Ch. 6 : Tour Daze Pt.1

6:00am LA, CA ( Bus 1: Destin, Kehlani, Sharae, and Jamie) Kehlani's P.O.V

" Wake up bitch we in La" Destin said shaking me out my sleep. It wasn't that long of a ride just a 2 hour  ride. Tonight is the premiere night of the Blue water road tour and I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I haven't been on tour in a year, so my emotions are all over the place. " Let me call my mom to check on my baby and I'll meet y'all out front" My baby has been with my mom for a year now in LA, the school is better and I want her to experience her being around her grandmother, since I didn't have the luxury of being around my mother. I FaceTime my moms phone and I waited for 2 minutes for her to answer. Instead of my mom answering, I saw my baby girl smiling from ear to ear . " Hey Dey bird" I screamed on the phone as I see my beautiful child across my screen. " hey mommy" she smiled, " what you getting into a lil homie" destin butted in " hey uncle destin" " so, how is school so far? Good behavior and grades I hope" I asked " it's okay, but I met a boy" she blushed " a boy?!" Oh lord let me gone head and get me a shotgun 🙄. " well don't move too fast, you're only 4, don't make me take a switch to your lil ass" " okay mommy" she giggled. " so, since mommy is going to be near you for 2 days , how do you feel about coming to mommy's night shows in LA, you and grandma?" I asked " yayyy, that would be sooo coool" " that'll be cool?" I asked excitedly. Y'all don't understand, if it wasn't for adeya I wouldn't be alive. Baby girl saved my life on some real shit. " hey keh, I heard you're in LA?, and yes I'll bring adeya up there for both nights. And I have someone I want to meet at the show tonight" I looked at the phone confused " is it a guy friend or a lady friend?" " I've been dating an older woman for almost a year now" I was taken back. I never knew my mother was the lesbo type. " mama you out here in these la streets bussing it open" she laughed " I mean if she catching imma throw it" " tmi mama too much, well I'll send y'all the address to the stadium and I'll see y'all later" " okay babe we will be there before the doors open so you can spend some time with Dey bird" " alright ma, love you" " love you too" I hung up the phone and went around front to see what everyone else is up to. " good morning sleeping beauty" sharae yelled. " I been up, I was on the phone with my baby and she's coming to the first 2 shows in LA" I said jumping around. " well I did invite my son, if that's okay with you" sharae said " girl you good, destin did you invite anyone?" I asked " well giveon will already be there, so I invited mom and she said she will be coming down here with josiah by 8:30, Jamie?" " well I've been seeing someone and he will be on tour with us" she blurted " wait, is he apart of the staff?" Destin asked grilling the hell out Jamie. " yes, but you'll figure out who he is by time the tour is over, we just taking things slow at the moment." " let's eat then head to this 3 story air bnb and vibe out till 6:30 for the final sound check" destin gave all of us a glass of mimosas and we cheered for a great and positive tour but you know it's gone be some bullshit. My phone chimes signaling me that I have a text. I looked on my phone and I saw it was from kiara  'expressing herself' to me.

  I locked my phone immediately after.Now I know there is gonna be some bullshit 🙄especially since I now know that kiara will be joining us for the whole tour. I forgot that bitch is apart of the tech team, lord be with me. 8:30 am at the AirbnbSharae's P.O.V

