Downtown LA 10:00pm Kehlani's P.O.V" 1.. 2... 1..2.." " on some nights like this, shawty I can't help but think of us" "I've been reminiscing, simping, miss ya, can you tell me what's all this distance loveeee" I was in Downtown La performing my post tour shows, Yall know I can't just sit at home for a min. I gotta go out and get this work. I looked out in the crowd and I saw the section of my people was being a lil suffocated by the fans. " Hold on, stop for a min. Y'all know I love y'all. But this little section right here, needs to be clear. I got my mom, my baby, and my friends are here. I know some of y'all wanna crawl on this stage but respect the distance between y'all and this specific session. But now I would like for one of my good friends, Sharae Davenport to come the stage"

Sharae's P.O.V

I'm so confused, why me? I got up the stage looking back at destin and he's just as confused as I am. A chair was pulled out for me and for the guitar player that just came onto the stage. IS THIS BITCH BOUT TO SING 'Honey' To ME!!! I'm am famgirling my own friend right now. "I like my women like I like my honey, sweet a little selfish. I like my women like I like my moneyyy, greenn a little jealous." I looked at keh like girl, is you serious " All the pretty girls in the world but I'm in this space with youuuu" while she was singing she brought adeya up there and everyone in the crowd was overwhelmed with her cuteness. "Sharae, we've been friends for a while and everyone in our personal lives already know we been feeling each other, and I'm not comfortable around no one else like I'm comfortable with you. I don't smile the same, I don't act the same. I wanna see where this goes." " mommy?" Adeya said " yes baby?" " Can I show her now?" "You can show her dey" Adeyea unzipped her coat and reveal a custom shirt that saids ' will you be mommy's girlfriend?' I laughed because this is the cutest way to ask someone to be their girlfriend. " Yes Kehlani I will be your girlfriend" everyone applauded and cheered " LA that's it for tonight, I love y'all" I got up from the chair and kissed her deeply. I really would love to see where this goes with her. I want it to work out so bad and I know she feels the same. .....Backstage Destin's P.O.V

" Girl y'all surprised the hell out me, keh you did that. And little dey dey" I picked her up and rested her on my hip. " what y'all bout to get into?" " well we are heading to mama house, to let her know the good news and to spend sometime with her before the funeral tomorrow." Sharae said wrapping her arms around Kehlani. " you know what that's not a bad idea, I'll call babe and make it a thing" I gave dey to Kehlani and I went into the dressing room to get my phone. I walked into the room and I seen the devil himself. " Giveon, what do you want and why are you in my room?" " Baby, take me back please. I found out Justine was lying about the pregnancy and I wasn't myself" " Listening chille you can keep all of that. Get out my room, I'm only going to ask nicely once" " What does he do for you? Huh? Does he take you to Paris just because, does he hold you the way I held you? Does he make love to you the way I have made love to you" " actually no" a smile came across his face. " he does it better than you, and you wasn't making love to me, you was lusting me" that smile dropped real quick. Before I could finish my sentence a knock came to my door. " come in!" The door opened revealing my man my man my mannnnn " hey baby I was just about to call you" " really? So why this Nigga in here?" " oh him, he was just leaving" " nah I'll leave, looks like I was interrupting something." He made his way to the door. " Tank you not serious right now" he walked out without saying a word to me. " Get out!" I turned to giveon " De.." I didn't want to hear nothing else from him, I opened the door to help him make his grand exit. He got the hint and left out and I slammed the door in his face. I went to get my phone and called tank immediately. "Your call has been forward to the automatic voice message.." I hung up called back , same thing. I put my head back and groaned " I am going to kill him !!!"

