Part 7

Rin'sPOV

I rolled out of bed and shot a glance at the clock. 6:00AM. Well, better than 5 but still early. I didn't even bother eating breakfast, I wasn't hungry, and I was still thinking about Kurama. I sighed, and headed to train.

About a minute later, I heard someone calling my name and a hand waving in front of my face. I snapped out of my thoughts. Hinata was standing in front of me. "Sorry I was distracted, lost in my thoughts, you know." I apologized, slightly embarrassed. Hinata smiled, "It's okay." And we lined up to take the graduation exam.

I looked out of the corner of my eye to the people walking in to the classroom. Sakura. Choji. Ino. Shikamaru. Hinata. Kiba. Shino. Sasuke. When it was my turn, I heard, "Kid, if you fail this, I will be embarrassed for the rest of my life." Kurama warned. I snorted. Typical Kurama, actually thinking I could fail. As I entered the classroom, Iruka sensei was sitting next to a guy with blue hair. Blue? Anyhow, he told me to do the clone jutsu, and I did it, and he told me I passed and that I could get a headband. Looking at the different colours, I grabbed the black one and turned towards the exit door. I hadn't noticed another person standing at the door. The lady gave me a disgusted look, and when I exited, I heard her mutter, "lord hokage is crazy letting such a monster become a ninja." I pretended not to hear, as I walked out of the academy.

As soon as I was out, I smashed my fist in to the wall, causing it to crack a bit. Sasuke was casually sitting on a bench, and asked, "did you pass? And why are you beating up the wall?" I sighed, and pointed at the leaf protector on my forehead, half hidden by my bangs. "Of course I passed, and just more insults from the adults." Sasuke just lifted an eyebrow, which I suspected meant, Oh. I plopped down beside him, earning a couple nasty looks from Sakura and Ino. "I wonder what team I'll be in..." I muttered. Sasuke just shrugged.