We made it the LA house where we will be staying for 2 nights then we will be going to Phoenix, AZ. I'm definitely excited, I know my way all around LA and I'm excited to see how they gone be turning up on this tour, destin already shared some stories of their tour days, so I can't wait to experience that myself. I'm finally unpacked and I hop in the shower so I can put on my bathing suit and go to the pool with everyone else. I wrapped my hair up in a bun and put on my baby pink two piece bathing suit. I grab my slides, my beach towel and phone and headed to the elevator. I went to the elevator on my floor and I pushed 1 signaling the elevator to go the1st floor. I headed to the pool, speaking to everyone on my way to the back where everyone else was. By everyone else I mean Kehlani, destin, Jamie and some of the background dancers. When I came out I automatically spotted my people. " damn bitch that must be jelly cause jam don't shake like that" Jamie said. I started twerking while 21 by da baby blasted in the backyard. " don't hurt yourself now" destin said. I looked at the corner of my eye and I see kiara on the slide line watching me. I obviously ignored her cause ion coming on this tour to deal with no bullshit I'm here for a good time, period. " You know kiara is coming on this whole tour with us"  destin said grilling kiara with his devious stare."Man fuck that square ass bitch, she already know wassup with me so she need to be on her chill shit on this tour" I said to him. " who want shots?" I announced as I was walking to the bar. " We all do" destin said speaking for him, keh and Jamie. Keh followed me to bar to help with drinks. " you good mama?" I asked " yeah, it's just different now, like.." " you don't have to understand everything right now, we both know a lot of bullshit happened before the tour, but you and her are already here. Just take all this once at a time. Now let's enjoy this tour and whatever happens, happens" I said reassuring her. " you always know what to say, you know what you're right. I mean look we in LA, my show is in a few hours.." she chugged her shot and ran straight to the pool and cannonball it. " LIFE IS GREAT" she shouted once she came up from the water. I laughed and went over back to the crew. " sharae what you did to my friend" he laughed and grabbed his shot from me. " just gave her some advice about the whole kiara situation" I told him and Jamie. " good, cause was I the only that notice that she was uncomfortable" Jamie asked " no I could've tell as well, but shawty better come correct when it comes to that one cause I will knuck the fuck up, cause ion give a fuck about nunnndat shit. I don't give a fuck who it is" destin said loudly. Kiara looked up " even you hoe, try it" he said to her. I'm dead 🤣. " y'all hell on wheels , I promise you" I said laughing. " Ight since we got the drinking started, who's ready to roll" Jamie said bringing weed and a pack of backwoods out her bag. " roll that shit up now" keh said in the water. 4 blunts were rolled for us to put in rotation. We touched our blunts together " cheers to a good time tonight" Jamie said and we agreed and smoked our brains out until 6:00pm until destin and keh's final reharsal. "boe, im high as fuck" I said leaning back into the cushion chair by the pool. I saw Michelle from the side of my eye coming up to me " welp let me go inside" i said avoding her, speeding in the house. " well well well" i heard destin said laughing his ass off

Kehlani's P.O.V.