Sharae's P.O.V

" wait he was here?!" " Girl yes, now tank is mad because he thought we was on some other shit" destin leaned back in the car seat. " let me call him, you stay quiet in the back" I dialed tanks number into the car. " hello?" He answered and destin rose up to the front seat. I fanned him off " what happened?" " I don't know sis, does your brother really love me?" " of course he does, don't let giveon ruin what y'all got. Misery loves company. All I can say is, is talk to him and let him explain what you saw and how it made you feel. From what destin told me, he was just trying to get the boy out his room." " well I'll call him, thanks sis. Love you" " love you too" the call hung up and turned to destin. " Nigga when I said sit back , sit back! Yo ass was bout to jump in the front seat as soon you heard his voice" " sis that man got me sprung like a bedroom mattress" we all laughed at that shit cause what?! Destin phone ring and he blocks me and keh out in the front seat. " you good" I asked her " yeah, I just can't believe we made thing official. I'm happy" she was cheesing hard as hell tho. " meet too babe, since we never had a date before you asked me. Would you like to go on a date with me Sunday? and you have to bring adeya. Maybe go to the zoo or something. Then later that night have a dinner, my place or yours?" I put my hand on thigh while i was focusing on the road. "Your place is fine until I find out who the hell is stalking me." " well you know my home is open to you, dey, and your mom till this blows over" " I gotchu" she replied. We made it to my moms house. Since I had a key, I opened the door myself. Betty wright was in the background in my mama's bedroom. " mama I know damn well your old ass ain't being nasty in here" " oh shit" I heard her say. " oh shit is right!" My mama and her fiancé came out the room covering up themselves. " don't cover up now, you wasn't covering up when y'all been bumping bones" destin said " bumping bonessss" Kehlani repeated laughing her ass off. " what y'all come here for" " me, Kehlani and destin came by to keep your company before bri's ceremony tomorrow and to let you that Kehlani and I are together" her eyes lit up " Oh that's good news, congratulations to y'all. I would hug you but I'm pretty sure y'all know what we were doing" " bout to make me throw the fuck up" destin mumbled. This Nigga is on a roll tonight. Kehlani chuckled " it's fine ms.nette thank you" " and where is tank?" " I'm here, ms.nette" this Nigga just popped up outta nowhere. " I drove by your house and I figured if you weren't there, you would be here." " aww baby" destin said wrapping his arms around his neck. " This is beautiful, I can feel love in this room. Let us go shower and let me put some food on the stove." " US? Shower? Girl you still my mama nie, don't get whooped" I said causing everyone to laugh. " I'll go shower first nette so I can put the meat on the grill" " okay big poppa" she replied following a kiss. " uh uh!" Destin said " where is the trash can, hell nah" i said acting like I was going to throw up. I know I'm just joking at them. But I like seeing my mom happy like this. But me and that nigga definitely need to talk before I call him my dad. " can I invite my mom and baby" Kehlani asked my mom while she pulling collard greens out the fridge. " you sure can baby" my mom replied. Keh grabbed her phone to call her mom, 2 hours went by,The food was cooked, everyone was there and it was a great family moment.

... The next day

Everyone was already there for bri's homecoming ceremony, it wasn't that many people, just some of her friends, close family and friends. It was an outside setting and sitting in front of her body was unreal to me. My mom and destin didn't take it well. Me? I'm just holding everything in. " now for the final viewing, family first" my mom shook her head repeatedly, " No, No" Jerome held her closely as she was the first of the last time we see her again. My mother Trimbled her way to her child. She leaned down and gave her a peck on the forehead. " my baby, my baby. You should've taken me!" Jermone escorted my mom to the side so I can view her next. Kehlani and adeya were next to me and I just looked down. " no!!! Come back please! We didn't spend enough time together" Kehlani grabbed me In her arms and escorted me away to the side where my mother and father was.

