plan some meetings for the week. Really frustrating. Thankfully, I had my assistant, Noah. We had been friends at uni, where he was my senior and then I ended up being his boss. He knew about my kids but I had only told them that the father's had died. I never found it important to let everyone know about my private affairs.

"Good Morning, Ms Mariano."Noah greeted me in the office.  Our office was a floor of one of the biggest buildings in London.

Mariano Group was a more secretive Group since Papa preferred to be kinda unknown in the business world. Everyone knew we existed, no one knew where we were. Papa was barely at work and had taken a leave, which no one cared since the Group ran well on its own. So Aries and me were the main people in charge when Papa was taking a vacation with Mama. Aries would work from home until they'd be back before Ella gives birth so Papa can take over his role.

"Good Morning. Could you bring the files into my office?"I asked.

"Of course ma'am."Noah said.

I walked into my office. It was a medium sized office, with law books and reports. Every deal made by the Mariano Group was stored in my office. The important ones, such as business transfers and agreements were stored at Papa's mansion in a safe. 

I cleaned my desk (moved a mug) and then sat down and opened my laptop. I checked my emails. Nothing important. Good. I wasn't bothered with dealing anything so early in the morning. People should work hard for six months straight and then take the next six months off. It was too hard to work every single day of the year. But I had to because one wrong mistake on my end could harm a lot of people.

I checked my messages while Noah was still getting the files. It was just Papa and Mama sending pictures of them on holidays. Ella complaining about how stressed Aries was getting. Percy was asking which outfit Honey would like better and Keifer just sent me a photo with the kids dressed up. He was actually a natural at this. Then I went to the Girls Group chat.