" Can you run 'distraction' back please" I said finishing every song for the show. But i wanted a new melody for distraction so It could be better live than in the studio version. " Give me more bass, A little bit lighter and faster tempo and I think that should be perfect, and add the clap sounds too please" 20 mins later I got the perfect melody for distraction to close the show out for tonight. I made it to the back to get ready for hair and makeup. My hairstylist was setting up tool to do my hair for tonight show. I'm doing a curly up/ down hairstyle and I just sat back and let my bitch do her thing. 45 minutes later I was finished. " alright mamas turn around" I did what I was told and I was in love with myself. " I'm fine as fuck yo, damn!" I laughed. " congratulations on the first night ma, your makeup artist will be here in 30, so sit back take some pics, it's a gift bottle of don juilo by the mirror for you , turn on some music and vibe out and have a good night" I hugged her. " thank you baby, you coming to the after party right" I asked " bitch you know it, let me go get destin faded up and I'll come back and check on you" she left out and I opened my gift bottle and took 2 shots to kill my nerves. While I was waiting on my makeup  artist, I got on my phone and strolled through instagram. I stopped at a post, that had a picture of me and kiara with a broke heart between us and it's on the SHADE ROOM 🤦🏽‍♀️' Kehlani is single, again?!, Ex-girlfriend and tech manager of Kehlani's up and coming 25 US BRW tour, kiara stated that she was lonely in the relationship and felt like they were more better as friends than lovers' I gasped reading the article about my recent breakup. This bitch is putting my personal business on the internet, what a pussy bro.  I was reading through the comments and I heard a knock on my door. " come in" I yelled. I looked at who walk through that door and I know I gave the nastiest eye roll to her. "Can we talk keh? " kIara said sitting down in the closet chair to me " what the fuck can you possibly talk to me about kiara, Since you want to talk, how in the hell did our break up end up on the shade room, huh?" I asked and I pray she tells me the truth, if not I'm going the fuck off in the dressing room. " Oh, I don't know how, I know how you like your private life, private." " so why in the fuck, is our shit on the shade room Kiara! There is no need to lie to me anymore, we aren't together. If I ask you a question, I already know the answer" I said flashing the article in her face on my phone. " it clearly saids that YOU SAID, you were lonely and that we were better off as friends, if you felt that way cool, but don't be grilling me at the pool and text my phone." I said getting up " I did that to get your attention babe" she said getting up as well. " well bitch you got it! Nah you didn't do this for attention you did this shit to be petty, you know I like to keep my relationships private from the media. Now you're feeding more and more in their narrative that I am a hoe! and that I get a girlfriend almost every year like it's an anniversary. You know what, get the fuck out and stay out my way. Since you and everyone else wants to keep this narrative, A hoe y'all want, a hoe y'all will get" I opened the door and motion for her ass to get out of my room. " keh I'm .." I slammed the door in her face and slid down the door crying. I sat there for a good minute crying. My make up artist came in, did me up real good and then my assistant came in with my attire for tonight. 

Destin's P.O.V

" have a great show destin" my hairdresser said before walking out. I opened my gift bottle of don juilo and I took a shot to ease my mind. Tour starts in an hour and I'm a little nervous, but I'm going to kill it like always. I heard a knock on the door. " come in" Giveon came in with a bouquet of red roses. " hey, aww thank you baby" I said going over to him to kiss him and this mother fucker dodge it. " okay what's wrong with you now love" I said crossing my arms. If you had an attitude what the fuck you came in here for with flowers. " the other day when I met Sharae officially as your man" he said sitting down. " first of all, you might've met her but when did WE make anything official? According to everyone else than the people behind the scenes thinks you're straight. I thought we were just fooling around until you figure out what you wanted to do." He sigh "so,im just something to just fuck on to you destin? Your ass don't take me seriously" "I mean, obviously you dont take me serious, you haven't even came out to the world yet, so who is really is something just to fuck on giveon, you know what, you can see the door cause I don't have time for this shit. When you come out then I'll see how differently this situationship goes" I walked over the door and he went to kiss me, I put my hand up " I tried that remember. Are you excited for the premiere night" she said sitting down. " Exactly, girl I told his ass he can see the door for real. But what drama has come your way?" I went over to my mirror and poured me and keh a shot. " girl, have you seen the shade room?" She asked " girl no why?" I grabbed my phone and saw the article of keh and kiara. " ouuu this is messy" I gasped " girl I fussed her ass out, then she got the nerves to lie and said she didn't but I gotta tell you something else tho" " wassup?" I said sitting up " Me and your sister had sex last night after the club" Wait what?! "Bitch WHAT?! I am dead" I playfully passed out " alright I'm back, bitch, I mean y'all was drinking a lot that night but damn what the hell my mind is blown" I am really in shock my best friend and my sister, wow. We were chopping it up some more and I strolling through instagram and a article was posted on the shade room 1 minute ago. ' R&B singer Justine sky went on live and confirmed that she is 2 weeks pregnant by her ex lover GIVËON. Close sources of Justine report that it was drunk night and they are still in contact till this day' " Bitch read this shit" I gave keh my phone to read what I just saw cause I know I'm not tripping. Justine Sky as in Kehlani's Ex girlfriend Justine. " boe hell nah, 2 weeks. He told me y'all been dealing with each other for a good minute" " I am going to kill that bitch, wait just wait"