Destin's P.O.V

Ma and Rae went before me and I'm nervous, I don't know how my reaction will be. But I know whatever happens is out of my control. I stepped up and I saw my sisters face. She doesn't even look like herself. I placed a rose on her and gave her a kiss on the forehead and I shook my head as I walked away. Something inside of me told me to let it out, if I hold it in now, I'll hold it in forever. I got to my mom and I just rested my head on her shoulder and wailed out. " It's not fair mama!" " I know baby I know." I felt hands surrounded me and my guard was completely down as I let my tears flow. Our crying session was over as other people viewed her , came by and spoke to us. The parking lot was cleared out and one person was left to view her before she is put into the ground. He took off his hat and my mama bout lost it. " No!No! Charlie this is your fault. What is it this some kind of sick game to you." " Nette, she was my niece!" " THAT YOU RAPED AND IMPREGNATED!" Sharae shouted, sharae looked down and saw adeya and quickly gotten herself together for the sake of her girlfriend's child. " Leave Charlie, it's best for everyone at this time" Charlie looked Jerome up and down. " Oh jermone, since you got with back with my sister, you think you in clear water, huh? Why don't you tell nette about that outside child that you had and the real reason why your ass had to fake your death." " now is not the time Charlie!" " I would like to know as well" sharae said crossing her arms. " baby girl we will talk at the house, come on nette" " me and Rae will stay back, we will meet y'all at the house" "I'm coming to house with y'all" charlie spoke " no sir, your best bet is to go back where I sent you before youre buried next to her, but then again I think your sick ass might like that" My step dad grabbed my moms hand and took her to the family car " You gone ride with tank?" Sharae asked Kehlani " Yeah baby, go spend time with your brother" " okay babe" They pecked and Charlie looked at them with disgust " y'all need to stop that slack shit" " and you need to shut the fuck up" sharae yelled out taking keh and adeya to tanks car. " y'all going to hell for what you're doing!" " So are you, R.Kelly" Kehlani yelled out while buckling adeya in. Everyone went into the places, Charlie still decided to follow them home. And me and destin talked about memories of bri as they were putting in the ground. Her last time above the ground.

.... Sharae's P.O.V

Me and destin came back from the graveyard and I saw Charlie ass sitting on the couch. " Who the fuck do you think you is? You come to her funeral. What you wanted to torture her one last time. If you leave LA alive you better thank who you rely on, cause it ain't my black Jesus that you serve sir!" My mama came around the corner to calm me down. " hey look at me, don't give this Nigga no satisfaction. He will be gone soon" " he better" adeya walked by him and his eyes was glued on her and Kehlani definitely caught that shit" Who baby is this? She a pretty little thang" he said cheesing from ear to ear. Kehlani got up and went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife " Charlie don't play with me, you need to go now! I don't play about my child! PLAY WITH SOMETHING SAFE!!!" " baby put the knife down" I was trying my hardest to grab the knife from her but baby wasn't budging and if adeya wasn't here I would've let her gut that bitch like a fish " Nah FUCK THAT SHIT, this nigga staring at my child like she grown ass woman!" " mommy, you're scaring me" adeya was in front of her crying with her thumb in her mouth. That brought her back to reality and she put the knife down on the counter. " I'm sorry baby, we're about to go to Sharae's house okay. We can watch the new Barbie movie" " Yeah" she said sniffled " Yeah? Okay baby dry your eyes and take my hand" I gave her my keys and I told her me and destin will meet her at the house. They walked out and Charlie had a confused look on his face. " what I do?" " SHUT ... UP" my mom gritted through her teeth. " Get out Charlie!" She screamed. He got up and made his way to the door. Before he left my mom told him this " I told your ass if you came back to LA, you wasn't going back to South Carolina. I got something for you brother" " Net..." Slam!" Mama you good?" I asked her as she paced back and forth in the living room. " No Im not! I failed, I failed as a mother! I wish I could've read her mind while she doing what she was doing. My.. My child is gone. I know what she was going through, whenever I asked her she brushed it off. I wish she would've came to me!" My mama broke down crying and me and destin instantly went to her to comfort her. I came up with an idea. " Mama go pack your stuff and y'all gone stay with me for a while. I already got keh, adeya and her mom there. It's enough room for y'all as well, yall can't stay here right now." " what about the re.."" I'll handle the rent, but right now there are too many memories of bri at the moment. Destin if you want to move in there is enough room for you too. Everyone needs to be together right now. Everyone is hurting."  I hugged my mom, rocking her back and forth.

