Attack of the Dark Elves

01:43, 22 August 2020

With the help from Frigga, I found my way to the dungeons. I walked through the dungeons, looking for my father. A few prisoners looked at me, but I ignored them.

There was this one prisoner. I stopped walking so I could look at him. He looked like he was wearing a mask. He had a horn on both sides of his head. He had a horn on both cheeks. I wasn't convinced that this guys was Asgardian or a normal criminal.

I walked away and continued looking for my father. Some of the prisoners banged on the yellow barriers to scare me, but it didn't work.

I finally found Loki's cell. Frigga was inside of the cell, but she disappeared. Loki's back was facing me. He didn't notice I was behind him. "You've got a visitor. One who misses her father very much", I said. Loki turns around.

"Zia", Loki says. He looks at me with a small smile.

"Hi, Loki", I said. Me and Loki walked toward the yellow barrier that was between us.

"You look beautiful", he said as he kneeled to my height. I chuckled lightly.

"Thank you", I said. "I missed you".

"I missed you too, darling. I'm sorry I couldn't deliver my promise".

"It's okay. I know you tried".

I put my hand up to the barrier. Loki puts his hand against mine on the other side of the barrier. The same thing we did at S.H.I.E.L.D after I found out that Loki is my father.

I took out a book. "You like to read too?" Loki asks.

"Yeah. I'd go to the library at S.H.E.I.L.D and I'd read for hours", I said.

"Would you care to read it to me",Loki asks.

"Sure. Why not", I said as I sat down on the ground. On the other side of the yellow barrier, Loki did the same. I read a few pages to Loki, enjoying this father-daughter moment.

The moment was interrupted when I heard banging and screaming from one of the other cells. In one of the cells, an explosion happened. A creature grabbed the surviving prisoner and pushed him against the barrier. The barrier broke. I stood up from the ground.

Two guards ran up to him to try and fight it, but the monster was too strong. It grabbed the guards by the throat and I watched in horror as the guards disintegrated. The guards dropped to the ground. The creature looked up and saw me. I stepped back slowly.

"Zia, teleport into here! You'll be safe", Loki says. The creature freed the prisoners as he made his way toward me. I concentrated and closed my eyes as I breathe heavily in fear. I opened my eyes to find myself in Loki's cell. I walked over to Loki and hugged him.

More guards came to fight the escaped prisoners. I stayed in the cell with Loki. The monster looked at us, but he turned away, deciding not to release Loki or I. As he turned to walk away, Loki spoke. "You might want to take the stairs to the left", Loki says. I looked up at Loki. I looked back at the monster as it left and took Loki's advice.

Me and Loki sat down on the bed. "You should continue reading your book. It'll help you calm down", Loki says. I nodded in agreement. I continued reading the book until the battle died down.

Once it did, I stood and teleported out of Loki's cell. "I-I have to make sure everyone's okay", I said.

"Go. I'll be fine", Loki says.

I turned to walk away, but I turned back around and said, "I love you".

Loki gave me a small smile. "I love you too".

I smiled at him. I walked away to find Thor, Odin and Frigga. I went into a room and Thor, Odin and Frigga were in the room, but Frigga was dead. I watched as Odin held Frigga's lifeless  body in his arms. He mourned for his wife and Thor mourned for his mother.

I dropped to my knees and cried. Yeah, I didn't know her that much or that long, but she was still my grandmother. She was very kind ever since I met her. She offered to let me stay here when my grandfather didn't. I still loved her. I couldn't believe she was gone. My only grandmother was gone.