..... Later that night 12:00 am

Kehlani's P.O.V After dinner and everyone tucking in I came in Sharae's room for lil night cap. " everyone is in bed except your mom and daddy, they ass too old to be that freaky" sharae laughed at my comment while she was strolling through YouTube on the TV. " we bout to smoke?" I asked getting excited. " Yeah, then imma slurp you like lollipop" " oh really?" " yeah babe, if they hear anything they know to block the noise out. There is one baby in this house, if she ain't disturbed by the noise , we good. But on a serious note, thank you for being there for me today. I really appreciate it baby. Tomorrow I'm taking everyone to the water park, breathe a little." She leaned forward and I did the same. Our lips instantly touched and a little tongue was involved. " you're welcome baby" Rae lit the blunt and we did 'puff puff pass' and that weed started to get to me. I started to give babe those eyes. She broke out of her daze and looked at me staring. " you better stop, house full of people nie. And you know you can't stay quiet" " let them hear, like you said, my baby is the only baby in here." I climbed on top of her and straddle her. " But I'll try to be quiet tho" I stuck my tongue out and sharae sucked on it slowly, following a whole make out session. " adeya baby be careful" " okay mommy" Adeya and mom went into the pool while I was chilling under the umbrella with sharae and her people. " you are so patient with her, Kehlani" Ms. Nette said. " Thank you, Ms. Nette I try to be, even though I be having some thoughts about whooping her little ass, but the worse thing I could do, is pop her on her thigh. These babies aren't animals you know. You don't have to yell or beat them up for them to understand." We conversed a little longer and then I pulled my phone out to take an instagram story. " Say hey everyone" I said pointing the camera in their direction, they interacted and then I seen my fine ass girlfriend with a sports bra on and swim trucks. And the way her dreads been flowing down her back and the sun kissing her brown skin, lawd I'm wet y'all. I pointed the camera to her as she was giving her mom the shaved ice she asked her to get. " Y'all look at my fine ass girlfriend" " hey baby" " hey daddy" I giggled as I uploaded the video to my story and brought my attention back to Her. She leaned down to kissed me and I accept the invitation. We talked and got adeya out the pool, wrapping her in a towel and heading towards the exit.

" mommy I have to pee" she spoke while laying her head on my shoulder, while I was carrying her towards the exit " me too, okay baby let me take you" I told everyone else they can head to the car and we will be out shortly. We got into the bathroom and adeya went towards the other stall. " whoa, where you going dude? I thought you had to pee. we always go into the same stall" " mommy I want privacy now, I'm growing up" I chuckled, Girl you ain't nothing but 4 slow the hell down. Talking bout growing up chileee. " okay but remember to wipe after you finish" we went into our separate stalls and I was releasing my own urges. I heard the bathroom door open then close" baby you done?" I didn't hear nothing. I quickly wiped off and got up. " adeya I hope this not one of your little pranks, we gotta.." I looked over her stall and she was not there. I ran out the bathroom looking for my baby. " ADEYA!! ADEYA!!" I've gotten a few judgement stares from a couple people. But I didn't care, where the hell is my baby . I got a text message on my phone and it was a message from my ex 007. I ignored it and I went back to searching for my child. Between the sun beaming on me and my heart about to buss wide open from my anxiety, a bitch was bout to pass out. I got a phone call from her again and I answered it. "WHAT?!" " whoa, slow down, is that how you talk to the person that has you child?" " 7, where is my child?" " I'll text you the addy, come and get me babe, until then I'll be making our  child real comfortable, just like allstate, she's in good hands" I tensed up and hung up the phone. I jetted to the car with tears running down my face and everyone looked at me in confusion.once I got into the van I was hyperventilating, panicking. " Baby what's wrong? Calm down!" " WE GOTTA GO NOW" I said beating onto the side of the van. " where's adeya?" My mom asked. I broke down again. " 007 kidnapped her!! We gotta go NOW!!!"
